I just passed the final interview last night 😭 I'm more than grateful knowing that aside from the cyberbacker itself, I'm actually qualified for 4 more positions. Didn't passed the final interview, i don't know what went wrong honestly, the interview was lengthy and I practiced and did my research. But I think depende talaga siya sa interviewer din and mine was SLOPPY. He changed my interview schedule multiple times, I followed the latest he sent, turns out it was the wrong schedule so I waited 30 mins earlier which was fine anyway.
He also accidentally sent an email that was not addressed for me which contained sensitive info for another applicant... I'm so disappointed, I don't know if it was my fault I felt like all my efforts went in vain.

You are INDEED very helpful which I am grateful for; I just finished my "Final Interview" whereas the interviewer only asked 2 major questions, but he said I should wait for 1-2 business days for an update. He noted that it is to assess my overall performance where one fits; does it mean I failed the thing?

There are a lot of interviewers/careerbackers at CB, so they have varied criteria and interview methods. For now, let's wait for 2 days. Kung wala pa rin, you can send your interviewer an email or send a chat to CB through their website or Messenger account. Let me know din and we'll see what we can do. God bless

Salamat, Erika. 🧡 As for the Video profile I would highly suggest the following:
1.)Dress professionally and be in a well-lit room
2.) Make an overview kung ano sasabihin mo. Remember 40 seconds to a minute lang ang video duration ha.
3.) Make a good first impression by providing an overview of your work experiences/school-related responsibilities or achievements if you're a student, your skills and your positive values.
Another thing, sobrang importante ng video na to dahil ito una makikita ni client. This will make or break your application. Go go go!

Hi! Got done with my final interview last 27th of Dec and did a follow up in regards about the result but still no response. Maybe it took them long to response bec it's holiday. Bec for my CPAB I took it 23rd the result was send after Christmas on the 27th.
Here's the scenario: During my final interview, ang aga ko nag wait sa waiting room kasi madaling araw ang schedule ko for the final interview, ako lang magisa dun then it should be 2am but dumating interviewer around 3am na lol.. then eto na nga , Nagmamadali syang maginterview as in. Nagready talaga ako for the final interview but few minutes lang ginawa nya then nung mag aask na ako questions about sa cyberbacker company parang ayaw nya sagutin kasi gusto na nya iend ang interview but sinagot nya din pero nagmamadali sya. I passed the final interview already. then sabi ask nya magkano expected salary ko? Then naging honest ako sa kanya kasi nagbase ako sa previous works ko na nagrange ng 35k up salary ko.. sabi ko I can work for 30k as minimum po. then she asked if yun na daw ba minimum ko na salary I said na I can go po mga 22k-25k pang start sa inyo kasi newbie ako sa inyo. Then right after I passed daw and makakareceived ako ng email. Then aun nga nakareceived ako email but to my surprise ang email is about " unfortunately we currently do not have an opportunity that matches you as of now. Please reapply after 60 days upon the receipt of this email, hoping we have something for you by then. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors." Talagang shocked ako! kasi nakapasa ako sa final interview. But then bigla ganun nareceived ko na email just because of the salary expectation I guess!.. SO it only means na ang baba ng salary sa kanila maybe 20k below and Marketing Strategy lang nila yung you can earn up to $1500 (75,000PHP).
Sana ung company BE HONEST kung magkano talaga ang monthly salary nyo. Hinde ung dadaanin nyo sa pambulag na marketing strat para lang madame magapply. Kaya pala walang kahit anong details sa inyo if magkano ba talaga ang salary nyo. Yes salary may differ depends on the clients but your expected na minimum nyo is minimum talaga. Sorry guys I am just sharing my experiece. But it's ok madame din naman ako napasa na application sa other company. Dun nalang ako. :)

However, I think this is not the right avenue to air this concern po kasi may UA-cam channel naman ang Cyberbacker and you can also send them a chat. Basically, I am an individual contractor and NOT AN EMPLOYEE of Cyberbacker. I am merely making these videos to help those who would want to earn. AND JUST TO CLARIFY: Hindi below 20k ang first salary ko because if that would have been the case, hindi na ako magpapatuloy. Also, tama ka, depende sa client yung salary.

Hello! Depende sa line of work. If in any case it clashes/competes with Cyberbacker, you won't get accepted unless you quit the company

In fact, I've already taken the initial assessment in Cyberbacker and have also received an ernail for my scheduled initial interview. However, I believe that I am not still prepared to have it so I just consider to take the interview in my most preferable and convenient time. @@applebt1 I've already asked them po on their website a while ago and as per the received response, they require the applicants to must first be of legal age bago po sumalang sa interview. Gamitin ko na lang po siguro yung remaining time ko habang ako'y 17 years old pa sa pag-enhance ng aking knowledge about virtual assistance hahahaha btw, thank you so much po!

Hi! Pwede naman siguro. Kasi may mga kasama ako na fulltime yung gusto, pero part time muna yung hinahanap ng client. Yung iba umaayaw, yung iba ok lang din sa part-time kahit fulltime yung gusto nila initially.

hello mam. I was at the waitng room for the initial inteeview last night. I entered in the waiting room at 2pm but around 4am, I was disconnected . I never pressed the leave room button. In that case, what would happen to my application?
That's okay. Something similar happened to me on my first try. Here's what you do po: kindly go to cyberbacker.ph, then send a chat about it through the chatbox on the lower right. Bigay sila sayo link, which you will click pag ready ka na for the interview.

Wow! To be honest first time kong malaman na may ganyan pala. It's either (1) Di ka pumasa or (2) Gustong gusto ka ng interviewer mo na 1 question lang pasado na agad. Wait na lang po tayo ng 24-48 hours, after that kung wala reply, pwede ka mag-ask kay Careerbacker/interviewer mo. God bless!

@@ermenilbolivar3119 within 48 hours po malalaman na agad result kase ieemail po kayo nung interviewer. pero in my case po naman nagemail agad ung interviewer ko so nalaman ko agad na pasado ako. regarding naman sa expected service fee, di siya kasama sa pagbigay ng result, malalaman mo ung expexted fee pag may scheduled interview ka na para kay client. pero di pa yun final, kase pwede pang magdagdag si client sa fee, depende din sa kung anong trabaho mo sakanya.
@@evakimberlyj.1483 i just had my final interview and it was really quick as well. like approx. 10 minutes and they told me they'd just send the results within 2-3 days 😭😭😭 is that a sign that i failed?? 😭😭😭
