Tesla Model 3, Model Y Software Update 2021.36.8 - Sentry Mode Live View

New software update 2021.36.8 brings Live Sentry Mode preview for both Model 3 and Y where if you have apple phone and the latest version of Tesla which is 4.2.1 you will be able to Live View from all the car cameras located outside of the car and can honk, flash a light or even talk on the speaker outside of the car. You will also need to have the premium connectivity package for using this feature and will have to enable it form the cars security and service toggle.

I wonder if they are giving this to people with FSD Beta. I have been waiting on this feature for a week and still don't have it.

I think with Android is little difficult as there are so many manufacturers for Android and top of it they have there own versions of Android so it takes a while to jump all those hoops but I hear ya that it should come out at same time. I wish one that time will come when it will be a same day release

@@SSB that's just an excuse for now but very soon we are sure tesla and others will update all softwares at same date, people requested, demanded for this live cam view on tesla app, it's updated now, many are reqesting for an option to keep sentry mode on or off while in camp mode, camping that update will come too, and much more.. nice. Maybe a heads up display too !

Heads up display and more music streaming options like Siriusxm and UA-cam music will be a great addition.

you need to correct your comments & replace 2021.38.5 with 2021.36.8
