For Honest Hearts' extremely dull quests and the disappointment how you couldn't retake and explore New Canaan, Joshua as a whole carried this DLC.
I agree.
Joshua and Randall Clarke.
@@T1nCh0Story telling skeletons are the most OP fallout characters, change my mind
I find Joshua to be a little overrated. Just a little, but moreso than that is i think people get him entirely wrong. The point of the DLC is that he is still evil at heart and people seem to buy into this sweet redemption of his. I think the point is about forgiveness in general from others, but that doesn't change that he himself is still a slave to his old ways in the end, at least without the best of Courier intervention.
The atmosphere is good too also the quest where you drink some drug and fight a burning bear.
Just wanted to say it was Dean Domino who swapped Christine’s vocal cords in an effort to get her to sound like Verra so she could get into the vault.
That is true, I messed that part up.
8:23 Boone actually IS the person who killed his wife. He wasnt searching for anyone but himserl. He had a choice between seeing his wife and child go into slavery and sniping them and saving them years of misery. As a result, his hatred of the legion has given him the skills of aimbot ruining the days of any legionaire within a mile radius.
Pretty sure he didn't mention it to avoid spoilers
You can also find his rifle at the Sniper’s Nest near one of the Legion camps
Yeah he wasn't looking for the person who killed his wife he was looking for the person who sold his wife and unborn child to the Legion.. Jeanie May of course.
He described his quest, not the outcome. Probably because spoilers.
@@pink_waffle my man the game is literally more than a decade old.
Even though they're missing for some reason, we all know Fisto is S tier
Sex tier
ASUME THE POSITION
@@hchchamarro1947I can't feel my legs!
Servos ready
Nah
Vulpes Inculta in WHO? Wild.
Considering his role as a spy/frumentarii, its actually a compliment xD an S tier spy should not be known.
@@QueenMooSuko good point actually
8:10 That's Colonel Cassandra Moore, in charge of the Dam. She is the main quest giver for the NCR ending, I don't know how you could mistake her for such a minor character.
10:10 And that's ambassador Dennis Crocker, the other major quest giver for the NCR. How long since you did the NCR ending? You forgot two of the most important characters.
To be fair they aren't that memorable
The NCR is smelly and boring
@@AgusSkywalker Dennis Crocker is still like C-tier, he's just a typical politician sort, nothing interesting about him. Colonel Moore is probably A or B tier, though.
@@FitzgeraldStanburyWeissV oh yeah, I wouldn't care if he put them both on D really, but I just find it funny that 2 of the most important characters to one of the four endings are mistaken by 2 minor characters involved in side quests.
Vulpes Inculta massacre entire Nipton, former Ulysses tribe Twisted Hairs, and it's one of the best spies for Caesar Legion. You need to do few more runs were you side with Legion faction to find out more about the fantastic lore of Fallout New Vegas.
Ps. Your choices in this rainking are interesting.
Thank you!
Yeah legion characters were rated lowly or just not known about because I think Ceaser is A tier minimum
Ulysses speaks slowly for a reason: English is his second language. When he’s pausing or slowing down he’s actually thinking about what words he needs to use next to convey his message.
That does make more sense.
Man he knows a lot of words for it being his second language.
Goodness imagine his ramblings in HIS OWN language.
@@cityguard4847 "They stole my hair!!"
Anyone who puts Caesar in B tier is a profligate. Come on, he's one of the most interesting characters to talk to, and while it is very hard to agree with him, he does have a point.
By the way, the Caesar has marked you for death, and the Legion obeys. Ready yourself for battle!
He'd honestly C tier. Not the worst, but he's all hype no trousers.
He's pretty dumb person tbh. Reminds me of people who read like from 1 to 3 philosophy books, understood like 20% of content and then brag about it for their whole life.
His explanation (and more importantly, his understanding) of Helegian dialectics is absolutely cancerous, It's FUNDAMENTALLY wrong, staight up lying about what it's actually about.
Following that up by putting Vulpes Inculta into "who".
Crucifixion is too merciful for some people.
Dude was constantly calling characters the wrong name and put practically every Legion and NCR character super low. Say what you want about Caesar, he's a smart man, and to call him dumb or average intelligence is simply foolish. Dino's human history well, the legion is constantly outsmarting the NCR and he even calls out factions like the brotherhood for their true faults.
It seems like every dude gets S tier. While funny or nice characters like arcade and Veronica get A tier. Despite having so much you can do with them and so much personality.
Although I do agree that Kimball and Oliver are incredibly boring and unlikable. At least in comparison to Caesar and Vulpes or Chief Hanlon.
@@gageowo9527Agreed
How could you miss the best character of all time. The most sinister, the most cruel, the most EVIL.
THE TOASTER!!!!
Randall Clark would have been good for this tier list. Of course no dialogue, but his story is legendary
Absolutely he is without a doubt an S tier character, such a brilliant character.
He is a great character that we never get to see.
@@ReapeeRon Unsurprising, since he was dead.
I will never ever treat Christine poorly. She's the only character in FNV I can't bring myself to harm.
same
For me it's ED-E from lonesome road, he is such a cutie
I've always held a grudge against her because in my 1st Dead Money play through I was 99.99% nice with her but because I threatened her a singular time she turned on me. Even went through the effort of finding her an alternate passage to the elevator but I'm still the enemy because I told her 1 time at the very beginning that I would put her back in the auto-doc if she didn't stop being difficult.
My bad.... I told them if they dont follow me back to the Fountain then i will put them back in that auto doc....
They hated that so much that she even rememberd it til she got her voice back
I ran into endless dialogue loops wich only resulted in conflict sadly
She threated to use the frequency agaist me and my collar, twisted women she had enough of being messed with
@@bowaster57i mean tf do you expect? I wouldn't trust you one bit after that either, especially considering the position everyone is in when you have the option to say this. Big asshole behavior gets you big asshole results
No way you put the legend billy knight in the lowest tier
I gotta say, I’m surprised Mr. House didn’t make it into S tier. He’s confident, pragmatic, incredibly intelligent, and has a solid plan for the advancement of humanity. Kind of reminds me of Tony Stark. I tend to like the House ending the most, in large part just due to the sheer force of his personality.
Also, I feel like Vulpes Inculta deserves at least to make it into D tier, if not C. Beyond being your first introduction to the Legion’s brutality in most playthroughs, he’s also the one who sends you to go see Caesar after you exit the Lucky 38.
He's not anywhere near as likeable as Tony Stark... wdym? Mr House is overrated asf. He's interesting to a point, in terms of what he did and what you can help him do to run New Vegas, but he's not interesting beyond that and I don't see how he's anything more than a charismatic douchebag.
Yeah, I would personally put House into S tier. If you go deep into questioning him and stuff, you learn all about his ideology, his past, his views on mankind and how to progress, etc. The whole lore about him protecting Vegas when the bombs dropped, his plan for space travel, the way he united bands of raiders. It is all pretty interesting and when you grill him on his views, he actually gives pretty compelling arguments for them, even if you don't agree with them....unlike Caesar in my opinion whom I feel is kind of just a murderer with no real plan for the future or, well, anything....but anyway. House is certainly a less "likeable" character than Joshua, but I think seeing him as a scheming businessman is kind of selling him short.
I think the main issue with Vulpes is he is just kind of "there." He blindly follows out Caesar's ideology and brutal oppression of anyone that does not fall in line. I give him points for the shock value when you first talk to him and see the carnage he caused, but him as a character he is pretty one note. He is a zealot. He kills stuff and spreads fear. Kinda...eh. You don't even talk to him much. Yeah, D maybe C if you are feeling generous. I would say D. It is kind of along the lines of "the legion is interesting if only as a band of insane murderers" rather than Vulpes. He is just kind of an extension of that.
Seems like you're buying into his manufactured public image too much. Essentially Mr. House is a whacky ultra capitalist with wild ideas. More capable Elon Musk, basically.
@@tygonmaster well he protected Vegas and Mojave because he wanted it for himself, duh. United raiders? More like dressed them up and put them in charge of casinos to earn money for him. And his wild dreams about space travel and planet colonization are just marketing pitch. Even if he gets to make them come to life it won't be everybody doing it, but those rich and powerful enough who are able to afford it. Money is what most important to him. And Caesar probably meant well but he himself became the biggest problem for the Legion development, Silus is right about that.
Hanlon doesn't lie to win, he literally tries to lose the war quickly and efficiently to minimise the human cost specialy on the rangers side
Boone is far more than an edgelord. He's torn by the way Bitter Spring affected him and turn his anger against the legion after what happen to his wife. All the marked quest is about helping him to take stock about his situation. But if you push him to violence, at the end, you find out that Bitter Spring turned him into a psychopath who just love killing.
Dean is very interesting because he really looks like a sucker (and he's) but once you manage to build a good relationship with him you realise that he can be kinda sweet and actually does care about people who matters to him. This fact is accentuated on his end if you manage to save him (that's the hardest part of the dlc) when you find that he regrets having done that to Vera.
Raul is the best companion, S tier, his back story, his voice lines, his voice, his personality, trully the best
Love Ulysses, he's my favorite character. Funny thing is that, he should have been the main character, the main protagonist in this war. And he's the main reason why in love the dlc. Just because you learn so much about the one who trapped you (the real one, or at least the 1st one) how much your fate and his are bound. And I love how his story ended if you spared him. I really feel thoses dlc and the "persuit" of Ulysses like the true main quest of the game.
I agree with all of those takes.
Ulysses and Joshua are character-arc beasts I really wanted to be able to recruit them as companions not just in the DLCs but the base game too they could have a ton of quests and explore their lore even more
That would be very cool!
There's a mod for that
Ulysses was originally going to be a companion in the base game, acting as the only Legion sympathetic companion. The devs had to cut him for the sole reason that his massive amounts of dialogue took up too much disk space, and it was less time-consuming to cut him than pare down his dialogue.
@@TheGodKefkafor real thats the same thing i heard
What an absolute beast 💀
Am I the only one who enjoys all of Caesars dialogue? Easily an S tier for me. It's awesome hearing him explain his backstory and how he formed the legion. Definitely my favorite faction leader besides Mr House. I mean I also feed Boone to the white gloves and sell arcade to Caesar in every playthrough so maybe I'm just deranged
I agree. I didn't like him saying "he's not very smart." He's not a good guy, sure, and Ron's right that he's not particularly powerful. But he's obviously very smart. He's an ex-follower. He was literally tasked with educating tribes and he learned multiple languages. His intelligence is precisely why he is where he is.
Eh. He's pretentious without truly understanding what he's talking about. He's not stupid, but he's also not as smart as he thinks he is. And he's also petulant to the point of childishness at times. He gives big "high school history teacher who's on thin ice with the principle" vibes to me. And on top of that he's a fascist. And a hypocrite. And a coward.
That is fair, for me it always seemed strange between what we are told of Caesar and what we see when we meet him.
In EVERY playthrough? Maybe?
@@mrgotmilk7238 Caesar is very intelligent, but he is actually not very smart. Ironically, his in-game intelligence stat is 4. Yes, he read thousands of books, he knows a lot and can be very persuasive, but he also think that he found the best solution for Mojave, which actually has few logical issues in it, and Caesar is not able to see them. He speaks really well, and it's probably his strongest side, but he is just very powerful man with not very high intelligence, after whose death Legion will be dead as well
How could Chief Hanlon only get C tier? His dialogue especially in his office is so good, to the point I'd argue it might be strong enough to change someone's mind on NCR and change allegiance. Nah dawg he's straight S tier for being an excellent mini boss of sorts, in terms of how he challenges NCR beliefs. Wish he was more prominent or even gotten hidden ending or something
There is one character who is clearly the best, up in S+++ tier alone.
DOCTOR PRINCIPAL BOROUS!
The almighty Principal.
You Heard that Betsy? Richie likes BALLS!
actually for Christine dean shoved her into the auto-doc not to remove but to fuck with her vocal chords so she sound like Vera cause that's how he was planning to get into the vault
That is true.
Ganon, House, Ullyses, Joshua, and Benny are my top picks, some of the best writing in this game.
I agree with all of those.
S: House & Caesar because they are literally the plot of the game
A: important characters with a lot of backstory & companions
B: Cool NPCs
the rest
Reddit Tier: Arcade Ganon
I sell ganon to slavery everytime ı hate his redditor ass
@@Hilter420 lmao
Also S Tier, Veronica once she gets a pretty dress and a ballistic fist
Caesar isn't the "plot of the game" himself, it's the whole legion and Lanius that are the plot. Caesar is pretty mediocre tbh.
@@Avatar1977 no
14:48 however, he does have the best line in the entire game (imho) quote: I told them I had a theoretical degree in physics. that just cracks me up every time.
That is very true.
It's pretty much the only interesting thing from Fantastic, aside from his general dumbassery.
8:10 I believe that is Colonel Moore from Hoover Dam not Mags
10:25 Ambassador Crocker not Bruce Isaac
You are correct.
I don’t think waking cloud should be above vulpis, he was your introduction to the legion and how brutally they conducted themselves, add to that he was Caesars most trusted infiltrator
That is true, his introduction is pretty interesting. That stands out more then anything else he does.
Strange, I literally looked up a New Vegas character tier list on youtube yesterday and couldn't find anything then this pops up. For the most part, I agree with your list with some small exceptions. For me Mr. House and Veronica are cast iron S tier, two of my very favourite characters in the game. Glad you put Father Elijah in S tier as well, one of my favourite antagonists in any game. I would have Gloria higher, I found her really interesting and would have liked more of her. Also, Vulpes in who? is crazy, I found him to be very memorable. Great video dude.
Thank you very much!
I like the „secret“ ending of cooperating with Elijah and taking over the Mojave, starting the story of Dust basically lol
@@kotzpenner I just found out about a mod called Masters of the Mojave which allows you to continue past this ending doing quests for Elijah. I'm going to check it out.
4:30 it’s that once comedian on the strip
Thanks!
The best things about Arcade is his funny redditor attitude and giving you ability to play out your enclave fantasy.
Dean put Cristine in the auto doc to change her voice
Okay, I wasn't fully aware of that.
Was just about to comment this. It makes their interaction at the fountain all the more awkward and hilarious.
The Vulpes placement was criminal! Haha good video!
Thanks!
He did Vulpes Inculta dirty...
Fun fact: even though it tragically was cut, you would’ve been able to convince Ulysses to join you in the Mojave as a companion.
He’s also 1 of only 2 main villains to have perfect 10s in all special stats.
- the other is Frank Horrigan.
I like your videos. I appreciate how your intros are short and you jump right into the content. I like Graham, Benny, Boone, Raul, and Vuples the most although they are probably very common answers. Hell even Yes Man and Victor are great characters. And Elijah. Damn this game has great characters.
Thanks, and I am glad that you are enjoying the videos!
Veronica better be S tier.
Hahaha
Simp
Shes lesbian
Helll nahh
Caesar being called uninteresting means you didn’t talk to him or you understand his dialogue lol
Ceaser back story and talking with ceaser makes him S.
Christine over Ceaser is mad.
Is back story is the best part of Caeser.
@@ReapeeRon also he is trying to "save" humanity but in a very bad way
@@veljkovasiljevic That just shows how weak his understanding of "saving humanity" really is - he's honestly delusional if he thinks making people slaves and killing anyone that disagrees with him is saving humanity. He's honestly just a tyrant who has a vision of an empire, but is crazy enough to believe that what he is doing is the right and "correct" thing to do.
Rex was actually the legions dog first theres alot to his back story and he has alot of different outcomes i feel like hes been underrated here bro
I put House in S-tier cause he’s the best choice for ruling the Mojave cause he doesn’t want to micromanage or over tax people like the ncr or the legion, he mainly wants to have to have the casinos fund his future projects and seeing that he was able to reduce the nuclear destruction prewar is cool, probably why there’s barely any radiation in the game.
That is a good point and I would agree that he is largely the best choice overall. At least from an outside view.
if you're a murder hobo that doesnt 100% the game, House is the best option, but if you'll go all the way, then Independent Vegas is the best choice.
I have an idea for a video: a tier list of all the enemies based on how dangerious they are including humanoids and creatures? ( or maybe you could separate them into 2 video )
That could be very interesting. Thanks for the idea.
I can't believe you missed out one of my favourite character. At the Legions fort, there's a guy doing push up's. He's memorable because him keeping fit is not going to help when I'm just about to snipe him. lol
I stumbled upon your channel a few days ago and i must say i like your videos and i enjoy them. I agree with pretty much every placing you did in this video exeot for the first character you put into who category. How can you not remember him ahah! He is the comedian that tells those lame jokes in the strip inside the second area right next to the door if i remember correctly. Not that he would be a a or b tier but he sure was memorable for me. Also the third guy in the who category is Deputy beagle from primm.
Thank you very much!
i like that dog is better than half of tier list xD
Rex is a good boy
I think you were a little harsh on Hanlon. He's the only leader of the NCR who actually cares about soldiers. (not including the lower tier folks, like Hsu)
His plan is, if reports show that the NCR are outnumbered by the other factions in the Mojave, and that they are doing poorly, then Oliver and Kimball will withdraw troops, and the innocent soldiers who don't know they're getting into a death sentence will be saved. He's lost hope in his years, it's why he can be pacified if you've killed Caesar.
I honestly think Doc Mitchell should be S tier since there wouldn't be a game without him (or Victor). You'd have died right outside of Goodsprings or on the operating table in the hands of a less capable doctor.
Then every major character would be S tier because the main story needs them.
-The Gomorra quest isnt weak or bad, it's a good quest. But the bosses of the casino arent that charismatic, and the fun comes from having to solve the problems keeping people in place. The quest has a cool meaning/story to it.
- Cesar is talked about as this bigger than life character. The man to unify the East, insane bloodthirsty tyrant that people follow blindly. His backstory is actually really cool, how he came to power and how power corrupted a good man, turning him into the biggest warlord in the East. And the reson he may come across as weak is because he was made that way, for the anticlimatic realization that he isnt strong or the embodiment of the Legion's ideals, he is a dying weak old man, the heart of the legion. As opposed to the Legate who is the actual embodyment of the Legion and a good representation of "You face the Legion" kind of challenge (and the reason you fight Him and not Cesar).
- Another good things about Julia from the followers are the negotiations you have with her, where she's not just saying yes to everything and instead thinks about the impact of things on her comunity.
-It pains me to not say Yes man is S tier with how great of a character choice he is for a "backup" ending in case you mess the other ones up. His sarcastic dialogue is awesome, his premise is cool, the way it evolves once the war is over...
I'd put Jason, Chalk boy and cloud in C and move Fantastico to B. Honest hearts companions are horrible, their story comes from a quest and is basically "i want to explore the world" and "Daniel lied to me" which are horrible stories without further development, like they set them up with an introduction or the cover, and forgot to tell you the story.
i would have put raul up in S tier as well, if you give him any decent lever action gun he will just run through enemies with ease.
but now you have to do a companion perk tier list, i'd love to see your opinions on some of them.
there's a way to get doc mitchell to talk to you about his wife, who died after they left vault 21 bc her immune sytem wasn't ready for the outside world, and so he never left good springs bc that's where he buried her
Tooting my own horn but I rewatch this dudes videos every night to watch/ sleep, amount of views must be in the thousands
S+ Tier: Toaster
100% Agree
I’m happy to see that Boone and Christine were in S tier among all the other followers. Those two really caught me the most!
i agree with most of these but you did NOT just put Vulpes into the lowest tier. he’s not S sure but he’s among the most influential characters in the game lore wise.
edit: arcade should’ve been S tier, but that’s my opinion.
Yeah, i had an addiction of pressing E whenever he was around. the amount of times i heard the line "Was there more for us to discuss" is insane, every time i heard that i would bust a lil
on my kill everyone play through i wore his dog hat for most of the game too, he's quite underrated
Us gigachads that kill him in Nipton every single time haven't seen him in his regular legion fit
@@smitty6 don’t get me wrong he’s a horrible dude and 90% of the time i shoot him on sight, but his importance in the story can’t be understated.
he brought ulysses tribe in and broke them, he is one of the first representatives of the legion you meet whether it be on the strip or in nipton, and on top of all that he’s spearheading a plot to sow chaos among the NCR throughout the region so that when the second battle comes the legion can take advantage of the disorganized response.
if you wanna see how deep it goes go on the wiki and look for operation racket.
@@somerandomassguyontheinter2869 I absolutely agree, but the dog hat is unmistakable
I really enjoy these videos, keep ‘em going!
Glad you like them!
Caesar is one of the most interesting characters. he does have a large backstory. He was a part of followers which sounds pretty ironic for what he is now. He read a lot of books and deducted that his way of bringing the civilisation is the best. It's not the best but it is certainly smart and effective. He is a very smart man and he is irreplaceable head of the Legion. You need to talk to him mmore.
Are you gonna do weapon and what not from mod like the frontier and new California?
Maybe,
7:20 Elijah didn't remove Christine's vocal cords, Dean did. And he didn't even remove them, he surgically modified her cords so that she had Vera's voice in order to open Sierra Madre with it (Dean had a "schematic" of Vera's vocal cords, which was originally made in case Vera, a famous singer, damaged her cords in one way or another)
She's also not rogue. She's a member of Cicle of Steel, which is basically an internal affairs organ for BoS.
Great video! I definitely would have put Mr. House and the think tank in S Tier though. Mr. House is fascinating in how debatable it is if he is good or evil. He epitomizes the benfits and drawbacks of the ambitious genius capitalist, arrogant and shady, and yet he was right about the war coming and did legitimately save so much of the Mojave.
I think that is fair, he is one of my favorite characters too.
19:57 His quest where he asks you to Bring the Rose of Sharon Cassidy back to the silver rush only for it to be Cass and if you do bring her he immediately shoots her head off is pretty cool imo
He’s not much other than that quest but it could get him into C or D tier for me
the first "who" guy is the one telling jokes just outside the casinos. many people dislike and kill him, but i like some jokes at least.
Oh, it's that guy. okay.
I remember accidentally shooting Follows-Chalk the first time because i thought he was a White Leg. Probably because i was still in adrenaline mode after the ambush.
I would place Doc at least at A, because when you return from Strip and talk about his backstory it leaves me no choice but to kill House. I always sided with House, but after learning how he ruined Doc's life, it is one sin I can never look past. I know Mitchell would likely forgive him for Mojave's sake, but I am not as strong as Doc is.
That is fair, Doc is pretty nice to you!
I feel strongly that Veronica and Boone should be on the same tier. Both come from major factions, have locations on the map where they have unique dialogue, have back stories about their lovers, and are significant forces as team members. I'd argue Veronica being able to influence changes to her faction might even put her as more impactful to the story overall. But, I know these are all based on our own perspectives..
ede should be s tier, all his hardships he overcame , and his upgraded mojove version stomps, best compainion by far
I like Ede a lot.
Raul should be S tier. His story alone is worthy of it.
I do like Raul a lot!
9:30 He's not trapped in there in traditional sense, rather, he refuses to let go of it. He lives there, by choice untill he has the collar, in hopes of someday robbing the long dead Sinclair
Offended on behalf of Chris Haversam. Haversam won't mind when his hair starts falling out after a few years!
Stating that Dean isnt smart is a bold declaration imho.
He is very very smart.
Are you gonna make a New Vegas companion tier list video?
>Arcade
>likeable
lmfao what? He's such a Redditor I always enslave him or offer him up for Beyond the Beef
How is Arcade a Reddit companion? Genuine question
@pinkwaffle1433 90% of his dialogue is pedantic sophistry, he looks like some 35 year old liberal pseudo-intellectual millenial with an art degree you'd meet at a coffee shop, constantly making references to classical literature to flex his education, his tone of voice and body language. If Bryan Griffin were a Fallout character he'd be Arcade.
@@AntonEugeneLanthier Lol, that's actually kind of a decent comparison.
@@AntonEugeneLanthierLmfao death by words.
Which is sad, because I liked having him around for a few of my characters.
@@AntonEugeneLanthier I was thinking of Brian Griffin too! 😂
Might be because of New Vegas Day, where fans meet up in Goodsprings IRL, but everyone in Goodsprings (except Chet) is S tier in my mind. The folks of Goodsprings are the only true, morally pure, and good people in the Mojave, and I love'em for it.
Doc heals you up for free, no questions asked, Sunny gives you a rifle free of charge, Trudy stands her ground to a escaped convict for a total stranger and Easy Pete is always there to let you know when someone is bad trouble.
Actually it was dean domino who did that to Christine not Elijah I'm like 99% sure because the voice of Vera Keyes was needed to access the Sierra Madre vault
You are right and I was wrong about that.
@ReapeeRon np bud I'm generally not big on watching player gaming videos where they talk but you do a good job on the tier lists keep it up
Mortimer is the kind of waiter, when you ask "What's on the menu?", he will respond with: "I don't know. What are you bringing to the table?".
Mr House and Caesar must be an S tier they are incredibly interesting characters
Muggy is S tier
He is pretty great too.
I love No-Bark. He's great. "We got a chupacabra with an automatic weapon. And that's when they get real quiet, cause now they see the predicament we're in."
I can't stand Ulysses. Quite honestly, I think he's an overgrown child. Yes, he is strong, intelligent and sort of charismatic, but everything he does in Lonesome Road is an elaborate justification for why everything that happens there, including the nukes he plans to launch is all the Courier's fault.
the guy who wants to go to the moon with the gouls had an awsome story i thought. i felt so bad for him
"Watch out the invisible chupacabras" No-bark says, but no one listens at No-bark :(
Surely you're out of new vegas tier lists at this point
What's next, sand texture tier list?
Never stop making these :D
I dissagree. How you imagined Ceasar to be verses how he actually is was jarring. I walked out of that tent having much more respect for the man than I did going in which is hard to do.
I can understand that.
Ceaser and Marcus in B is a crime
For me Caesar is not well written his past is interesting but that's it. After that and when we meet him it's just do what I say or I will stabn you because my brain aneurysm is my greatest source of power.
Yeah, he's really just not that interesting. "Some of the best written dialogue in the game"... that's entirely arguable, but it's also objective. This is ReapeeRon's list, not yours, so you can disagree with it all you like, but that doesn't make your opinion any more true than his.
Did he say Ulysses is charismatic?
You actually did it
I did!
My man really put Robert Edwin motherfucking House into A tier
Who? List:
4:29 Billy Knight, the comedian in the Strip you can hire in Talent Pool for the Tops.
20:00 Jean-Baptiste can kill Cass! That’s at least D tier.
26:12 That’s Phillip Lem, who wants you to destroy the sulfur under Vault 19
27:45 Samuel Cooke, as mentioned in video and above, with the Vault 19 Powder Gangers
32:20 Vulpes Inculta, main spy for the legion. Led the slaughter of Nipton, gives you the Mark of Caesar after you confront Benny, and has some history with Ulysses and Joshua
there are SO many character, you were always going to miss loads. Love the video though!
Thanks!
Was not a fan of Ulysses whatsoever myself, just seemed to be a confusing character. Random courier that’s been everywhere you’re going somehow, just makes no sense and he is annoying lol. But you’ll have that on them big jobs.
Ulysses is the mouthpiece of Chris Avellone. So whatever you don't like about what he has to say, you can take up with the writer, as they're his opinions.
doc mitchell number one
Isn't ED-E one of the best companions? So it detects any threat or possible threat from very far away, with the Lonsome Road extras, it can literally repair your weapon by 25% (35% if you pass a speech check) It can give you ammunition (fc, mfc, fuel, satchel charge which also has a speech check to increase the quantities), you can use it to create things and ammunition, it bonuses the damage when using beam weapons and also v.a.t.s hit chance, it gives you greater resistance to damage and also has its own little music, it is literally the companion with the greatest amount of benefits and that benefits the player to the greatest extent, regardless of their decisions.
AND can get an upgrade by completing his Quest and have quite the history behind
If Obsidian had more time, the Legion would be more fleshed out and i think all of the legion characters would be higher up
Boone killed his own wife as they were taking her and could do nothing about it, only shoot her from afar to spare her the Legion treatment.
That is true, I forgot that for some reason when making this.
Dean is the one that put Christina in the autodoc to change her vocal cords, not Elijah
Well my personal S tier character is MR. RADical. The guy who sacrificed his life for science and all human beigns.
Christine- Dean Domino is actually the one who trapped her in the Autodoc and modified her vocal chords.
Boone - Boone already knew his wife is dead because he pulled the trigger. He was ultimately forced to kill his wife because he was unable to rescue her and didn’t want her to suffer as a Legion slave.
Dean Domino - He knew that Vera’s voice is the key to the vault under the Sierra Madre, which is why he modified Christine’s vocal chords. He knows more about the Sierra Madre than he’s actually letting on. He’s been working on entering the vault since before the bombs fell.
OWB is best DLC, Think Tank and Mobius are S tier for me, as well as The Sink as a whole, best Player Home ever. Cass however i cannot stand, she's so much of a goody good that if my karma is even somewhat negative, she'll threaten to walk. it's like "bitch, we just killed the Van Graffs and the old hag at Crimson Caravan for what they did to your Caravan, but you're gonna walk because i'm a klepto? fuck you!"
Vulpes in Who? tier is kinda of insulting
Yeah it kind of is
I'm glad your making fnv content it's such a good story and always nostalgic and deserving of lots of love
Thanks, glad that you are liking it!
Boone is the only companion in fnv that I never tire of. Even after finishing his story, he’s always there to cover me with his god-like aiming abilities. I’ll turn around, and he’d be pressed right up against me with a 'dead inside' expression, and he just looks at you and says nothing.
He rarely talks, but you feel his presence, and that alone is enough company for me. I enjoy the silent and quiet 'best mates' kind of relationship you have with him.
15:41 Oliver
The Courier
The sink personalities very memorable especialy mr pycho toaster!
That is true, he is great!
