Broccoli cheddar soup🧀🥦🥣

Ive never really made Broccoli cheddar soup🥦🧀❤️ before so after some research this is what I concocted and oh boy was it delicious! We like our soup a little more loose so the consistency was perfect for us if you want to thicken it up add some more flour but not to much & heavy cream does the trick!❤️ Mauro is a soup connoisseur at all times of the year so it’s always nice to have a new recipe especially when it is easy as this one and delicious lol! Broccoli cheddar soup🧀🥦❤️
- 5 fresh broccoli crowns
- 5 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 medium onions diced
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
- 64 oz of chicken broth
- 12 oz of bacon
- 1 qt of half & half or heavy cream
- 10 oz sharp cheddar shredded

Oh yummy this would be great at my house now just mowed 1/3 of an acre with my gas lawn mower the grass is wet but I got it done over cast and chilly in the bay area! Outside of sanfrancisco

Looks delicious! Was the 🥦 done cooking after 20 minutes or do you like it on the more crunchy side for this soup? Can some people use bagged shredded carrots 🥕?
