If you thought it wasn’t possible for an everyday food item like olive oil to be trendy, think again. Graza’s flavorful extra virgin olive oil has been going viral on TikTok and PureWow.com, so we decided to give it a try. On this episode of Take My Money, Kate tests out the “Drizzle” (a finishing oil) and the “Sizzle” (a cooking oil) to see how each compares to generic olive oil in a taste test. First, she makes eggs with the “Sizzle,” then she pours the “Drizzle” over foods like bread, salad and ice cream. Before all of that, however, she drinks a spoonful of each EVOO to share some initial thoughts on flavor. Never buy oil in a plastic bottle

Any restaurant you go to has oil in squeeze bottles. I can give you a barrel of names of top chefs who use squeeze bottles. Definitely not a true statement

​@darrellcash4428 Restaurants, good ones, good chefs don't store their oils in plastic. They pour their olive oils from big cans. Their squeezed oils are not stored in plastic bottle for months or years.

With all respect to @shinginAction, that statement is about as naive as saying never buy a bottle of wine that has a screw top. How you store larger amounts of quality oil is absolutely important, but small amounts of oil designed for everyday use is a different story. The bottles in this video are small and will no doubt be used quite quickly. The important thing is they are in dark containers, and if you keep them in a cool dry place the highest quality olive oil in the world will be fine and not break down. If you really want to know if an olive oil is quality,,,taste it raw, it should create a burning sensation in your throat. That is oleocanthal, the anti inflammatory that is so good for you. You want to buy an olive oil that is single origin and single estate. Those are the best ways to identify quality,,,not the packaging.
