#7 - How To Grow Pea Shoots In 2 Weeks - No Outside Space Needed! (this video)
In Episode 7 I show you how easy and quick it is to grow delicious pea shoots! Absolutely anybody and everybody can and should grow pea shoots for three main reasons:
1) You don’t need any outside space at all, just a windowsill inside your house. And it doesn’t even need to get that much sun
2) You will harvest your first pea shoots just two weeks after sowing them
3) They are treated as ‘cut and come again’ leaves, meaning you will get two harvests from just one sowing
Pea shoots are nutritious and delicious eaten raw such as in a salad or cooked lightly as you would spinach. And they can be grown in the way I show in this video for most of the year, from March to around October.
