Good stuff. I fortunately have an authentic Italian deli near me. I get a 3-liter (huge) tin for $42. I take a shot every morning and one at night. The only oil I cook with. Plus is what I use for my salad dressing along with balsamic vinegar and oregano.

The brand is doing a partnership with Starbucks, probably the reason why hard to get. It can be made with lattes, or in the foam. I just put it in our coffee, smaller amount. Also, you can buy a very small one, 4 oz size for $5+ in a metal container at Starbucks. April 2024.

Does this olive oil have polyphenol?
I did not see it on the label, so I would say no.
Ofc it has polyphenols, just look up its lab data sheet for the exact level of content.
