Wow, so glad I watched this because I never would have known about the styrofoam on the inside until I turned it on and got some nasty smoke.
That is basically the char broil smoker. They did a recall and sent everyone who had that smoker a gfci adapter plug Incase people were plugging into a non gfci outlet.
Thanks for that info.
Would i be able to use a gfci extension cable instead of the gfci outlet?
I ask because where my smoker is gonna be, we dont have the gfci outlet the one we do have is far away and broken
A GFCI extension should totally work. Double check by calling a local electrician first though. 😎👍🔥
