Yes, you can migrate email older than one year. But you cannot choose the timeframe. You can choose the starting data and from that date it will migrate all the emails.

How can you migrate a user without removing the hosted domain from M365 and adding it in Google.
You need to add domain in the Google Workspace first, if you want to migrate emails to same domain. However, I just showed the process for the migration and I had used different domain in both the platform.
I am getting the following error when attempting this:

I'm getting the same error, and I turned on the impersonation rights in MS & it's still telling me the same thing. I even used the alias email attached to the MS email to see if that would work, and nothing has worked for me. Did you happen to find a solution?
