Never cooked such a delicious cod fish recipe - quick and easy melt-in-your-mouth cod fillet recipe

I have never cooked such a delicious fish recipe - cod that melts in your mouth. The dish is so easy to cook that even a beginner can prepare it.
INGREDIENTS
4 cod fillets - per person 200 g
100 ml of tomato passata
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 carrot
1 onion
1 tomato
3 cloves of garlic
optional ingredients
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
To season we need salt - black pepper and paprika to our own taste
I used vegetable oil for frying. I chose rice as a side dish.
You can - and of course you can - change the vegetables of your choice for this delicious fish recipe. Of course, another fish fillet - without bones - can also be used. According to your taste.
