i just started having my 7u son do these....adjusted the weight of the ball down to match his age...2lbs ball...since the goal is to do these explosive and fast.
Both sides since you want to even the strength on your body to decrease disproportionate muscles which can possibly cause injury… keep it even and stable!

To add some real numbers to what her gains have been, her bat speed before working with the med ball daily averaged around 52 MPH, with an exit velo of 68. The after numbers are bat speed 60 MPH with an exit velo of 78.

Is it pk working with a small (but corre t weight) medicine ball instead of one big one like the size in the video?
