He said the crew that had just worked on the ship maintenance were a crew of unlicensed illegals along with the crew on the ship when it crashed. There was no excuse to have the ship aimed at the bridge supports while going in and out of the port as speeds that could take out the bridge after loosing power.

How did they do it in time...if I saw multi-semi trucks crossing seconds before it collapsed.
They didn't do anything in time. It just so happened that there was light traffic and no vehicles crossing at the exact time of impact. There was no scenario where anyone was on both sides of the bridge, stopping traffic and it's just stupid that someone somewhere is pushing that a the narrative. It just did not happen like that and we can all view the real full video and see it to be the case.
@Corvid76 they reported the "pilots" radioed ahead before the crash and that they cleared all but maintenence crews from the bridge, yet they also claim nobody was driving in the bridge at the time while playing a video of a truck clearly driving across after the collision before the bridge collapsed.

Yes, but we don't need news to tell us what we can all see with our own eyes in the videos.
This is an absolute lie and anyone that watches the full video can see that there's vehicles on the bridge at the time of impact as well as many crossing the bridge just moments before. There's no reality where there just happened to be police sitting on both sides of the bridges hanging out and then in the 2 minutes reaction time that the boat had(without power) somehow contacted "the bridge" and then those people contacted those specific two police cars and then had time to block the road, but the construction trucks on the bridge had no time to move? Common sense goes a long way in this instance and common sense, logic, reasoning and the fact that we can all view what went down, tell us that no, cars were not cleared or stopped. The only thing that happened was that there just happened to be no cars crossing at the time of impact - just as there were no cars moments before and 5 minutes before and 10 minutes before and 37 minutes before, etc. etc. Because it happened at a time when there was light traffic, thankfully. It just irritates me that someone is trying to pretend that someone was saved from death by the police, they weren't. It just happened that it turned out there was no traffic at that very moment. That's all.
I just sat and watched the full 7 minute video. There is a point (with impact imminent) where no vehicles have entered the bridge from either side. The vehicles that are on the bridge 4? are the road crew vehicles, since they were all sitting there from the beginning of the video. This is a toll road, there are ALWAYS official/police vehicles sitting at the Maryland Transportation Authority building. Like most of the bridges around here, I'm pretty sure this bridge can be closed by flipping a switch and activating the lights. I've been over this bridge many times, and yes, it's entirely feasible they could have closed the bridge in immediate response to the MAYDAY from the cargo ship. No, police didn't have time to run out and drag barricades across the bridge lanes. This is the 21st century and this is a high-traffic road/bridge. They don't need to use physical barriers to close roads. There are light and signal systems put in place to control the traffic on the dozens of bridges around here.
