Pocket Fighter - Running Mode, Sakura

Happy anniversary, Saturn!
To celebrate the myriad of really cool fighting ports available on the Saturn, I figured I'd pop into Pocket Fighter real quick after finishing up the Megaman 8 run. Didn't expect to pull this one off so quick!
As you may have seen in the other Super Gem Fighter vid, Sakura's one of my favorite characters, and she's my absolute main for this game. I can't believe the "Young Bubbys Club" super came in clutch here too, lmao.
That said, have you guys ever checked out the Running Battle mode in the home versions of Pocket Fighter?? It's chock full of cameos from Capcom's home and arcade lineup circa the late 90s! Of note, there's representation from the Classic, X, and even Legends series, which make up a good chunk of the background characters you can see! The Breath of Fire III cameos also put a smile on my face, and it's cute to see that they included both the child and adult versions of Ryu and Nina.

Never knew about this mode and it looks really awesome! Is it only in the Saturn port?

It's playable both the Playstation 1 and Saturn standalone ports!
