Good luck to the plants and for your flight!
Thank you 🙏
After this you definitely NEED a vacation
HAHAHAHA exactly
The kisses goodbye 😂😂❤
😘😘😘😘
It’s so refreshing to find someone who respects their plants. They are beautiful & giving, loving sensitive creatures. They give so much, including clean our air They ask so little from us. ❤️
Letting soil dry to the point there is no water in it and then overloading the plant with water is not respect.
You clearly missed the joke
They totally liven up any home! 🫶
I'm love plants and have a few... But having as many as you have seems like so much work. Maybe I'll stick to a few haha. Kudos to you for doing so much.
👊
❤❤❤❤ I am so glad I found your page

Wrapping moss poles is such a great idea!
Works like a charm
That moss tower is new to me. Pretty cool concept !
Works well!
Oh yes I kiss my plants and talk to them everyday as well. My uncle's into spiritual farming and found that talking and loving your plants increases the yield and creates healthier plants.
🙌
How many plants do you have?
You’re really funny in a laid back kinda way and I admire that about you, I look up to you (and your plants) ❤
I actually never counted! HAHAHHAA thank you
I really enjoy your content 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thank you!
Omg this is very very helpful for me. I have a pet and 70 plants or something like that I haven't counted them in a while 😂 and I am going on vac soon. Thanks so much!!!❤
You’re welcome!
You are hilarious 😂❤
I’m glad you enjoy!
Thanks for the wonderful tips next time lm on holidays l will use this guide 😊
Thank you for the useful tips ❤ love the kissies to the plants 😅 finally
Hahaha thank you!
I love plant routines
The ending though
The worst 🙈
@@ohtheplacesyoullgrow Why do it ?
I thought you were going to say, and after all this I realize I missed my flight and used up half vacation
LOL just missed one day
Wait.. you’re supposed to shower your plants???
You can if you want to! The point is really to get dust and dirt off the leaves. Having dust on the leaves supposedly makes it harder for them to get the light they need and photosynthesize, although I don't know how scientifically accurate it is. I mainly do it because they look noticeably more fresh, green and vibrant after a shower. You can of course just wipe the leaves off with a rag, but I'm way too lazy and impatient for that, so I put them in the shower.
@@kisikisikisi it is scientifically accurate. The dust acts as a physical barrier so light can’t penetrate. You can even do an experiment yourself to observe this. Chooses a plant then proceed to dust half and leave the other half alone. Over time you will be able to see the difference in the plant.
It cleans them so they can photosynthesize better
Try taking a plastic cup and poke holes in the bottom and fill with water after you place it on top of you miss pole. Hope it helps water them
I have a dripping device for moss poles! 👍
I have a method so that my (around 35) plants do not die when I go home from university. I water them and then I use clear plastic bags to cover every single plant. I make it airtight between the plastic and the decorative pot. Like a little greenhouse for every plant. So the water that evaporates can condense and run back into the pot. With that method I can spend 5-6 weeks at home without needing anyone to water them. I'm even sure they could go longer. But be aware, it will look awful 🤣🤣
lol this method is beautiful! But your last sentence is so hilarious
I stick plants that like water in the tub . My pots don’t have holes so I put a few inches of water in the tub . Houseplants that are outside I water well and bring in and kept away from windows. Plants that don’t like much water and are inside get taken out of the windows. Outdoor plants that stay outside get watered well .
I saw someone water their moss poles with cute mushroom globes from Amazon 🍄
Those are cute!
You are me.
Esp. good bye kisses! I do this daily after watering/washing!
The kisses are essential to keep them happy!
I wondered what you did for your plant babies when you are away on vacay! I thought maybe you got a plant/house sitter but I think that would be even more stressful! Cool beans. ❤
I do have a sitter too for more high needs plants haha
@@ohtheplacesyoullgrow Clearly, a person who knows your plants and watering routine! Very cool beans.
Love your shelf , where did you get it ? Have fun on your vacay 😎
It’s from Article, but I linked a dupe on my storefront that I actually think is better after I saw it in person
What’s the humidifier you use? Looks like an easy one to clean and maintain? ❤
do u have a video on how you make the water? do you use the same for each plant or a different mix depending on the plant?(:
I follow the ratio on the bottle. Same for all plants except those in semi-hydro
May I ask what you put in your water in the beginning of the video?❤
also wondering about this
Its foliage pro, its a fertilizer 😊

This is so meeee

How long can you leave your plants?
Most of my plants can go without watering for 10-14 days and I have a trusted friend who can handle the more fussy/high-need ones and a good neighbor as well.
Too much😮💨. No wonder your plants are so beautiful😂. I use the dripping method.
🙌
I can’t remember the last time I watered my snake plant. 😂
I haven’t watered since I made this Short last year. 😂
Hai I have a question about bottom watering. How long should I leave the plants in the water and how much water should I put in? Should the container be like a basin where the water level is high or more like a baking sheet/ pie tin where the water level is lower? Thank you
It depends on plant size but I leave in for about half hour and I know it’s “done” when the soil is nearly saturated to the top. You want the water level to be higher than the drainage holes so I use a deeper basin. A baking sheet would not nearly hold enough water, as the soil takes up quite a bit.
Lol torture yourself line was hilarious.. real parents know
Vacation is just doing the exact same thing as a parent but in a different location 😂
My plant soak up all the water in bottom watering , I can't imagine leaving them in water bucket for days , they won't dry at all and maybe die
I don’t leave them in there for days! I just water them and take them out.
@@ohtheplacesyoullgrow I can't believe u replied , I love you ♥️🙈🥰
Can u share link for your plant cabinet?? please
It’s the IKEA Baggebo. I organized all the customizations on my storefront here: www.amazon.com/shop/ohtheplacesyoullgrow/list/2TUL9UB53ZAYU?ref_=cm_sw_r_apin_aipsflist_aipsfohtheplacesyoullgrow_BDT2YT6BB7BBKR2TVX34
The shelves are from Modern Aqua: modern-aqua.com/ (MICHELLE5 for a discount)
I have videos on a playlist on my channel showing the setup.
Where did you get your bookshelf from?
Article
If putting plastic wrap around moss poles keeps them moist for over a week, what's the downside to just keeping them wrapped? Do they grow mold or something?
You totally can leave them like that. I just don’t like the look haha
Depending on the Set Up, Drainage, And or Temperatur it can Grow Mold:) But If you wanna try, Just Test it :)
Do you add foliage pro and fish sh!t in the same watering container? I've always used one of the other, but I'm trying to be like you 😅
I do haha
What kind of plant is on the moss pole? With the white/green leaves?
Monstera albo
What about leaving the plastic on the moss? A sort of “terrarium” vibe?
You totally can
Thank you! … Less work! 🤭
Do you have a recommendation for a growlight timer?

How long you can leave home for vacation in this method?
Most of my plants don’t need to be watered for 10-14 days
I want to be you 🤩🤩🤩
🥰
I have a two week trip coming up this year and I don’t know what to do at all 😭😭I feel like it’s too long even with watering the day before
Does anyone know if the string in water bowl and other side in plant (or several of them into a plant) idea actually works?? I feel like it wouldn’t really 🥲
Ive done it! You can test it out on plants while you’re home. I also have a self irrigation system on my LinkTree (under discounts). It’s called RainPoint and I connect several plants to it and can water everything via an app while I’m away.
Oh my goodness that legit was the fastest response ever, thank you so much! I’ll try it out before I go and I think I remember seeing a short or video where you talked about the irrigation system, will look into it thank you! :)
Girl! 😂
💅
U guys water your plants more than once a month?
Some are THIRSTY (anthurium, Alocasias, calatheas, etc )
I'm travelling for a month... can't handle the stress
🙈
won t the walls get SO MOLDY?
My ambient conditions are so dry so I’ve never had that issue
How can you have so many plants that need high humidity and then not get mold in the house
Good Airflow !
Well, our family has 10 people
Why not just keep the wrap on then you don't have to constantly rewater?
I could but I don’t like the look
Amount of work u r doibg for ur plants ... i think u r not lazy at all
Haha thank you so much
Just get cacti
I do
Some people want Other plants to But dont Want to kiss vacation.
Having a plant Sitter would be a more effective plan in my opinion
You made it so it appears you love your plants more than your kids
That’s why it’s a joke, sir.
Wannabe Kystal w Plants, unoriginal
FYI, I didn’t know about her until someone said we have a similar sense of humor. I think she’s hilarious. Trolling is very unoriginal though🧌. Not a good look on anyone 💋
You are completely different than her. Definitely not a wana be. People be hatin. Like why comment at all. Go watch Krystal page. IMO this page is more advanced and a completely different style of plant keeping. Krystal is funny but her content is more for beginners. Girl you are great and funny with your own style.
Who the F is Krystal w Plants?
who is this botanical goddess
Lol
