Normally I would advocate for a slow and steady pace for something like this but considering the damage to that coil if you can get it back to 80% capacity in 5 minutes its probably better then spending 2 days to get it to 90%
Its called a fin comb. Can buy them online or at any auto parts store or at a home depot. I got a universal one on ebay for 7 bucks to fix the ac condensor on my car.

Looked like the AC coil on my pickup truck after years of bees, wasps, dragonflys... It would definitely help cooling and lessen the AC load.
