I’ve followed him for almost 2 years now. He has never addressed if he was natty or not. He isn’t obligated to, but I’d respect him more just cause he has such a big following and his content is literally workout…..it’s be different if he produced content such as Mr Beast or someone else. I wouldn’t care if they never addressed their status lol.

@@gavinlanphear882 I never said it was ALL fat, but a good chunk of it is. You will see once/if he leans out that the actual muscle difference is quite small. And he could have gained that muscle without the fat if he stayed low carb.

Agreed, water and fat, a lot of muscle.
It is really difficult to maintain single digit body fat for as long as he did.
Being around 10-15% bf is much easier.

Suggestions to make your diet cleaner since you're into that:
• Get wild caught salmon
• Get sprouted walnuts
• Get a casein brand that's 100% grass fed
• Add some fermented foods and more organic fruit into your diet like sauerkraut
I found the tips on diet interesting and useful. It seems as I am getting older, I often get those energy crashes in my job as a gardener ( I'm not a body builder) so I will be trying some of your tips on that. The borderline cholesterol alarm has started to ring too. So if I start modifying my diet I'll start to look like you.😂 Not much chance of that!🤭
Energy crashes usually have to do with either caffeine or blood sugar dips.
Eating more fruits in between meals may help.
Also no coffee close to bed time.

we have very similar macro im at 4400kcal 200 protein 135fats 600 carbs/ question for u how much of protein u take are from animals sources and how much fron non animal sources like rice etc im very interested like im hitting for 130g protein of animals sources and 70g of protein from non animal sources
That's about right. -25 from protein shake, so 105 in reality. I get 190 from animal protein so I just need to add 400 grams of carbs and I'm set.
Look huge... I know hindsight is 20/20 but for any young kids watching this video i.e. under 18 make sure your in a surplus for your first few years of training... Don't worry about being shredded....

I was eating 6 meals at 500 calories, mostly carbs and protein. i found it hard to sustain im 6 ft 4 in tall and eating all those calories took so much time and effort. Right now, im on keto and can just put extra chunk of butter or a tbsp or two of oil to get the extra calories. All the carbs made me feel bloated.
Imo keto is how we should eat these days. You can still have a carbs i do 50g a day so have your little treat but the rest is meat and eggs babbyyy.
