Nothing will happen. Can you do it in NYC? My car got broken 3 times last 4 years. You need to travel to more places outside of the USA to see the differences. I didn't see anything in the video that was so terrible. I live in Munich in Germany and therefore can't judge it well. In my city things are logically different. But compared to videos from other cities in the US, the streets look clean and the people seem normal. Which of course says nothing about the actual living situation of the people who live and work there.
