Hey. Thank you for the feedback. The reason the alarm didn't go off is because I picked the door lock and turned the lock. The vehicle recognize it as the emergency key was turning the lock therefore the alarm didn't go off.

Avi, thanks for recording this very useful video. Sometimes when you replace the ECM on some vehicles, the ECM itself needs reprogramming for it to work. Can the Autel KM 100 reprogram the ECM on Nissan & Kia vehicles?
Hey. Yes. 14-18 have a defective BCM units. But when using Autel IM508, it'll read the BCM ID and will give you a list of the BCM types that are faulty. You just need to check that you're BCM is not on the list and you'll be OK. (on your own risk). After 2018 and before 2014 there's no risk.
@@DFWAuto_Hack in this specific model 2020 Nissan Rogue I was able to program all keys lost without any adapter cable. I'm sure some of the models (Pathfinder and Kicks) needs that cable. Thank you for watching. Avi.
Hello, Im trying to program extra key for my 2020 nissan sentra with my Autel KM100E, (will be using autel nissan universal key) but it keep failing at "Step 2: Get a Pin". when i check autels "guide" it tells me that i need some additional cable that plugs in into BCM in the dash board. I have a suspicion that special cable is for another atutel key programmer and not KM100E. When i go to youtube i found multiple videos where people (including you) were able to progam nissan key just with Autel KM100E. I also noticed that setting little different, and version of nissan soft ware is different, mine is "Nissan V1.71", where your version "Nissan V1.60". What do you think the problem is? Autel tech support is useless! :(
Hi! To be as specific as possible you CAN use Xhorse smart keys with Autel, but they have to be generated with the Xhorse programmer. You cannot generate Xhorse smart keys with Autel. Once the Xhorse remote has been generated by an Xhorse programmer, you can then use Autel to add the key to the car. And as always, thanks for you videos! They are very informative any helpful! Nissan wants to charge me $400+ for a duplicate key fob. I have only one key. If I buy the remote control on Amazon ($60), Nissan charges me $200 to program it, regardless if the programming is successful or not, because they do not provide the fob. No one else knows how to program the Nissan Rogue 2020 remote control. Can I make copies of my key fob with the Autel programmer?

I'm using GTL flip key for the emergency blade.

Hey. the entire key programming was OBD, no 40 pin cable.

if the xhorse smart key is compatible with the Autel KM100
Hey. The Xhorse universal keys will not work with Autel. Autel makes their own universal keys and you can generate them with the Autel KM100.

Why didn't you record the depths when you picked the lock? Why didn't you use a Nissan look a like prox , instead of a Honda universial prox?
I don't remember about the depths.
I always show the customer a few type of options. This is what the customer chose.
