@focua path Bhai sir...i have taken resale flat of my blood brother (saga bhai) ..which he had acquired himself on his wife and himself name ....on 2017 now i m taking that flat legally on Paper purchase by filling all govt taxes like stamp duty and regestraion (bakayda le rha hoon)...and loan bhi muje sirf utna hi chaiye jitna us flat pe bhai ka outstanding chal rha hai ...but fir bhi banks are saying we cant do your home loan as you are purchasing property from ur saga bhai...blood relation ka issue batate hai even i have paid all taxes of govt like stamp duty and regestraion of arkund 2.75L...any solution for this

If you negotiate bank loans interest incase they will give you basic interest cut but after 6 month bank will increase your loan interest. No use of negotiation
