This system sounded INSANELY good at the old house, so far it is no different at the new house! I can't explain how much i love it and i know i have more work to do. Subscribe and don't miss future updates such as the rear center channel (if i do it) which makes it 10.2.4 and if i add that 33" sub it will be 10.3.4. CRAZY! Even the commercials sound awesome. The room does need some treatment due to the hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings but i will do that more and more as we live here longer (only been 3 months) and i will run Dirac Live again. It's fun!

Before you watch this video, just know that i KNOW you have an uncle or cousin who has a better system. I KNOW you know someone with $100,000 diamond tipped, one way silver directional RCA's.... some of you think i should get a different brand speakers. Someday i will. This is a JOURNEY. I will enjoy this, which i 1000% do, and eventually i will get (insert some name brand) that 90% of you will approve of and 10% will still hate. At the end of the day, until you hear this in person, and let's be honest you probably won't, you will never know how great it really sounds. Just take my word for it. And that is knowing i have more to do! I really want to try to get 10.2.4 (rear center) working....and also, well you know, the 33" sub (or subs) are also a thought i can't shake. Tune in to see if i do it. Thanks for watching if you did! (tons more pics on my instagram channel as i posted this stuff while in progress here: instagram.com/meade916 )

This was about the most enjoyable install that I've watched among a couple hundred, probably because it was done by the owner himself (and a couple buds), wasn't over complicated but professional looking, and I also like displaying equipment as well as the speakers as opposed to inwall installations and hidden racks. Can't wait for that 33" sub install! 💯😎

Cable contractor here. When running multiple decent sized wires like you're running here if you ever have trouble getting them up a wall because of their edges or the shielding being too grabby, get a piece of small jack chain from HD/Lowes to attach to your glow rod. I use a 3/8ths (almost big enough to get the tip of your pinky finger in the links). Then strip the center conductor of each wire about 2 inches and wrap individually around the links in the chain, about 3 inches apart down the length of the chain and twist the center conductor back around itself. Makes for super easy pulling. Generally you don't want to have to use tape at all; of course some times you have to.
That wiring job behind the cabinet is what wet dreams are made of.

That is one incredible boss of a set up there. Balanced cables, Klipsch speakers. Freakin Dream setup.
Ever since I got my Klipsch Pro Media 2.1 PC speakers, I am now a true fan of their sound. Hopefully one day I can ditch my JBL Northridge and get a whole Klipsch setup. I also got the TM5 earbuds and they sound amazing at flat response. Now that I think of it, I don't run any EQ on all my devices.

This is a setup I can only dream of. In my part of the UK the houses are built small but sturdy - a lot of brickwork but the rooms are often small.

Nice, as someone with a large stereo in their house it is always fun trying to run cables and have enough power and try to keep it clean. My system is a mix of old and new so the cables had to all be made. My system is for music, more than video so everything is for higher SPLs. It gets really fun getting the AC into a room to run to use a mix of pro sound amps and high-power older amps. Time alignment must be fun with so many speakers facing so many directions.

no because he has no idea how a good system sounds like. He just insult everyone who has a different perspective. When someone comments something negative or about his bad room acoustic his blood oreasure doubles up… he is a clueless american who thinks bigger is better

Awesome setup up and install I have a 7.4.4 Klipsch setup in the works it'll be 15 channels with bi amped front and rears powered by a 9 and 6 channel emotive and the new Denon receiver you inspired me but that's not what I wanted to tell you check out the salamander designs synergy system model 345 it'll house all your equipment and center channel much better last thing how much would you charge for a similar install yours is one of the cleanest I've seen

As I live in London, I can only dream of having the amount of space needed for a really over the top home theatre system like this. Is there a rundown of what each of the components are?
