You’re builds inspire me to try new weapons specifically the bow guns and I think I may even try the Gun lance.
I don’t think I will try heavy bowl gun clusters on arch tempered Kirin.
I have all the armor in the game and all the decorations so I am capable of making any billed but something you said in this video is very accurate. The reason I have stayed with Lance for so long is because I don’t have the confidence with new weapons and your videos are showing me good ways to break into those weapons especially since I already have the armor and all of the weapons i think (it’s funny how I get all those good weapon drops and jems while the whole time I was trying to get Lance stuff and it took forever so now I have this stockpile just sitting here)

Thanks for doing these videos. I don't comment often, but I watch most if not all of them. I probably would have never given Empress Shell Styx a chance if you had never talked about it, but it ended up being one of my favorite weapons to use despite being a lbg which I've mostly avoided.

Of course it's Dark Devourer. You know you could bring Cluster 2s, so that you could switch to cluster-2s when the cluster-3s are empty.

If it makes you happy, I have fought normal Kirin in solo only once, and this video made me solo AT Kirin, first try, in 14 minutes. Always in control of the fight, so powerful. Just a tip, can Xeno gamma pieces improve the build? I think yes.. ;)

Bow is also fun but I'm not good at using it on Kirin

good stuff. i am using a LBG(Shell blaze) combination of fire attack, sticky and slicing.....takes me a whooping 25-30mins T_T....I'll try your build . Thanks :)
UPDATE: RAN your Build and died twice but finished it in 21mins. its because i sucked at using HBG. but it sure is a very good improvement. Thanks again. just a little more getting used to and practice and should be able to finish easier.

If you are playing in console you can change the gloves for the Y version and put in 3 KO jewels (changing the ironwall one)
In your build:
You can switch the health charm for a arttelerie charm and use health jewel instead of the arttelerie ones

Just playing devils advocate, but does it really matter though? I’m not looking at the game, but I believe both health and artillery are level 1 decos. So your slots wouldn’t change either way.

Ropuce ah. You are correct. My RNGesus has given me 5. 700 hours in and still no attack decos though so I guess it all evens out haha

What's your thoughts on Taroth Assault Spark? Im not a HBG main but it seems like slicing ammo is insane on that weapon. How would you make Slicing good? If that's even possible for HBG lol also has some nice other ammo in it with great affinity
Its not strong enough. Slice ammo is good for part breaking, but otherwise I consider it inferior to Sticky ammo 3. Best for slice are the Styx bowguns, or Devil's Madness.
Kimda unrelated, how do I best handle Lunastra with GS? I can't seem to access any good hitzones(wings/tail), and her attacks are all incredibly fast
Is there an armor piece that I could sub in to get Guard? The RNG has denied me a guard decoration and facing the satanic lightning pony without Guard with the DDevourer is running face first into a wall of lightning :(

completely off topic for the video, but could you make a guide on eveading monster roars, i googled for a bit, but i can not find anything other then videos of people showing that you can, but nothing really explaining the timing. i know you can block roars with the HBG if you looking right at the monster's face, but that's not alway helpful.

You may want to make a video on how to actually unlock most of the ingredients on the ingredients list, I’ve already gotten them all myself but a lot of the locations are really obscure for the ingredients.
That is an interesting idea but even I dont have all the ingrediants
TheGameconomist the biggest thing to know is that there are 4 levels of ingredients, so those gathering plants and minerals like the Cacti and such (the point awarding ones). There’s 4 for each and you can get 3 level through RNG, but for the 4th one there’s a specific gathering point on each map, that’s usually really hidden.

hey do you know why kulve taroth isnt active right now? if i am not wrong we always got kulve taroth in seasonal events
Don't quote me on this but I heard it's because they're making new Kulve Taroth weapons and are going to release them the next time she's around.

if you dont have the art jewels, do art charm and use health jewels

I made the same build to farm for his gear. Except guard+HP boost. But that has a chance of getting one shot.

The Behemoth IG and it’s full armor is basically good for anything. i’d just use the Dragon Kinsect that comes with it or the Pseudocath one that you can craft with a fire element attached to it (since you’re fighting Kirin)

why not get the free elem and 2 med Slots for KO jewel from Kirin gamma handpiece
are the lightning attacks still block-able with the shield deco?
I think you meant to ask without the shield deco, right? I believe the slowest attack where he lays down lines of lightning is not blockable without guard up.

has anyone been lucky enough with jewels to make an updated Cluster Bomb Build with the DD and Xeno Y? you can literally have Max Peak Performace, Max Attack Boost, and Max Agitator (along with max special ammo boost if you please) if you’re lucky lol you “only” need 1 Flawless Jewel, 3 Challenger Jewels & 7 Attack Jewels... 61+ Attack plus you could still add 2 attack augments instead of health regen. big oof. MEGA OOF.
James Bryant I actually have that exact build right now, Max agitator, Max PP, and level 4 attack with artillery 3 (I would go level 7 attack but I only have 4 attack jewels).
Needless to say this build does stupid amounts of damage.
@@martinhall9497 i just need 4 more attack jewels to get to 7, but i'd be fine with 4. i'm probably gonna use tool specialist instead of artillery though. since i really want to focus only on Clusters.

I do find it kind of funny that you talk about how people don't have the gear for a speed run build, whilst showing one using some of the rarest decos in the game in guard up, guard and artillery.
You can always swap the health charm for the artillery charm and then use 3 vitality decorations
@@crimson27271 but then you still need guard up and guard which are just as rare. it's a good build, it just contradicts the comment he made completely.
I got those decorations while using Lantz and in fact I got more than 20 artillery ones so I wouldn’t call them rarest I would just say maybe you were unlucky with that particular RNG
There is a guard up charm as well as artillery.
Lance Rider I also had seven of those which I think I only needed one
