Have you guys considered adding chapters to your videos? Would be a lot easier to revisit and find specific parts of videos I want to see when I'm cooking.
When you cook, scrambled eggs on a griddle fold in the edges over to center continuously it makes them fluffy not what you guys made. I like the grilled exterior nice texture. For non gravy burritos steam them under a lid to infuse the cheese throughout. This is a great tip when making philly cheesesteaks.
I recently tried y’all’s method for steaks on the flat top and they were amazing. I took it one step further last week, I put 2 ribeyes in my smoker but used my smoke tube to cold smoke them for an hour. Pulled them off applied some more salt and vacuum sealed them. I let them sit in the fridge for a few days, pulled them out and tossed them on the flat top. Probably the best steak I have ever eaten.
Oh wow, that’s incredible!! Love the addition, something we may have to try!! Take care fam, thank you for watching and for chiming in with the incredible smoke cook addition!🔥🔥
With the sausage gravy YUM, you could change it up and makeclike a crunch wrap. In the center of the tortilla "shmear" a littke gravy, split open a biscuit and put a half in the "shmear", then add some eggs and cheese, add add the other half of the biscuit and start folding the edges of the tortilla in like you would to make a crunch wrap.
This was fantaboulous. Guys your so much fun and so very handsome 😍 my niece has 3 sets of twin girls 6 beautiful girls amen. Twins are at least 3 times in every generation. Bless you.
Thank you for watching fam! We love it, unfortunately, our dessert videos are among our most poorly performing videos. Seems most don’t feel like we do about dessert, right?!😂😂
I leave out the biscuit since it's on a flour tortilla and add hash browns. I make breakfast pizza in my ooni pizza oven the same...sausage gravy, eggs, bacon and hash browns.
This literally could have been 4 separate griddle-me-timbers...I believe it is safe to say that we are aligned on favorites, these look amazing...dare I say bangerlicious!!!!
Hey Waltwins! My family and I love you guys. Thank you so much for staying positive and providing a safe place for our family to learn new recipes for our Blackstone griddle. I have a suggestion for you. Peanut butter and jelly smash burgers! I have been watching griddling videos for a year and I've never seen anyone make them on UA-cam but you guys have to trust me. They are amazing! Just cook up your standard smashburger with salt and pepper for seasoning. When you take them off the griddle, smear one with peanut butter and the other with grape jelly and put it between two buns. It'll change your life! I just wanted to leave that with you guys. We love you. Keep on keeping on!
No way! This is the BEST!! Okay, we’re actually together this weekend and we’re going to do this one! Couple of questions: Do you use cheese? What kind if bun/bread? Anything else on it, bacon etc.? Let us know, we can’t wait!!
@@waltwins Hello again! I've never used cheese but I suppose it would probably taste fine. Bacon is an absolute must because the saltiness of the bacon tastes so good with the peanut butter and jelly. Potato buns and King's Hawaiian type buns would probably be the best, but any old bun you buy at the store would also work. Work. It's a pretty simple equation for making these things, but my son and I just love them! We had them at a restaurant in Minneapolis during a vacation several years ago and we tried them more as a joke than anything, but man, do they taste great!
So cool to have found you guys again since back in 2018 when we first started watching you… things have changed since the Disney days… loving your griddle work! Just got my e-series tonight! Whoo hoo!
Well.....notifications failed me on this one. Trying to make me miss something yummy! My personal favs are definitely in line with changing something that seems oven only to flat top cooks.
Truly some great Choices! You can never go wrong with Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, however you dish it up. I know the Freshly Shredded Potatoes make that Hash Brown Omelet amazing. They really elevate any Recipe, to a whole different Level! Potato Wedges, off the Griddle are probably the Ultimate Snack Food, hands Down! And, I am totally with you, on the Reverse Sear, Steak cooking Technique! Not only is the Flavor, out of this World, but, that 10 minute Rest Period (although it’s probably the hardest thing to do, ever!) is truly the “Secret,” to melt in your mouth, tender Steak. Every Bite, no matter which cut of Steak, you prefer, is going to be incredible! I love New York Strip Steak, and man, does it come out incredible, this way. Never going back to the Grill, with Steak, again!
I’ve done hash brown omelettes a couple times now, got to say doing fresh shredded potatoes is the best way to do it for these! I even did a sweet potato omelette for my wife.
Perfect! That’s great to know as well, we’ve only ever used fresh, or frozen, but some has mentioned dehydrated potatoes - I still think fresh is the way to go! The sweet potato is interesting, I bet my wife would like that one as well!!🔥🔥
I make SGB in reverse order, brown the sausage, add 3 T. of flour and 3 Cups of milk (and a LOT of ground sage) to the same pan... a little more gravy, but I make 8 large biscuits.
Dude! Steak on the griddle is fab! Also filet mignon in the air fryer came out perfect too the bacon was crisp as well. Enjoyed he vid and maybe y’all can wrestle an alligator and griddle up some tails.
Thank you so much fam!! Haha!! We have a friend who has access to fresh Gator tail! We did a cook about a year ago, but it would be fun to do another Gator tail cook, it was my son’s favorite!🔥🔥
I have wondered about cooking a steak like this... but also tosting a hot dog bun with garlic and olive oil.. then cut the steak into strips and eat it on the bun
Adam and Brett, I cooked the Jalepeño Ranch Chicken Street Tacos from your Epic Outdoor Griddle Cookbook tonight! They were awesome! Many more recipes to try from your book coming up!
Incredible way to do steak ... 18:15 ... I learned from you on how to do it. So, thank you for showing us this. It's TOO EXPENSIVE to eat out anymore, so we are cooking at home much, much more. So, I like you Guys, and I am subbing to your Channel. Also, I plan to buy your cookbooks once my paycheck comes, because I see how you can teach me to prepare food cheaper for my family. Like for us, we just can't eat out and spend $20+/$25+ per plate at some damned restaurant, so we are buying whatever we need to be able to cook same things at home.
Thank you so much for watching fam, and also, we appreciate the love and support! It is getting harder and harder to justify eating out anymore! My family does prefer the food we cook at home on the griddle, so for sure it’s the way to go. Much love fam, GRIDDLE ON!
Man, we so enjoy your videos. New to griddling as of Jan 2023, and you both have taught me so much, Thanks! Keep up the great work we will hungrily watch them. Will be purchasing the Cook book soon.
In high school I worked at Wienerschnitzel, we would make chili cheese dog burritos. Another fun snack is adult ants on a log. Slice jalapenos in half, scrape out the inside, fill with peanut butter, top off with crumbled bacon.
Hello fam!! Great questions! It really depends, we’ve gotten to where we think “if I was cooking this in a pan on the stove, would I use butter or oil?” If yes, then we do, but we’ve become accustomed to not really using oil or butter if it’s not called for. How this helps fam!!🔥🔥
Are you SEARous!!! You guys are amazing. Can’t wait to start trying the recipes in our new cookbook!!! Nice acknowledgment for the Green Chilie on the omelet!!! Keep it up Fam!! NM support as always!!🔥🔥❤️❤️

Excellent list of things to try! (I do the hashbrown omelet all the time.. family favorite) loved the book and always enjoy your content! Appreciate you guys!
Brethren! These cooks are definitely delicious. Can they all be offered on the #Waltwins food truck?! Biscuits and gravy, in a tortilla?! A hash brown omelet?! Seasoned potato wedges?! Incredible steak?! As always, well done and griddle on!
About how long did those tater spears take. Just cooking time. I saw you mentioned you would crank up the heat but rough guessing so i know when to start these with say cheese steaks or a burg
That was excellent, definitely some memorable cooks. It's funny, ever since you made the biscuits and gravy burrito video, I had been graving some. I finally got to make some, just didn't get the chance to make them into a burrito. Next time, lol. So did Brett pull up just as you finished filming this one? Stay warm! Griddle On!
