Doctor! That was epic! Might be the most beautiful pepper grinder on earth. So many interesting little details. And the comedy mixed in made it fun to watch. Great work my friend.
wow, this was fascinating! I just inherited a pepper mill, in good shape but has weird bolt on bottom that makes it not stand flat on counter. Can I bring it to you to fix?!?! lol
Right now the rain isn't calming cause we've had rain for the pass week and calling for more this week lol Looks great Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up
Definitely like a cool job. Your work is very inspiring. Not so long ago, I also started filming the restoration and renewal of foundigos at the scrap metal collection point. If interested, come in
Nice, but the wire wheel is a bit too abraisive for the brass. That's why you get those tiny pits and scratches you see when you polish it. You get wire wheels in materials other than steel too, so maybe looking into trying, like, nylon? Or even thos brass ones? Just for a softer touch?
Brilliant restoration, keep up the good work you do, i have liked and subbed all the videos you have done, just about to start on the Diehl fan vids now. Can you tell me please, how did you clean the inside of the mill itself, or did i miss the inside cleaning? Good content, good humour, great topics, keep on doing what you are doing. Cheers from mikky-(Sue's husband!)-from across the pond in GB.
Hey Mikky 👋 thanks for the kind words! I actually just cleaned the inside with a small round brush. It had a clear coat inside and I didn’t want to risk damaging the clear coat so I just cleaned it with soap and water. 🙂
I've inherited an old Atlas pepper mill like this, and it's about in the same condition. About how much did you charge for this service? I'd like to get an idea.
Washing the rust off the outside of the grinder is a crime against humanity. You should have cleaned the inside and restored the moving parts only. You should have only washed the outside.
As soon as you indicated you were not going to remove the knob from the handle, the rest of the production was shown to be unnecessary and drawn out. No one needs to see a screwdriver operated in a long, drawn-out fashion or needle nose pliers used in such a way.
Way to intentionally oxidize a good pepper mill, for sole purpose of youtube hits on the 'restoration"! The least you could do is be honest, and say you corroded it intentionally, for sole purpose of restoring it for educational purpose. But no, you have to be disingenuous, and pretend all these things you find are just happy accidents... with perfect, totally uniform oxidation/rust. I own this pepper mill. You know how hard you have work at getting brass that corroded? And that isn't old at all. If you bought today from Amazon, it would like identical. But, you did get a view, and a comment from me, so mission accomplished I suppose.

Hello!! Thank you! 🙂
I love the look of copper, but hate how fast it discolors.
Definitely like a cool job. Your work is very inspiring. Not so long ago, I also started filming the restoration and renewal of foundigos at the scrap metal collection point. If interested, come in
Wow, never imagined all that beauty under all that ugly. Amazing job, enjoyed watching.
Thanks Dawn!
its your time to shine again.
Great job. The slow motion to drag out the time was annoying though....made me fast forward to the end.
Thanks for feedback! Always striving to improve. :)
Ótimo trabalho. Parabéns 👏🇧🇷👏
Thanks!
what liquid did you used scrub the inside grinder with after electrolysis ?
Nice, but the wire wheel is a bit too abraisive for the brass. That's why you get those tiny pits and scratches you see when you polish it. You get wire wheels in materials other than steel too, so maybe looking into trying, like, nylon? Or even thos brass ones? Just for a softer touch?
Thanks for the advise, the one I was using was suppose to be brass but I think it was just brass coated. 🙃
The music is from the hornet king channel. Great work btw.
If you play it at 1.5x you don’t get the urge to punch the screen.
LOL!
Were you able to get the inside of that gem cleaned up?
Yes sir!
Просто супер:)
Великолепно.:)
DO YOU REALLY NEED TO USE TWEEZERS? ENOUGH BRO LOLOL. GREAT WORK. KEEP IT UP. SUBSCRIBED
I use my tweezers for EVERYTHING 😂
Wow mesmerizing! Is it for sale?
Was the polish non toxic ? when polishing the grinder head, great polishing job.
I’m not sure to be honest. I plan on just using for decor in my kitchen. 🙂
That for Cafe

Definitely a cool video, and a great restoration, but what I want to know is where did you get that knife? That thing is sweet!
ua-cam.com/video/Lx2cGWZY7k0/v-deo.html
Gorgeous. Do you sell what you restore?
I do not 🙂
What kind of charger did you use for the electrolysis? Didnt know the newer types would work
Sorry I don’t remember the brand but I know I got it was Walmart a few years ago

Was that a real thunderstorm outside, or a sound effect? we could hear in the background 🤨
I was wondering the same because that made it really enjoyable, for me at least. I just love thunderstorms.
👌🏻👍🏻✌🏻👏🏻❤🇬🇷Greece!
You could have edited this for half the length
Thanks for feedback, I do post my shorter videos on other platforms such as my Instagram and TikTok if you want to check them out.
@@DrRestoration np the work is great, but for me i like things straight to the point. 😀
@@aNdzel0t I completely understand 🙂 I’m still experimenting and figuring out what my audience likes

Good thing you gloved up for breakfast... Can't be too careful. (Also, not having bacon on that plate is a felony).
I went to prison for the no bacon thing, be careful out there!
👍👍👏👏👍真棒
👍🙂
Those gloves are so expensive these days. You have to ration them. One glove per job. 😜
You're not kidding! $$$
فيلم رعب 😰😂
Is that a real horse skull in the background?? Creapy..
It is real, found it at a flea market 😂
Why would anyone paint copper?

Sorry, but you need to quit pissing around and get on with the restoration!
Noted, thanks

Why do you annoyingly drag and scrape everything on that table, very irritating.
Theatricality and mannerism of presentation of the material causes irritation.
Looks great well done Doctor.
Beautiful!
