The worst part of any Far Cry game is that they keep making loot and switch weapon the same button. There is nothing worse than being in the middle of combat and realizing you just switched your shotgun with a shitty handgun and now you can't find the shotgun.
@@jojomaster7675 I’m currently playing any spoiler free reasons? So far I’m feeling like it’s a bit more boring and I feel like blitzing through the story
The Deputy probably does talk, just not much and Ubisoft just didn't give the character much to actually say out loud. I like it because it lets me have my own responses.
There is nothing more adorable than my female character's "Ha-HA!" Of triumph when she catches a fish. I wish she would do that clip too whenever I shoot someone in the head.
Briefcase Beaver Another one, there’s a note that talks about movies being made and how it’s all being written by 7 mega liberals and that if you ever catch wind of someone saying they’re a story writer in Hollywood that you should call them on their shit and beat the shit out of them
My problem with the game is that every time I went to fish, drive down the road 50 feet, or buy things in the "safe area", a freaking plane would start shooting at me. WHY DO THEY HAVE SO MANY PLANES!?!?!? It was so annoying.
just call in Nick Rye, boom mark the plane and you never have to look at it again lmao. You literally just mark it once, and it doesn't even attack you again usually.
@@diarmuiddoherty3033 Well, in the 'Inside Eden's Gate' movie, the guy who filmed it, ran to an area where he could get a signal to upload the video, and then he got caught. But... that doesn't match the game either, because in the game, the guy filming it is taken and killed right there on the spot... ua-cam.com/video/eL4hY12SGF8/v-deo.html
For example: when he sins the game for not actually talking about topical issues except for just saying “look at the headlines” even tho that wasn’t the point of the game. Also the fact that if they got very into current issues then the game would forever be locked down to that time period.
The person in the church recording the video, in the beginning was released by Joseph as a warning of what will happen if you cross him. They were making an example of that guy.
What's the point in going above and beyond to cut that area off from contacting the rest of the world if you're going to deliberately release footage that paints you in the worst possible light? The whole point of cutting phones, internet and jamming radio is to prevent anyone inside from calling for help. Even Pagan Min had a propaganda mill spinning news non-stop to make him look good and tell everyone outside the borders that everything was going great in Kyrat.
What gets me is I got a car, any car and I'm roaring down the road at full speed. On the side of the road is a couple people. What is their instinct to do seeing this? Run right out into the path of my car only to be mowed down even though staying on the side of the road was the safe option.
The jacob hallucinations were actually genius. Because after doing them like 4x you dont even hesitate killing what clearly looks like Eli just out of habit. Only afterwards do you realize its been that exact bunker and not some random assets the whole time because before you were rushing through it. Also I think the far cry universe split into 2 at that game. 1 ending leading to new dawn and the other being the one every other far cry leads to
No they weren't. I knew what he was doing from the very beginning, and if you just don't you fail and can never progress through the game. Now if there was a hidden option to refuse to shoot Eli for real the last time, then it would be pretty good, because then it would be actual programming, because plenty if people would still do it, and it would make you think about how in games you sometimes blindly follow your objective without thinking about the ramifications.
@@benbelt5849 I mean I myself just went for it because after the second time it was already so repetitive I jut wanted to rish through it and kill the last guy to get out of it
Glad you pointed that out, bare in mind depending on who plays the game, not everyone looks into the small little details that are scattered across the map since there's a variety of side missions and outposts to Liberate
10:14 US fire code stats that all Doors leading to the exterior and exterior doors must open outword on all buildings design to hold more that 25 people.
That is in almost all countries. Google Cocoanut grove fire. It is a perfect example of why the code is created and strictly enforced. In the result of panic such as a fire, the doorways are funnels that can easily be blocked. Having doorways open inward will cause a massive blockade and as the person tries to open the door, it's impossible because everyone is pushing out, this results in a mountain of crushed humans that blocks the way and ensures the death of anyone trying to escape. The end result is a melted heap of humans with their stored fats acting as fuel to the fire. Having it open outward stops this from happening.
I've found a lot of incorrect spelling in the subtitles, but that's irrelevant. Also, I always thought of it that he started from the middle to make it even.
This game is obviously very messy, but... I can’t help but love it. The gunplay is so fun, a decent chunk of the side content is a lot of fun, and the soundtrack is good enough for twenty sins to be taken off.
I can not agree with you more on the music of this game, I can put that on loop and listen to it all day. I don’t know who made the music for this game, they deserve an award 🥇
One sin you forgot, of all the animals they have in this game, there's no horses! Of all locations to not include them, Montana has to be among the most sinful.
I think the point with "not having to worry THAT much about assuming someone's gender" was about the NPCs using 'they' on someone who appears to be female instead of just 'she' so as to not assume the deputy's gender. (Not that that was the actual reason, they just didn't wanna record twice.)
Well actually, in the Waco incident everyone in the cult died at the hands of the FBI, whereas everyone is this they died because a nuke from North Korea hit Montana.
Yeah these game sins videos are just satirical, it doesn't mean the games are bad, Dartigan just nitpicks some flaws for entertainment. He's been saying this for years and people still get angry at him whenever he posts a video, just look at the dislike ratio on his RDR2 video.
@@v0rtexbeater But just like Cinemasins, he doesn't frame it as satire. The "it's a satire, bro!" is just an excuse to get out of criticisms against his criticisms.
Thing everybody will remember about the game is this song. ONLY YOUUUU Edit: thx, these are the most likes on one post that I have ever gotten, I think
With Faith, I'm under the assumption that the fight was in the Deputy's mind and the end is when the Deputy gets a lucky shot on her. Yeah, Ubisoft really wants to make Far Cry a science fantasy game, that's the only explanation for 90% of this game.
Literally everything was from the Deputy's perspective so if it looked like magic it's not reliable. It's an unreliable narrator trope, which comes with its own flaws. However that's not what the video is criticising. I'd have more respect for this video if it pointed out how it is lazy to use the unreliable narrator trope rather than getting annoyed at it being "magic" when we clearly see that the drug causes mass delusions.
I wanted to make the same comment before I saw this. Seriously, most people don't understand Far Cry 5. Also, people should learn that having UA-cam channels that criticizes other work doesn't make them more intelligent than other players, the only thing I think is wrong with this game is that they can just kidnap you anytime they want.
I laughed so hard when he said “So you won’t get a bear diabetes by feeding it too many cheeseburgers” just the monotone voice and how casually you said it.
I think that the main issue with this game is that it doesn’t get you invested in the fight, it never builds up any personal relations with any character to motivate you to fight, you are basically just there to kill cultists and once in a while you run into some familiar faces but you never feel any attachment to them. You are just a nameless, emotionless character without a voice, which works fine for Half-Life but not for Farcry. In Farcry 3 you play as Jason who’s desperate to save his friends and family and gradually over time he grows more confident and eventually starts to enjoy killing but in Farcry 5 it doesn’t matter where in the game you start playing, your character is the same from beginning to end.
Thank you. By the end of the game I'd become more attached to my 2 random NPCs than any named character given a cutscene because they felt forced and unimmersive while my adventures with the 2 Erics (both helpers named Eric) were wayyyy more fun.
only comment about one of the Faith sins - pretty sure she wasn't actually a sibling of the Seeds, it's implied she was a drug abuse victim who Joseph manipulated into becoming one of the sect leaders. he even says there were other Faiths before her, so it's not even her name? Detroit please!
Yes! I completely agree. Jason had an actual story arc, he began as a sheltered California rich kid and transformed into a pirate killing murder machine, and it all had an extreme effect on his psyche. FC3 was the best imo.
there were 2... things? story moments? that I really, really liked in this game 1. Jacob's brainwashing. I was getting sick and tired of running through these nightmares but then that last time where it ends up being Eli behind the corner... honestly the game managed to condition me, it worked I guess. 2. Faith's last moments. When she comes out and says that Joseph abused her and made her do all that. She didn't want to be a part of this. Also when she tries to get closer to Rook, tries to hold out her hand, but he/she backs away from her in fear. I honestly felt kinda bad haha. I might have been hoping a bit too much for a super cliché-romance ending...
Vincent Mauron yea they couldve done a cliche ending but this is the first far cry game where you can pick your gender so it wouldnt really work if you were a female
The only thing wrong with FC5 is that it's too short, I watched this video with an open mind but most of it is him just looking for things to whine about for 20 minutes.
Robert No, the point is, is to show what the game/movie did wrong not whine and gripe over the games tiniest details for twenty minutes. He sounds like a Doom Eternal Journalist.
Deputy gets saved and wakes up in the island bunker: "Fine, ill help you with your island, but then i need you on that radio calling for help. This county isnt that big, get me a rifle, some ammo, and a few med kits. Im going to the next county over to call in the fucking army."
@Jay Doubleyou He speaks regularly outside the of cutscenes too and I think FC3 did a good job of showing his transformation from a weak, nervous, inexperienced kid into a drugged out killing machine as the game progressed. @The Law They weren't really supposed to be likable at the start, hence the character arc. Just seems kind of weird to omit him when he's actually a interesting, well written character.
+Jay Doubleyou I chalk it up to Jason Brody being super high on drugs. The way he can slaughter endless armies of pirates at one moment, and yet end with "OMG I killed someone, oh no!" seems like he's just disconnected with reality. Maybe he was hallucinating about playing laser tag while killing people. Or maybe he was hallucinating himself as Rex Power Colt...
Well that's just standard shooter protag syndrome, they're always better at killing then everyone else in the game regardless of background because they are controlled by the player.
His character sucked ass, American corny ass dude bro suddenly becomes a badd ass and slaughters his way through. Those godless brown people in need of a white savior...
The concept is good, the conception isn't, not even for a fantasy setting. Too many holes. I agree with the game play, though I wish Rook wasn't made of crystal and the foes made of concrete...
Faith is actually just a tag line for who Jospeh chooses for the role. Not related to them really. If you do the side missions in detail like the haunted hotel outpost liberation, there are readable notes saying that Faith was actually as tall as jospeph, but now is a shorter blonde woman. This implies that 'Faith' keeps changing according to Joseph's wish. I found other clues in pepper stash places that imply that many women were called Faith at certain points. He just replaces the women
My main issue with this game is that it blue balls you with giving the impression that you have choices and consequences. When it came to rescuing the deputies, it was implied or hinted that you can choose to support the upset deputy and fight what seemed a hopeless and suicidal vengeance against their captors or walk away and let them die fighting alone. If the game had allowed for that then there would be weight to the decision and consequence of either choice. Fight overwhelming odds by siding with them or less odds by leaving them to their desire for revenge. The game doesn't do that, ofcourse. Same with saving the sheriff, the game tries to raise the tension by implying that he may die if you're too slow but ofcourse they remove any consequence because Disney happy endings. By making it impossible for him to die or scripting him to live they completely shot that instance of tension. They fucked that up. When it came to Faith's scenes it implied that you can leave the Marshall with her, but you can't do that all. You have to save him, no other choice which completely erodes the false impression of choice and different paths. What would've happened? We'll never know because Ubisoft didn't create a good story design. For Faith, I wanted to save her because she's a victim in her own right but no, the game doesn't give you a choice in the matter. It would've been great to see what the consequences would've been if we saved her. Imagine taking her in to the jail, only to upset alot of the characters there. Perhaps the sheriff himself would've allowed the move and merely jailed her but everyone else would be furious given her history. Losing allies and a safe zone would've been a sensical consequence, but NOPE. Ubisoft was too lazy to do anything more than a bad railed and linear story. There are probably other similar instances but I can't recall.
Being forced to kill Faith but only arresting Joseph when you chose to resist was complete bullshit, defying both reason and emotion, adding a twist for the sake of adding a twist.
The thing that really fucked me off is that I realised they were conditioning me to kill Eli waaaaay before the final run and gun, so I was careful. I went around that corner, saw Eli, saw the green crosshairs that meant ally, and I held fire expecting a different resolution. Perhaps the red haze to fade away and for Eli to be stood before me trying to shout me down while around me were the bodies of other Whitetail members I must have killed to get to him. Perhaps, just perhaps, the conditioning failed and the Dep was able, through the players actions, to avoid succumbing to it. Nah, no choices in this game that have any impact whatsoever. The sequence just resets so you have to do it again. Tried it several times just to make sure. If you think about it, at that stage, you're not actually in a kill-house doing practice, you're actually in the Whitetails base, and that actually is Eli standing in front of you, so how the fuck did Jacob just wrench you back out of it to try again when you don't pull the trigger? That Eli problem is rife throughout the entire game. If you think back, no choice you make affects the story one way or the other. All endings result in the same catastrophe, and every good deed, every person you saved, every act you make is just railroaded onto the story tracks, and it carries on with you as a powerless passenger. Ubisoft need to hire writers, ideally really good ones but at this stage I'd just settle for competent. Perhaps hire out the guys who made Dishonored, or beg them for tips.
It's the result of Far Cry's recurring "shooty player bad" narrative they keep hamfistedly shoving into every game after 3. They'll never let you feel like you're actually a hero without harshly subverting it. Meanwhile, you're forced to listen to monologues from characters that most of us would rather shoot than listen to.
@@1verge1 the game was fun and the story made sense.. it cant get better then that.. but people were mad that the story did not have a "happy" ending.. not all stories have a happy ending and people dont get that
@@thenorthbear2445 Alan Wake has a really bad ending and it's one of the best story lines in gaming. There are some glaring problems with Far Cry 5's plot. I have a few ideas on how it could be fixed and make the cult seem more believable and cultish. In the end, Joseph was right. The nukes were coming. It would've been far better if HE had control over a nuclear warhead and ordered for its activation when his plan to control the people failed. That's how an actual cult acts to gain legitimacy in the eyes of defectors.
Story & The Father is so actually underrated.. if it wasn’t for the ridiculous amount of times you get captured and some glaring plot holes it’s very interesting. The father feels he is being spoken to by god to create a doomsday cult in order to save the worthy for the apocalypse. Throughout the story you see the crazy things he is doing to enforce people to join the cult but in his head he is saving them & in the end he would have. The human race would just be drugged up mutated people but in his head he’s saving lives.
When you play New Dawn for its campaign, it puts so much of The Father and FC5's story in perspective, even if that standalone spin-off game isn't the best
Finally found someone who actually understand the story and realized that it's not just a story but a deep message. I read Far Cry Absolutions and then played the game, you know what? this game should have become Game of The Year.
Added Sin: There are 3 endings, Two of which are bad. In one you become trapped in a bunker with the father for 17 years after multiple nukes hit your location and later turned into The Judge in Far Cry New Dawn. The second ending, you and your friends escape but Whitehorse turns on the Radio that just so happens to be playing "Only You" showing that The Deputy is still brainwashed and then he presumably kills everyone in the car with the exception of Pratt who should also be brainwashed. The only way to get a good ending is to literally not play the game and leave Joseph Seed alone in the very beginning of the game. Ding
It's something one could also accomplish through mental and physical training, but pulling someone who is surrounded by your enemies away from them into an alternate reality created in your drug hallucination is most certainly some kind of sorcery.
I really tried to like this game, I really did, but the end product is just plain shit. So, to answer your question and mine as well, we can't fly away because this game makes as much sense as Lost (the horrendous TV series).
The biggest problem of this game is that it forcefully shove me into the main story mission, I didn't bother to finish the game when they decided to abduct me while I'm about to catch that monster fish(forgot the name of the fish) smh
The Admiral? And yeah it was annoying. I wouldn't have minded it as long as the final "Herald" mission didn't force itself on you. Like you could do all the side quests you want to and THEN when you feel like you're ready go and have the boss fight.
Honestly another problem with this game is how it makes it's progression of story just like Wildlands where you take over a part of the map by doing tons of boring and repetitive side quests until you take it over.
I think it’s important to realize that the cult weren’t as openly violent until the police tried to arrest Joseph. So, I’m sure people would have gotten the military involved if they had as much concrete evidence of the cult’s wrongdoings as they did after the arrest attempt. They didn’t realize that stuff had gotten real until it was too late.
Only one U.S Marshall and a local sheriff were sent in to arrest a man surrounded by a horde of devoted followers. Because the last time the federal government intervened, a compound burned down with 76 people still inside, that's why.
There are quite a lot of stepts between "send only two people" and "start a fucking siege". Since everyone and there dog are getting SWAT visits these days, sending a few of those guys with them would have been a perfectly fine option. I mean, violent religious fanatics aren't exactly known to be reasonable people with a lot of respect for law enforcement.
👋🏽 I don't think a "problem with another country" makes police and swat disappear. We have had problems with countries over the last few years I'm sure, and police still exist. When the military was in Iraq, I still can't rob a store without police intervention. North Korea is trying to have a meeting with Trump about "problems", are you telling me I can walk outside and shoot 5 people without cops showing up?
👋🏽 It's their job to care. And in that case, why would they care about anything? If I shoot 5 people, I only hurt or killed 5 people. Who cares? They have hundreds of people with hundreds of guns and a nuke. Thousands dead, many more injured from the nuke. Who cares right? The government has never cared about nukes going off in U.S. territories? Or hundreds of people with automatic rifles? Because they certainly haven't passed any gun laws about that. Now you could say the government sectioned off that part of the state to prevent more casualties, letting the crazy drug addicts have their way while they think up a plan, but then they wouldn't have sent 2 people to arrest their leader
Detroit Become Human, you've already done most David Cage games, you must continue the cycle. Plus, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how interesting it actually is.
Not perfect by any means, but certainly their best game yet. Although looking at some of the replies on this post from sad racist, sexist fucks I can see why some people would claim to hate it.
Wow it sucks how you do all this work in Far Cry just to be shitted on. You didn't even put a bullet in Joseph Seed's shoulder, they could've at least given us that or something. No matter what you do He still came out in top
Actually, if you think about it for a second, he likely loses in both situations; we just don't see it. In the Resist ending, where you're trapped in the bunker with him, he'll either starve to death in the bunker (nuclear fallout can last for hundreds of years, there's not enough food in that bunker for that) or he'll be murdered by the deputy when he eventually lets them out of their restraints (they're going to need to pee, shower, eat, sleep, etc. He can't keep them tied up 24/7 forever). In the Walk away ending, the deputy likely survives the car crash as they were on an empty road with nothing but trees around them, so the crash wouldn't have been that severe (and if you wanna go into the "the strong survive" theory, there's that too) so once the song has stopped playing on the radio, the dep will go back to normal and will go and get the national guard and Joseph will be arrested. I personally prefer the idea that we lose, because the idea that stories have to have a happy ending in order to be valid stories is fucking bullshit, but if you REALLY are upset by not getting your own way, then take some comfort in the idea that we likely do; just off screen.
@Seattle 138 I don't think the deputy would murder him. Being stuck in a bunker with a decaying body might not be ideal. Also complete isolation & touch starvation is not something you wanna go through for an extended period of time. Even if your company is the absolute worst, it's better than nothing at all, ya get me? I personally loved the endings and 100% agree with you on the "endings don't need to be happy" part
I miss a sin for not being able to shoot the marshall right in the first house we meet again! Or ever before his brainwash. Like you say in the beginning: The protagonist is not only silent, but also have no character or progression.
There is character development. Not with the Deputy. You're the character. The way you feel about the cult is your development. For example, I started out ready to kill all the siblings. But by the time I was on Jacob's region, I was more interested in the cult than the resistance. That is why the choice at the end is such a big deal. Needless to say, I chose to walk away. I believe Ubisoft created the game with this purpose. Not force a personality on a fictional character, but to force ideas on the player.
Jason actually got way more Character development in FC3 than Ajay did in FC4, He is this dumb kid that tries to save his friends and then gets dragged into a cult/tribe that makes him feel special, later starts working for the CIA which just uses him since they could use a reckless fighter like him, nothing bad would really happen if he died, but later Jason thinks that his brother died and he has nothing else to fight for, so he finds another reason - revenge, he becomes this murderous maniac that literally slaughtered 2 islands just to get to the man that's responsible. After Jason found his brother alive, he realizes he doesn't have to be this way, he can still escape the island like he originally wanted to, but he knows he likes the killing, and the Rakyat will be massively demoralized if he was to just leave the island. so the player gets a choice between the murderous maniac or the person that admits he used his brothers' death as an excuse for killing. but still I really fucking love FC3 and yet I can't help but to love FC4 a little more. If only Ajay had more character development
This game has a nonsensical completely restrictive narrative that leads to 2 equally nonsensical Downer endings. The removal of radio towers for the sake of discovering new areas sounds good on paper however in practice it completely falls apart because of how broken this game is. I lost track of how many times I stood at one of those goddamn hunting signs only for it not to register that I was even looking at it and not give me the hunting location. That combined with the tackle whichever region you want first element turned this game into a dull formless mess. I already hated this game before I got to Jacobs region and the cherry on top was the fact that the game ruins Only You by The Platters for me.
Brandon Powell the guy in the bunker advised you in the beginning to head South first, and stated best not go into faiths region untill you have made some friends to help or bla bla bla, depending on your difficulty setting faiths region is the hardest with the bliss zombies and all, second hardest is up North because of the hunters with their wolves always hunting you with their bow and arrows. The southern region is where you lean the basics, hunt, fish, drive, fly bla bla bla. If you play on easy wich I assume you did, then it dont matter where you start.. I went south, North then east with faith last.
Jim Akeley I usually play games on easy the first time around and then work my up through the rest of the difficulty levels but after my first playthrough of Far Cry 5 I couldn't stomach the idea of going through this game again. I can't stress how much I hate this game. After quite a while of consideration I think I've finally come to the realization that this is the worst game I've ever played in my entire life no contest. I've played through a lot of garbage in my life but something about this just infuriates me more than any game that's come before it. From the junior high level writing to the game breaking glitch is such as Quest giving NPCs suddenly disappearing mid-sentence and my AI Partners suddenly dying for no reason this game is just a chore to get through. I started the game the other night to see if the patches had fixed any of these glitches and I fell through the map no less than three times during my short time in the game. There is no excuse for the state it. Sorry for rambling on and on but once I've got this game on the ground Kickin It in the ribs I can't seem to stop myself.
I could not agree more Brandon, it was a controversial mess, josephs character was all over the place, 1 min hes a man of god then the next he does everything god would not do, yet the game makes pretty clear god is on his side yet he is the devil incarnate. all the while in cut scenes hes the most forgiving man in the world..... so wouldn't he just ask people to join his cult rather than trappin an brainwashin plus killing an stealing....... its a hotch potch an ubisoft pissed me off with this entry..... and don't get me started on how rubbish the weapon progression is...... waste of time. may aaswel just have 4 guns in the whole game....
Brandon Powell the endings where Awesome. Atypical, But very Good. They could however make and Update with a “Good” ending for Those that only likes the expected :D or a dlc where you have to Hunt him down on the bunker or something idk :)
They did? if you look closely (you can ssee it best just before he says "no one is coming to save you" his glasses have a huge ass crack in the lenses. (on his right side)
The cult being “Inclusive” isn’t unusual at all-it’s an homage to the Rajneeshees and Jim Jones’ People’s Temple recruiting heavily amongst the urban poor and shipping them to other places. And rural places being 10000% white is a myth. There were many black cowboys and there still are. I get that you’re just trying to come up with things to nitpick, but I dunno, it’s just kind of annoying. This really is a phenomenal game.
After the Nuke ending, I theorize the real reason the authorities never swooped into Hope Country was because law and order was starting to break down in most of rural America with constant news updates about rising tensions around the world. I also imagine that several conflicts were breaking out between local, state and Federal authorities over what appeared to be the end of the world before the Nukes arrived. This could be the reason the missing Marshal never draws attention from his superiors.
Nope the nukes came from Kyrat, Pagan Min told Ajay he has nukes pointing directly at Montana in the end of his DLC in Far Cry 6 So they were either at war with Nepal orrrrrrrr Ajay was threatening to nuke America with the weapons he got from Pagan Min for some reason hence Joseph preparing for the collapse
@@seanmacguire. Or, maybe the devs were just trolling? Ajay would never launch those Kyrati nukes, even if he wanted to, they wouldn’t be able to reach North America and that DLC came out years after FC5. No way the devs thought this far in advance! Also, the Kyrati nukes make no sense: Pagan could afford a private army, a gold statue and a palace or two by plundering Kyrat’s wealth but not Nuclear Missiles! Also, I guarantee the other Nuclear Superpowers aren’t going to let an unaffiliated nation get its hands on wmds! Also, also, Willis would’ve returned with the U.S. Rangers if the U.S. got wind of these Kyrati nukes!
What I hate the most about this game is you always gets captured then rescued or escape. Don’t know how many times this happens. Second, the shitty magical things the Seed’s do. A lot makes no sense. Played it on Gamepass, after finishing the game I deleted it immediately.
I'll tell you what's wrong with the game......there's no way to join the cult.

Now if there was a hidden option to refuse to shoot Eli for real the last time, then it would be pretty good, because then it would be actual programming, because plenty if people would still do it, and it would make you think about how in games you sometimes blindly follow your objective without thinking about the ramifications.

With Faith, I'm under the assumption that the fight was in the Deputy's mind and the end is when the Deputy gets a lucky shot on her. Yeah, Ubisoft really wants to make Far Cry a science fantasy game, that's the only explanation for 90% of this game.
Cody Martin her whole thing was drugs so every major encounter and fight was a drug trip basically.

He just replaces the women
your correct. I believe it's also further confirmed in a joseph dlc.
Well I mean women can be exchangeable for different women so logically it makes sense
I didn't one any member of the seed family to die.
Being forced to kill Faith but only arresting Joseph when you chose to resist was complete bullshit, defying both reason and emotion, adding a twist for the sake of adding a twist.
I just wish the protagonist can talk, there was natural healing, and that the takedowns would be with a knife.

Same could be said for Far cry 4.
I loved Far Cry 5 and it was my favorite FC by far, this video is hilarious though.

The real question is how Joseph Seed keeps his glasses on during a helicopter crash and hanging upside down
Nice question 🤣
I don't care how high your drugs make you, they cannot give you magical powers!
Ignoring pain isn't a magical power?
It's something one could also accomplish through mental and physical training, but pulling someone who is surrounded by your enemies away from them into an alternate reality created in your drug hallucination is most certainly some kind of sorcery.
You're a wizard. Faith.
rcblazer I just called that "bullshit".
Zyx Luz "Yer a junkie, Harry!"
The greatest sin will always be how no one notices an entire helicopter doesn't come back without 5 people in it.
wait... in the game we can get planes, helicopters right? why can't we just fly away?
Because we need to save the country 🤣 and the cult has helicopters so they would be able to hit you anyway, one way or another.
Yeah, get a speedier plane and fly out get backup, bingo bango U.S. Army in here kicking ass.
I need to try that
I really tried to like this game, I really did, but the end product is just plain shit. So, to answer your question and mine as well, we can't fly away because this game makes as much sense as Lost (the horrendous TV series).
(Avegers music)
Not being able to kill the bad guy at the end of the game was unfulfilling
Hey they tried something new
Not everything needs to have a happy ending
I wouldn't say the ending is shit. I'd say it just ends on a depressing note.
play new dawn and fill ur boots
Sylvoen Waifu I think these endings make everything more mysterious so it intrigues me
They set it up for new dawn
The biggest problem of this game is that it forcefully shove me into the main story mission, I didn't bother to finish the game when they decided to abduct me while I'm about to catch that monster fish(forgot the name of the fish) smh
The Admiral?
And yeah it was annoying. I wouldn't have minded it as long as the final "Herald" mission didn't force itself on you. Like you could do all the side quests you want to and THEN when you feel like you're ready go and have the boss fight.
happy5642642 general?
u dont need to do the mission like god
Honestly another problem with this game is how it makes it's progression of story just like Wildlands where you take over a part of the map by doing tons of boring and repetitive side quests until you take it over.
I think your fish name is albino paddlefish
I think it’s important to realize that the cult weren’t as openly violent until the police tried to arrest Joseph. So, I’m sure people would have gotten the military involved if they had as much concrete evidence of the cult’s wrongdoings as they did after the arrest attempt. They didn’t realize that stuff had gotten real until it was too late.
the story (and the non-existent logic to everything) of jacob's region infuriates me so much im physically and emotionally unable to play it
I feel like the Vietnam dlc is about Jacob seed’s backstory. Might be wrong
JaQuezstarr16 there are new protocols dealing with this kind of situation. Waco was a huge failure, but it was a lesson never repeated
and nothing of value was lost when they did ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I only agreed with some of these. But I loved the game so funny and fun 😀
you can hear the charecter mumble when fishing
Detroit Become Human, you've already done most David Cage games, you must continue the cycle. Plus, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how interesting it actually is.
Slavery bad, white people bad, black people good. OK summed up the entire game
I laughed so much playing it, David Cage really tried to look special this time - and, yet again - zero improvements
Conor White Most movies summed up too. Don't forget the fourth tag; "women strong and independent" though.
Not perfect by any means, but certainly their best game yet. Although looking at some of the replies on this post from sad racist, sexist fucks I can see why some people would claim to hate it.
Conor White dude 2 of the main charathers are white and are good people . I don't know what game you are playing
6:23 as a person who lives is Montana I can say that Rocky Mountain oysters do boost morale
You can tell this guy couldn't find much real bad things about the game and instead just nitpicked random things out to milk it for a video.
Also a "few hours northeast to Missoula" implies that they are southwest of there and that would put them in Idaho.
"...and shouldn't you be pissed she (they) killed your brother?"
Faith is not related to the Seed family. *DING*

@Jewbisoft well ajay wasn't either
@@drdramatik Jason is great, and 3 is my favorite game in the world. You should definitely play it.
@@dqverify6797 i have it and am going to play it. Thanks for the tip tho
The ending is frustrating
Ajay Ghale was cool player character. Quite memorable and interesting to me.
Yes.
Jason actually got way more Character development in FC3 than Ajay did in FC4,
He is this dumb kid that tries to save his friends and then gets dragged into a cult/tribe that makes him feel special, later starts working for the CIA which just uses him since they could use a reckless fighter like him, nothing bad would really happen if he died, but later Jason thinks that his brother died and he has nothing else to fight for, so he finds another reason - revenge, he becomes this murderous maniac that literally slaughtered 2 islands just to get to the man that's responsible.
After Jason found his brother alive, he realizes he doesn't have to be this way, he can still escape the island like he originally wanted to, but he knows he likes the killing, and the Rakyat will be massively demoralized if he was to just leave the island. so the player gets a choice between the murderous maniac or the person that admits he used his brothers' death as an excuse for killing.
but still
I really fucking love FC3 and yet I can't help but to love FC4 a little more.
If only Ajay had more character development
SPi really?
Ajay? The guy everyone pushed around that was too stupid to realize when he was being manipulated?
I hated how they pronounced his name. Ahhh Jay! His name should be pronounced A.J.
Getting magically pulled out a helicopter to play "mind games" was the reason I beat it and didn't repeat the game like every other one
Saying that the previous protagonists of Far Cry weren't interesting at all - 4 gaming sins sins
That's why you need Preston Garvey to mark it on your map.
The reason why they don’t kill the deputy is because Joseph wants the deputy apart of his family so he spares the deputy
but why he killed and burned alive random civilians constantly as well as the deputies friends thats not an explaination thats a shit excuse
I’d add another sin to the fact Joseph’s glasses didn’t break in the helicopter crash
They did? if you look closely (you can ssee it best just before he says "no one is coming to save you" his glasses have a huge ass crack in the lenses. (on his right side)
Everything wrong with the Everything wrong with videos. Haha, that's something I'd pay to see
Bird man look him up.
Ugh god, that that video would stretch on for YEARS
The cult being “Inclusive” isn’t unusual at all-it’s an homage to the Rajneeshees and Jim Jones’ People’s Temple recruiting heavily amongst the urban poor and shipping them to other places. And rural places being 10000% white is a myth. There were many black cowboys and there still are. I get that you’re just trying to come up with things to nitpick, but I dunno, it’s just kind of annoying. This really is a phenomenal game.
Montana is 88% White non-hispanic. Missoula and Billings are around that same makeup
Except the in-game demographics are like 1/3 white, 1/3 black and 1/3 Asian lmfao are you stupid
Fallout had a similar situation with Roger Maxson. Old boy went rogue and the government didn't care because they knew the nukes were coming.
Nope the nukes came from Kyrat, Pagan Min told Ajay he has nukes pointing directly at Montana in the end of his DLC in Far Cry 6
So they were either at war with Nepal orrrrrrrr Ajay was threatening to nuke America with the weapons he got from Pagan Min for some reason hence Joseph preparing for the collapse
@@IsaiahRichards692 it's a Ubisoft game... their stories never make sense yeah
It's cute watching them try to add lore to the FC games lol.
What I hate the most about this game is you always gets captured then rescued or escape. Don’t know how many times this happens. Second, the shitty magical things the Seed’s do. A lot makes no sense. Played it on Gamepass, after finishing the game I deleted it immediately.
