In regards sa pag-reresign na irerequest nila, does it also apply if part-time lng ang pinasok ko like ... my BPO work is currently morning shift non voice and I can do the part time naman at night (hoping also a non voice) since I have problems sleeping at night. SAlamat po if masasagot :)

Hi Ma’am Eri, I’m already done with my Final Interview but then I didn’t receive the result for it. In the last part of the interview my interviewee introduced me to the next step of the process and also he even gave me some tips about my resume, however, he said that I should still wait for 24-48 hrs for the result, is it possible that I passed the Final interview or is this a sign that I failed the Final interview?
Congratulations!!! Hehehe you will receive an email nyan containing what you need to do. Including updating your resume to better fit the position they will be offering you.. (like ex. If you are a former nurse, but had prior work exp in bpo- they will ask you to edit it to highlight more on your customer service and admin roles rather than the nursing one).
You should wait… your career will send it to you probably after her shift or before tha start of their shift tomorrow.
The only thing that will make you fail the final interview is if you didnt probably agree on the pay or or schedule or there is a problem with your future equip.

I have met several cyberbackers who are students, so I guess there may be a grey area. Kasi most talaga kahit part time prefer nila walang other job.
If you have other jobs, it can be negotiated as long as non compete siya with cyberbacker.
Bawal daw po ung may iba kang work or ibang freelancing job.
Sa contract daw po nakalagay bawal kapong kumuha ng client outside need mo daw alisan ung current freelancing and other job mo then while training daw po walang sahod kahit may client kana?
@@jade7093 as I mentioned in my previous answers may non compete clause si cyberbacker. So if ang part time mo ay same nature din ng work mo sa cyberbacker, hindi siya pwede and they will ask you to delete your accounts.
Okay sila if hindi naman nag ccompete sa kanila ex. tutorial or the like.
Hi Maam Eri. Im undecided when to apply to cyberbacker. Kinakabahan din. Pano po pag nakapasa sa final interview? Will you start immediately once makapasa? Or you can negotiate naman na 1 month after render sa last job pwede mag start?
Hi Pia, hindi ka talaga maka start sa cyberbacker if may work ka pa. If mapasa mo ang final interview, they will ask you for proof of end of employment like coe. Then they will put your status ON HOLD for 1 month for you to produce the docs and such, only then will they have you proceed to the next step.
Hi Mam just completed my initial interview kanina . Sabe nung nag interview ipapass daw nya for final interview ang results ko and recording ng initial interview ko . Does that mean pass na ako sa initial?
And regarding sa Final madam if hindi oa ako resigned sa current work ko and my status will be placed on hold hindi naman ba ako magstart from scratch nun , i mean after giving them the coe and proof na resign na proceed na ba ako nun sa work?
Lastly diba more of freelancing naman si CB paano kung want mo magwork away from home is it gonna be a problem na hindi ka naka LAN ?

1. yes, supposedly but still have to wait for the invite kasi minsan false hope din si interviewer.
2. as long as within 1 month makapag provide ka proof na di kana connected sa prev company mo its good.

Di po ako nainform kung passed or failed after the final interview but mag wait daw po ng 24-48 hours and may mag email daw po, failed po ba yun?
Hi Primo! Hindi ko po masagot, there are instances that the career consultant will tell you during the final int na nakapasa ka, there are times na sabihin wait for the email po. Depende kasi yan.
Pero despite na nasabihan na pasa sa interview, sinasabi pa din to wait for the email para official.
There are times na the final interview is there to validate the results of the cbpa. So if let us say nasa gitna ka between pass and fail… then dun malalaman. But 90% of the time once naka final interview ka.. almost sure pass naman.

hello! i just passed my initial interview. But I am worried about the form that needs to be filled after passing the initial interview because I was not able to copy the link that the career consultant gave me in the chat box of zoom. Where can I get a link of that form and the link of the video about tips for the final interview?
If you indeed passwd the initial interview. They will be sending you a cbpa assessment via email. You can reply back to inquire thru that.
Did they asked you out of the box questions po? The last time I applied po kasi they asked me some out of the box question which I am not prepared and wasn’t able to answer the question and I think that leads me from failing the final interview hehe
Hi Javier! Can you define “out of the box” questions? Sorry I come from the HR industry so my scope of “normal” questions are quite numerous 😅.
But most of the time, the final interview is more of a validation of the results of your cbpa. Cbpa takes into account kasi a projected behavior of an employee in an organization 3 months in advance. So possible that your results were in between passing/failing and they wanted to validate thru interview.
But no worries, because you can take it again after 60 days, just try to remember the exercises and see what you can change/improve on.

As long as you are of legal age i think pkay naman. I had a batchmate as in kasabayan ko na nag oOJT pa nun at di pa graduate.

Depende yan sa nag final interview sa iyo. Pero true that the email will be sent sa iyo 24-48hrs after your final interview.
In my experience, sinabihan ako ng career ko during the final interview kasi I could not provide a COE that time kaya may mga inexplain pa siya and my application was placed on hold. Pero ang welcome email saying I passed the final interview came a few hrs after the final int. Mga after shift na.

@@heshelgurrobat728 it depends on you actually. They will give you a list of clients and you apply for it. It can be from 1 week to a month or more.

You can try, and once makapasok kana then you negotiate what is acceptable and not.
They accept naman and process applications kahit may full time, pero once makapasa na sa final interview, they will ask you about it and will not proceed if meron.. bale floating status. But again, you can discuss with them what is acceptable and not.
Final interview ko na po bukas. Sana sana sana.......

But if it is just regarding one item, I doubt that will have a big impact sa results ng cbpa mo. Remember it takes into account not only your answers, but how you answered :) goodluck!

Yes it is a pre requisite for acceptance.

Hi Nin! No worries, cyberbacker does not discriminate. I don’t think they even ask for our religion during the application to be honest..so feel free to apply. Hijab wont be a problem as all we need is to see your headset with mic.
But just be mindful that as they treat everyone equally, they expect the same service from you hence religious activities that may hinder your smooth performance and daily attendance may be questioned. But I’ve personally haven’t encountered one and we have cyberbackers with the same religion as you.

Hi Jay, any headset with mic will do, kahit di noise cancelling since zoom helps with noise cancellation as well. They will reschedule you if you don’t have it.. so I suggest borrow if wala ka talaga.
If all goes well, they’ll just ask you to purchase a noise cancelling one sa future.

Is there any assurance that they will be able to proceed with the job if they really need to render for another 30 days after passing the final interview?
@@jayleenromero2055 once na submit mo na ang docs.. they’ll immediately schedule you for onboarding…
As for for the job, meron pa kasing another process where pipili ka ng client mo. So will spend time muna to get a client from their pool and once ma pair ka.. you will be trained. Sa training ang start ng pay.
