Great concert and kudos to all the performers, but Cheap Trick's performance was one of the standouts that night. I'd provide the link but apparently YT won't permit it (who knows why?). Enjoy!

Say what you want about Daxx, but I think he's a fantastic drummer. I miss Bun as much as anyone but at least they brought in a guy with talent, and you couldn't find someone more connected than a member's son. Rock on, Daxx🤘

Sorry to here about Tom but glad he got to play. Dax plays drums great. Glad though when I saw them get in ducted in Hall of fame that Bun E Carlos was there playing. He was part of them for a long time.

The song began as a Demo song called " Rolling Stoned" which can be found some places. The first two lines from the Demo are " Take it Easy,,,Let it Bleed..."
I bought the álbum there are so Many gems in it. Loved the title Sony in another world and the rock songs. The last song "gimme truth" sounds like a Lennon song. Get the álbum, won't regret it. Hello from old México! Daxx is an excelente drummer!!!

If you haven't, buy 'The Rockford' album 2006 and this new one I'll get somewhere. The Rockford Album along with Ray Davies release in 2006 proved that Rock will never die. I have their Christmas Album so I'm crossing my fingers Cheap Trick's newest will be the best yet.
Rick Neilson is a great guy! I saw them a thousand years ago when they just started getting known and caught one of Ricks guitar picks that he throws to the audience. 30 years later I had a chance to see them perform Sargeant Pepper for a charity event. I went up to Rick after the show and told him the story of seeing them all those years ago and catching that pick. He was so gracious and took a picture with me and my wife and then gave me another guitar pick. It’s great when your heroes live up to your expectations. Love Cheap Trick,

His masterful playing laying down the groove melding with and covering the parochial efforts of the bass and infusing life into the crude chording. Spontaneous, ,inspired, machine like, cohesive kind of drumming that sends shivers up the spine. C.T. just don't serve up the same deli style flavor sandwich with no Bun in the oven. PUT THE BUN BACK IN THE OVEN!!!
