CJ your cowboy stir fry looks so delicious, lots of great flavors mingling together, can't wait to give this dish a try.👍☘️😎
That looks delicious! Grabbing the recipe now
This my first CJS 1st cooking show. Loved it! I can’t wait to make this and I loved all the quotes. You’re my kind of people. Keep it up bro
Hey bro! So glad you found us and stuck around to watch the show. I’ll be sure to feature your comment on my New Viewers segment soon. Cheers my friend 🔔🔔🍻🍻
I made this for the people at the bar on game day and they loved it! The only problem was i made way to much, so i had a ton of leftovers...what does one do with leftovers? I took some eggs scrambled them up added the stir fry and some cheese and southwestern style salsa to them and served some amazing breakfast burritos! Thanks for the recipe! it was a huge success!
McClintock and Quigley are a couple of incredible pulls. Classics.
This was excellent. And you are intertwining while still explaining very well. Plus I'm a movie , tv buff also so I get most of your references. Good reciepts. Thanks. I just rang the bell.
This is right up my alley! Can’t wait to try it!
So happy you said quigley down under. What a classic
Y’all are so amazing and fun!!!! I love the recipes, I love the banter I love the movie and tv tie-ins!!!!!!! Amazing AMAZING WORK!!!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Kickass recipe! Tried it tonight third time cooking on my new 22" turned out great!
I really enjoyed this video. I laughed throughout! Thank you!
I'm digging this receipe CJ, keep them coming!
Sweet bro! So pumped to hear it. Any recipe ideas you’d like to see in upcoming episodes?
CJ that looks like a simple and easy dish. I love cowboy cooking. Zeb and I will have to make this.
Hey there Mr. Alllgood! The simplicity of this one is money. And yes, you and Zeb for sure need to. He’s a good dude 🔔🔔🍻🍻
Looks great can’t wait to try out mine Blackstone with your recipe
I need to try this
Looks fantastic
We don’t know how we missed this one but just found it this morning.
It is on our list of dishes to make now!
Dannnnnnng. That looks so good!
You are 100% right CJ, Crystal's over tobasco any day! That recipe looked fantastic, and the hot sauce, I am sure, was just the touch. Fun time again!
I made this tonight. We didn't have the exact seasoning you had I used a steak seasoning nor the sear and serve (I used Italian dressing). It's a definite keeper recipe!
Good call on the Italian dressing! And I love to hear that you’re enjoying this one. Cheers my friend 🔔🍻
This one looks really good. Gonna do this one for the boys on the Fire Department. Love the show. Keep ringing and bringing.
Yes!!! Your crew will love it!! I need to see photos of you and your boys crushing it on your blackstone!
Looks awesome. I will be giving this a try. Another classic western is "Maverick".
Now this is a Camp cook meal for sure. Nothing better then a simple yet delicious dish idea to feed the crew out in the woods! Been following you channel for a while. First time I have comment. Love the movie inserts too. Blazing saddles camp fire scene would have been a good one to use for this video! Haha.
So first off, so glad you finally commented! Love to hear that you’re a king time fan of the show. And secondly, yes, this is an easy one to feed a lot by the camp fire! Cheers Al! 🍻🍻🔔🔔
We made this yesterday! Doubled everything.. just used some cajun seasoning and very little dressing … prolly one of the best things i’ve made on black stone yet!
These are the kind of comments I love to get!! Way to crush it!!
@@CJ_Frazier Id use blackstone seasonings...I just cant find them!
Woooweee soo entertaining and the food looks Amazing as well best vid on the blackstone grill i have seen ty guys keep on ring it bring it.
I have this same model and I love it !!!
Great recipe
yeah i just put together my 36" blackstone and have cooked on it two times. first after initially seasoning the grill it was simple cheeseburgers. second was some sliced marinated sirloin and yellow onions cartelized together in the finish. turned out fantastic. my only problem is temperature control and to honest you, your video didn't even address that so that tells me its all about
" let it rip !! and if you smell burning start turning. either turn the food or turn the knobs" I'll take credit for that phrase because it sure seems to apply. thanks for the content , bowesy
So i just found this channel. Its my new go to for food ideas on my new Blackstone. This is definitely one recipe that going on the to make list.
Shawn, so happy you found us bro! And thank you for the kind words. I’ll be sure to feature your comment on new New Viewers segment. Be watching for it! Cheers 🔔🍻
@@CJ_Frazier i do have to say that i do disagree on the Tabasco v. Crystals.... Tabasco wins every time with me.
What a fun video forreal, great recipe
This is one of my favorites. Bacon was first then this. I usually make this in a big skillet now the Blackstone 36" is the place rain or shine. P.S. YES on Quigley Down Under 🙂 Thanks 4 sharing
I agree with Nae, this is Blackstone's Best Cooking Show!
Mom you’re the absolute best!!! Love you 😘
I made this, this past Saturday. It turned out pretty good. But I didn't have any chicken thawed out so I still made it without the chicken. I used Hillshire Smoked Sausage and Johnsonville Andouille Smoked Sausage. I think the Andouille made it a bit spicy. I used Red, Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers plus some Sweet Peppers and onions.
Nicely done Charles!! Sometimes we just have to wing it with what we have in the fridge. Cheers to a job well done buddy 🙌🏼🔔🔔🍻🍻
I'm making this for my wife this weekend but I will be adding Cholula to my plate as I love hot but she doesn't! Keep on with the good videos.
Delicious 😋
My wife and daughter weren't too big on the sausage so I switched it with shrimp. Pretty tasty as well.
Yeah, ok, so my wife chose the recipe. We used thighs (because we had some) and added some bok choy (because it was in the fridge). The results? Another winner from CJ! Thanks Brother
If guns kill people, I blame any typo from here on out on fat fingers from your recipes! Happy to have found y'all. Subscriber for sure!!! Keep it up! I'm new to the Blackstone as well as griddle top gang now!
Hahahaha
That looks pretty damn good.
Just came across this channel. Enjoying the production and can't wait to try some of these recipes. In short I guess I am saying "I'll Be Back"
Haha so pumped you found the show! And we’ll played on the movie quote to get your point across 😆 Be watching in the coming episodes for a shoutout during my “New Viewers Segment.” Cheers my friend 🔔😂
Bro! This episode was amazing and had a little of everything mashed into it and oh yea, another fine looking meal thrown in there too! I will definitely be trying this on the Blackstone soon!
Mad props for the Biggie Smalls drop too! Epic!! Keep up the excellent and hard work CJ. Btw, wasn’t Lippy’s show something like 4 minutes and 28 seconds long this week? We roll with the 15+ minute shows over here!
RINBI!!!!!
Hahaha we roll deep here homie! Lol thanks bro. My episodes just get tough to film short. It’s an adventure when cooking on my set!
And I love it CJ!! Lol
No debate crystals all day long. Great vid👍🏿💪🏿
love the content, just got a Blackstone, and used it for the first time yesterday. Looking forward to trying this out, maybe with some flank steak instead of chicken. Now, best western, The Three Amigos!!! :)
What the big three are going Cowboy culture? Look out, next will be on location with the chuck wagon and learning the Cowboy Code. This is a great recipe, thanks CJ, you cranked it up on the wagon wheel of the Iron Lady. Like this one a lot.
Hahaha a chuck wagon episode would be so rad! Cheers my friend 🔔🍻🍻
Gotta try the Chipotle Tabasco!
That scoop will be mine just could of hard to find here in Chicago. I find myself always checking Walmart, Lowe’s, and Ace each have different things that the one might not have and have to check multiple stores. So not only getting as many accessories to satisfy my blackstone addiction, but the hunt in finding them has become a thing 😂.
Omg McClintock is my favorite western too!
Very nice
I cook this a lot. I have never heard it called cowboy stir-fry. I don't put chicken in mine, but sometimes I do add cherry tomatoes and I season with potato slayer seasoning.
1) McLintock
2) Tombstone
3) Quigley Down Under
Heck yeah, great order of favorite westerns!
That looks 🔥. I’m currently on my way to the grocery store to buy all the suspects for this combination 👌🏼
Hot sauce for the win CJ. Heck yeah!!!
Loved the show , I’ll Be Back ! Food looks fabulous!
What is the name of that Blackstone tool kit looking thing on the left where all the utensils are hanging from?
Quigley Down Under! Not only culinary cultures but a man of film culture too.
What heat setting did you have your griddle for the cowboy stir fry?
Damn....that looks good.
You gotta try it out! So simple and crazy tasty!
Awesome X 10
I make something just like that at deer camp but I use Mexican sausage potatoes onion 3 eggs and cover with cheese soo good
That sounds bangin!!
@@CJ_Frazier You can also put salsa in with it it gives it a kick
I can’t find the loaded Italian sear and serve … what would you use instead?
That looks delicious! Tabasco is the bottom of the hot sauce list to me!
Same here Josh. It’s good, but not my top 3 by any means.
@@CJ_Frazier do a top 3 video!!
Cowboys eat beef but this still looks delicious!!! Might want to rename!!!
First time viewer. First time comment. I enjoyed the presentation. I plan to try this recipe this weekend. The inserts are great. Bourbon up!
We live in Kentucky and were out of power for 4 days recently but we have a Blackstone Adventure and cooked chicken wings for dinner
So sorry to hear about your power situation! But thankful you were able to cook some quality food while dealing with that. Cheers my friends 🔔🍻
I want to give you a shout out I just tried this and it was really good
What is the BS table left of you flat top? Where is it available? Thanks, Jim
Had to do a name change like I'm repackaged pro wrestler. It's your boy Chris Kassner!
Might be time to transfer to our facility in Groveland so I can apply my skills to be on the show. I can do ALL the clean up and do "honorary" Walk of Shames to keep your numbers down CJ.
I F&@%ING LOVE THIS SHOW! Love the quotes and cutaways even more! Love you guys, keep up the fantastic work!
I need to keep it very low carb for me, just wondering if it would be good if I omitted the potatoes? I suppose I could pick it out of my serving and the fam could eat the taters, just wondering your thoughts? Also, what temp you cooking everything at? If I missed where you said it, my apologies.
There's a Crystal hot sauce with garlic. It has a gold top and I literally have to stop myself from taking shots of it LOL.. I hope yall can find it, as it's readily available here in South Louisiana. God bless brothers.
Bro, I’ve gotta look for that! Lol honestly it’s probably available here I just naturally gravitate to the classic. Cheers my friend, and God bless you!
Could you give some more details on exactly what you do with and prep for the potato's. They are a part of most of meal on the Blackstone but I seem to get them just almost right. Share your recipe
So I would go about potatoes two ways. The easiest is to par cook them in the microwave for a bit to soften them up. This makes your cook time on the griddle much quicker. Or like I did in this episode, steam and a dome are your best friends lol Also, if you cut them up into smaller bites they’ll cook quicker. For me, repetition was the winner. Cooking with trial and error is part of the journey, we’ll for me at least 😂
Just bought a 17 inch blackstone griddle can't wait to try this recipe
That’s awesome! So pumped to hear it. Hit me up on IG and tag me in a photo if you do. Would love to re-share it!
Lonesome Dove is my favorite western.
Now that really is a masterpiece western!
Like your western favs!
Great
Do you guys quote in off camera life too? I am thinking your wive’s dread those days.
Where do I get that huge blackstone steamer?
He'll yeah!!
Looking good, CJ!
Gracias Mi amigo!
Looks great. I make one i call hillbilly stir fry same but the sauce is your favorite BBQ sauce
That’s the beauty of this recipe, endless possibilities!
Tombstone!!! Yeah!!
The. Best.
I like your tastes in Westerns
😊 temps and timing
And knowing is half the battle ( sorry, it’s instinct to say that after hearing now you know🤣🤣)
Lol I totally get it.
@@CJ_Frazier I guess that I do what happens when you watch a lot G.I. Joe cartoons during your childhood after school, best life ever!
McClintock! Yes!
Tombstone, A+!
What about Blazing Saddles?
Honorable mention for sure lol
What is the sauce you poured on? Thanks.
Guys, when are we going to get Blackstone's in the UK!!?
I’ll put a good word in!
A side of white rice and yum yum yum
You know what. I totally agree!! Plus it’ll soak up all the juices and flavors on the plate. Good call!
What is the sauce you poured on? Couldn't quite catch it.
Looks like something I would definately cook.
It’s a winner all day with this one.
Too muçh hot sauce you kill the taste of the sauce of the food you just have the Heat🔥
Were do we send stickers to?
I turn yall on and watch the whole time I'm cooking and making sauce every night. Love the show ring it and bring it
Bro!! That’s the coolest thing ever to hear. Thank you for the honor of joining you with your cooking. Ring it and Bring it homie! 🔔🔔🍻🍻 Any specific recipes you’re wanting to see?
"DANG"...I plan on making this for the fam this weekend!!!!!....looks delicious ....also I just got a bell for my outside kitchen and the 1st time I ring it will be for you and Nate and Ethan....you guys rock!!!!! also tell Nate his wings looked legit
Dude!!! When you get your bell up I need a video of that Ring it and Bring it! I’ll add it to an episode in the future 🔔🔔🍻🍻
@@CJ_Frazier You got it buddy
What is the Italian sauce you used?
9:01 Great job guys! What is the name of the liquid Italian seasoning?
Blackstone Loaded Italian Sear and Serve. (Stopped video to look.)
My wife said I need to try this. My reply..."Say when"
Also, I think it's great your friend still keeps an eye on you.
Crystal Hot Sauce all Day! Only a nerd would think that Tabasco sauce could compete with Crystals!
Yup, I don’t disagree at all! Lol cheers
Looks amazing. I’d rather have any other hot sauce than the spicy vinegar of Tabasco.
Microwave the potatoes ahead always helps.
Definitely helps speed things up. Good call
What heat are the potatoes cooked on? I am a newbie on the griddle
Start the potato cook on medium low. Let the steam do the work so make sure to add water to steam under the dome every few minutes. That speeds up the cook and keeps the potatoes from burning. Also, welcome to the griddle nation my friend!
@@CJ_Frazier I appreciate this so much. Not a cook at all so I really struggle with temps. Love the griddle so far.
A rip roaring recipe!
Question about cooking on medium low. I'm not sure what that means because medium low grill heat could be different temps depending on when you are cooking. A temp means more than medium low. What temp would you call a medium low temp ?
Thanks. Will try.
Pumped to hear it!
