    Do you think if you added the Palmer cooling in between the iso and explosive movement you would see even great results?

    How would you implement this. Would it be 1 rep heavy/iso then 1 rep speed?
    Or could you do this 1 set heavy them 1 set light like over load under load drill

    So how do I add this in my training. Do the rack pull, wait a minute, then do like 3 sets of 12 speed lifts or?

    i forgot about potentiation i been doing max speed throwing a basketball and power throwing a 10lb med ball

    im 15 and i actually have the average bat speed of an mlb batter( i tested it out today ) 78mph according to google the average is 70-85 but i just wanted to share bc im super happy abt it

      Just so you know, bat speed and exit velocity are 2 different things. Pretty much all mlb guys are hitting 100+ mph exit velo

      Yeah, think about the raw strength you need to swing a wood stick at that speed, metal bats are pretty bouncy, still impressive though
