Sir maine 2nd hand car le via sale deed agreement but car pe finance tha 1st owner told me that he will give noc with in 1 month after depositing my amount in his loan account but accidentally 1st owner dies after 1.5 month , car 2nd owner k pass hai and maine loan pata kia us p loan 7,70,000 hai ab m kya kru
Plz suggest if any way to get out from that trap

Bolte hai aap ka emi payment nahi hoga to collection agent ko salary nahi milega

See in this case it's totally on bank discretion.its a loss on sale.it means there is a lesser chance ki ye loan close hoga..but it varies bank to bank.so still there is a chance that it will get closed

Mere bank main balance bi tha or EMI nahi kati gyi or agle din se phone aane lagye ab charge 800 rs lga diye gye chor h ye bank wale ab me kyo penalty bru ga jo mere bank main balance tha or

In this case it's quite possible ki apne same day balance maintain Kiya hoga aur apki ECS hit ho gya hoga phle..aur agar Aisa nhi hua hai to aap bank jaye waha se apna bouncing memo mange aur check kare reason agar reason valid nahi hoga to u have right to ask for waiver..
