Thanks for the detailed step-by-step video! I'm having trouble downloading the JSON file in 3rd step (Create a service key) of Automate the configuration of your Google Workspace for migration. Any idea why that might be?
Did you ever figure this out? If not, I was stuck on this step as well. Google made a change in May 2024 that essentially automatically disables the option of downloading the JSON file you need here.
@@hectorgohome that sucks. It's been a while since I figured it out, so don't put ALL hopes into this, but here we go: the main thing that never gets mentioned is the "Disable service account key creation" in the Organization policies under IAM (go to Google Cloud Console, then menu IAM > Organization Policies). Here's the kicker: you need to turn this OFF (change status to Not Enforced). So open that policy, click on "Manage Policy," select "override parent's policy," then the option to "Add a Rule" will show up right above the "Test Changes" button, click on Add a Rule and turn enforcement Off. Just so you know, I did this differently, I actually turned the enforcement off on the parent level (organization level instead of project) and left it as inherit parent's policy.
