Thanks for the Taylor/Rob interview. I’m one of those who is still struggling with the loss of Bray and it’s amazing what his brother is doing. I know it may be helping him heal, but he’s really helping us heal. (Windham’s diehard fans)
always love the survivor talks and YES everyone needs to give Rachel her respect fr, her and genevieve openly talking abt being the threats was so incredible, love them
20:48 😍😍😍 I don’t care how small I was so worried we’d miss Tony Todd with how long this movies been talked about. And he’s always been underused in these films. But I hope he’s at least still in it.
I think Inside Out 2 was fine but I understand why some people didn't like it. Adding new emotions makes sense with Riley becoming a teenager and the plot works for them to be important without sidelining the original emotions. I still think the best Pixar sequels are Toy Story 2 and 3 though.
I work nights so I'm usually asleep when these stream but I'd also love to catch them Live one day I'll just save them for when I've got time like at work or something and just listen to them
18:51 inside out two did not suck, but it wasn’t as good as the first one which was great. I just watched Moana to at my nieces birthday. Party was OK. It was not something I would ever watch again, but not as horrible as everybody’s making it out to be.
Austin Butler as Patrick Bateman is an S-tier choice. Everyone's favorite murderous cult member/Harkonnen/king of rock and roll now gets to combine all three.
recent news now, Friend to Dead Meat, Mason Gooding (Chad Martin-Meeks) is coming back to SCREAM 7... I'm sure this has been shared by numerous people...
I thought James said he talked with Uncle Howdy about his horrible boss, and I thought, ooh this interview is gonna get ugly, before I realized he said horrible loss. Also, is there no, 28 "Months" Later? Lastly, earlier I watched a teaser trailer for Womp Stomp Films doing a crowdfunding animated Jason/Friday The 13th film. Were you (anyone) aware?
Maximum Overdrive is an incredible movie I love it so much it's just pure fun I'm still waiting for a Maximum Overdrive and Fast and The Furious Franchise can Trucks coming to life defeat Family? Also I have zero interest in Wrestling but if it means getting a sneak peak at one of the Horror Royal Rumble characters I'll have to watch that interview probably won't understand any of it though
It wasn't a fantastic movie (or anywhere near as good as the first one, which is among my favorite movies of all time), but I thought there were great things in it. I knew it was going to be largely a repeat, but the first one already covered so much that I don't see a way around that. My big issue was that I didn't really care about the hockey storyline. It wasn't as relatable as going to a new school.
Millennials are too young to claim JLH: I'm Gen Y ("Xennial," but I hate that term more than "Millennial" replacing "Gen Y" lol), and JLH was my first celebrity crush - from *Kids Incorporated* 😘
Any time I hear James nerd out about Box Office stuff, the only thing that I can think of is, "Can he please just do a collab with Dan Murrell?!!?!" I fell like the two of them would have a great time
Wow I Did Not Expect To Cause Such Chaos In The Chat. And By The Way I Did Not Suggest To Cover Inside Out 2 On The Podcast. I Just Suggested To Breifly Bring Up What I Said On The Stream. I Know That Probably Won't Happen, But I Was Just Suggesting To Bring It Up Okay.
It's not, though - many other shows do this for special events, which is what this is. It's not a standard podcast episode or something, it's a production that has costs. Again, almost every other big podcast / show does this.
I'll be honest it's getting harder and harder to watch Dead Meat and I know the fucking defenders are gonna be like "Well if you're not liking it then stop watching. When I stop liking something I just stop and leave without complaining." and that would be applicable if James and the team at Dead Meat weren't turning into the boomers they made fun of. I think having this much talk about y2k and then the conversation is never about the movie and having a big takeaway from it its "Dude don't you remember this thing from the 00's?" And it's just all corporate induced nostalgia and this was on top of the intro being super possessive over Jennifer Love Hewitt? Like dude this is actually tough to watch. I miss when these streams felt like actual engagement with people and held actual substance to them. I'm not someone who's gonna get all giddy over references from my childhood. I think anyone saying if you don't like something just stop watching are people who perpetrate this corporate induced fever of nostalgia. There's so much shit that sucks and to get up and leave quietly is just not the answer to getting over this honestly lame part of our lives that can't progress past our own member berries
I get it. I'm having issues with some of the content lately as well. But how can we possibly turn it around? We don't control them. And while I'm not demeaning your take by any means, I think reference simping is a matter of taste. I enjoy a lot of things that are nothing but references and don't really like references at other points. Nostalgia overall is just an eternal cycle. People today are nostalgic for the 90s just like people in the 80s were nostalgic for the 50s and thirty years from now people are going to be nostalgic for the 2020s. All we can do is survive.
"This much talk about Y2K" we reviewed it on the podcast and I briefly mentioned it as part of a news article being covered in this stream. That's it. You're upset that we liked a movie that we prefaced by saying "this is a dumb movie that we enjoyed" - and that I joked around with one of my younger employees about Jennifer Love Hewitt ("being super possessive", what...?). Also I engaged with and talked to plenty of people in this very livestream, so not sure where that complaint is coming from.
They've only mentioned it a handful of times and none of their Kill Counts have mentioned Y2K at all. They are also a horror channel so isn't talking about the new Y2K horror movie expected? It sounds like you just have an issue with nostalgia and want to complain. If you really don't like it, just don't watch.

Dead meat being at 6.66 million subscribers is their most important milestone yet.
That maximum overdrive kill count trailer is the greatest kill count trailer ever made
Thanks for the Taylor/Rob interview. I’m one of those who is still struggling with the loss of Bray and it’s amazing what his brother is doing. I know it may be helping him heal, but he’s really helping us heal. (Windham’s diehard fans)
The passing of Bray really hit me.

“Okay maybe I am high.” 😂😂
Man, I've gotta catch a livestream of these days instead of finding the VOD like an hour or two after its over 😅
I work nights so I'm usually asleep when these stream but I'd also love to catch them Live one day I'll just save them for when I've got time like at work or something and just listen to them
Kiernan Shipka and McKenna Grace do look a lot of like! I always get them mixed up!
love that the Harley Quinn show is on the list :) and Luca’s movies
Me stoned listening to James talk about drawing my next self 🗿
for streaming 4:00pm pacific time sounds good? feels like a good midpoint for people in pacific time and eastern time
Add "the frightners" to that list it has your boy Jeffery combs in it

I never knew Jenny Loves did music too 😮
Trucks, Trucks, Trucks!! I love it🥰
18:51 inside out two did not suck, but it wasn’t as good as the first one which was great. I just watched Moana to at my nieces birthday. Party was OK. It was not something I would ever watch again, but not as horrible as everybody’s making it out to be.
I’m excited for the maximum overdrive kill count!!!
NO WAY A CLAYFACE MOVIE WRITTEN BY MIKE FLANAGEN!!
Just written no confirmation on director yet
I wish he was directing. It's probably a scheduling issue with that Exorcist movie he's doing.
@@husker4life109 fixed it

Ight chat, how we feeling bout Mason Gooding being in Scream 7
Always interesting when James talks about age as if he isn’t 35, which is relatively young
17:57 - That does not mean that it's GOOD 🤣
Best. Dead. Meat. Trailer. EVER!!!!! I was just pumping as the trailer was playing lol
Whoa, watching Harley Quinn before Batman the Animated Series? If you want to add something to your list, give all four seasons of that a shot.
Did you see the Heart Eyes trailer? New slasher!!
I agree that Lucy's eyes are very pretty!
recent news now, Friend to Dead Meat, Mason Gooding (Chad Martin-Meeks) is coming back to SCREAM 7... I'm sure this has been shared by numerous people...
Great stream!!!!!!!
20:06 ima be honest I’m going in opening night without watching trailers no matter what
I assumed there was no live stream this week because UA-cam gave me no notification 😅😮
HEY BE GOOD PEOPLE ITS DEAD MEAT VIDEO 🗣 🔥
I would love to watch a tiermaker livestream.
I know they cover video games very rarely, but I hope we get a Mouthwashing episode, either for a Kill Count or the podcast.
James I’m 42 and I was 17 when y2k hit 😅
Trucks trucks trucks trucks. X4 Everybody.
Fog City felt really undercooked, I do have the steelbook that is super cool, to bad it’s cooler than the movie lol

That's awesome that you're going through wrestling training. What school are you training at?
Looking forward to the nosferatu remake.

Watch clayface’s batman the animated series ep. It gives horror vibes

I'm also not a big fan of Inside Out 2. Felt like the same movie as the first one.

Idk why scream 7 is still happening
14:22 Just like Tim Burton's Charlie and The Chocolate Factory
If you seen austin butler in dune 2 you know he will play a great psycho

@DeadMeatPresents just bc others do it which i haven't run into one doesn't mean you have to.
@@apexgamingandmore5366free will also means you don’t have to go! imagine that
Gives me the ick when James see young female actress, and he ask: "How old is she?"
Dawg I was asking that to see what generation would wind up having a crush on her, which is clearly the context of that question
