Someone told me that rebounding is bad for the spine, the pounding can compress or damage the discs. I recently started rebounding at 68 yo and it concerned me. What are your thoughts?
Hi, You should start slowly with the “Health-Bounce”, where you keep your toes on the trampoline and only lift your heals. Start with 1-2 minutes a day and increase every day by 30 seconds. Maybe even have a rest day after 3 days for the first month. But what I also recommend is “Hanging”! I will do a video about this soon. Hanging is decompressing your spine and strengthening and healing your shoulders. Especially if you are sitting a lot and working on a computer. More coming soon.
💫👋Muito obrigada por seus conselhos

Can I just skip while feeding the goats and chickens? I don't have a trampoline 😂
Yes, just jumping around also works … especially when you eat healthy eggs and goat cheese ;)
What size it that trampoline?
That's an outdoor Trampoline with a diameter of 1.8m. It's the smallest outdoor Trampoline from Acon. It's really good!
Thank you. I have an indoor one and like the idea of having an outdoor one too. @BacktoNatureinSweden-lu8hi
