Thank you! But you’ll never know talaga until you try. I suggest na mag apply ka na as early as now para hindi po sayang yung oras hehe and also it took me a month to decide and pursue the initial interview, and look where it got me!

Hiiiii! It’s definitely worth giving a shot. If you’re looking for job stability in the midst of the pandemic, CB talaga will offer you that. Unlike ESL (na minsan binabastos ka pa ng mga ibang studs na walangya), everyone treats you like a family talaga. In terms of salary, there’s a big difference even tho minor lang yung role ko sa CB. It’s better to start early talaga kesa mahuli, kasi nasa huli ang pagsisisi. Charot! Anyway, go lang po!

hi! you mentioned that getting paired with a client and working as a cyberbacker is the usual route and you can't apply for 'admin' positions. but what if you didn't include cyberbacker from your list of careers? will you still be obliged to work as a cyberbacker? thank you!
hello! usually if you have a specific position in mind and if you have the requirements or experience also to back up with the role you’re applying for, you’re more likely to be accepted into that position. For example, you want to apply as a web developer backer and you got all the requirements needed. There’s a higher chance that you’ll be paired with a client who needs a web developer backer or be scouted by the career team if ever the company needs a web developer backer. Hope this helps!

@@user-lq3rs6rc4w maybe during the interview po, you can specify and really tell na you want to work in that specific line. Usually the trainings are very general and sometimes the admins will reach out to you personally if they can see na you’re a good fit.

hello po! sadly, we are not allowed to disclose the interview questions. but rest assured na kayang-kaya naman po talaga sagutan hehe, just be prepared lang talaga and mostly kasi about yourself lang.

What if I am not fluent in speaking English or I am appearing awkward when speaking English in front of the interview! Do you think it's okay or not?
practice!!! i used to talk to myself in english before i had my interview. nagmomonologue ako kahit nagsasaing lang, parang main character lang ganern hahaha but for the interview, you can prepare naman some notes or keypoints para di ka masyadong ma mental block, but to answer your question, you have to be fluent in speaking english talaga. siguro sanayan lang kung naaawkwardan ka mag english.

hello po. Thanks for the informative video. Just a question po. Regarding sa time, do you still recommend being a cyberbacker to a busy student? For my case I am an engineering student. Thanks!
If you can render 4 hours (usually graveyard shift) during the week, I definitely recommend na mag apply (part time). You can earn as a student and it will give you an edge when you’re done studying because you already have some work experience (even tho it’s not related to engineering), but if you’re super busy and can’t manage your time, I strongly suggest na don’t push yourself, because time is very valuable to you and Cyberbacker.

hello! as far as i know po, you have to cut ties with your job muna and hand in a letter from your head sa recent job before you can start to work sa cyberbacker. you can only apply po after handing in the proof of resignation or something po.
pag hindi po ba nakapasa sa initial, sasabihin po ba na babalikan nalang po after 2448 hours or on the spot ka po kaagad mag proceed sa 2nd interview? ty po..
hello po! on the spot rin po ata sasabihin kung di nakapasa. if nakapasa naman po sa initial, antay lang mga few minutes kasi magtetake ka na ng personality assessment.

I did not pass my first initial assessment, the assessment which I took after filling out my application. I would like to ask for a tips on how to pass it. Btw, congratulations!
Actually, I too don’t have any specific tips because I thought I almost failed 😅 All I can say is be truthful sa mga sinasagot mo and do your best. Other cyberbackers also failed their assessment before but after giving it another go, they finally passed. Rooting for you po!
how did you know that you did not pass the initial assessment (Y-assessment)? in my case, there was no follow up e-mail whether I passed or not. However, I inquired in their official and they gave me zoom demand link.

Hello! Passing the final interview doesn’t mean na you are already a Cyberbacker, but it means you are a step ahead of being one. And yes po, after the final interview, they will train you first, and then once they can pair you with a client, that’s the time na po na you are already part of Cyberbacker.

Usually your interviewer will tell you on the spot if you passed or failed. However please do check your email after a few moments kasi they will send you the link for the CBPA (cyberbacker personality assessment)

yes po, but sometimes there are cases na eemailan ka kahit di pa po lagpas yung 60 days for a reinterview

SKL, kapapasa ko ng final interview and waiting ako for the next step which is yung expectation call and gameshow. As for your question, before I took my CBPA my average WPM is only at 53 to 54, 43 ang lowest and 58 ang highest so far.

as long as you know how to communicate, goods na po. as for voice roles, parang opo kasi your client is based in america/canada ganern. for non-voice po, okay lang kahit hindi, but during the interview english pa rin ang medium na gagamitin
