I really want to be on Cyberbacker but Im just hesitate because. I'm not confidence with my English.
Hey Craig, I just have a feedback with the recruitment process - it seems that a person is "assessed" just because of a personality assessment. Then I got news this morning saying that I didn't passed it. With my 7+ years of working experience, not sure why people have no experience get in. Recruitment shouldn't be based on a person's personality alone. The experience was a bit dissapointing. Anyway, take care!

wow very nice interview, it was conversational and interactive. para lang kayo nagkwentuhan but more on business related.
I always avoid these kind of videos because interviews are boring. But this isn't. This is not like a normal interview/checking up with your agents or member. It's like a normal Friday night for them. Just chillin' and talking about how great their job and workloads are. This is the kind of work environment everyone is dreaming to be part of 🥺🥰

just finish my initial interview with CB and it was refreshing for me. i just found out CB recently and after doing some research i just fell involve with it. a very promising company with a lot of potentials. hopefully ill be given a chance to work with you guys. thanks for all the inputs and recommendation.

Hello there miss Ara! I am not sure if you'll notice this message but if you will, I would like to greet you Happy 4th anniversary with Cyberbacker! I've been working as an ESL teacher, and also worked as contractual VA for some companies, but still not finding a company that will make me grow. btw, just got done with the initial interview T_T unfortunately, lahat ng baon kong confidence, hinangin nung makaharap ko na ang interviewer, hehe. Maybe she was exhausted or what, she didnt seem pleased with the way i answer, and she caught me glancing on the answers i composed just right before she popped up on the screen. Di na ako nakangiti man lang kasi feeling ko pag nagkamali ako ng kahit isang word na sasabihin sasabunin niya ako ng sermon. hehehe. anyway, charge to experience nalang din. At least I tried. Will still apply next time po.

Job security and a family environment would is a key to enjoy our Job. Hopefully that i can pass my initial interview a day ago even though I didn't explain and answer very well the questions because of my nervous and I'm so crazy that i can't even remember what i just say and just let my heart talk . hahaha
My confidence just plummeted when I saw foreigner doing the interview haha.

Hi, should be 2-3 working days, if you pass the assessment you will proceed with the final interview.

Good Day Ms. Ara, I would like to ask if Cyberbacker is connected to Virtual Backer? I received an email from them and waited 5 days for the zoom link for the hiring process but it's almost a 1 month up to now and haven't received any updates from them. I failed the CBPA and Virtual Backer emailed me about that. Thank you and God bless!
