I'm not sure what's more shocking...the ack of motivation by the Alhambra PD to use spike strips on a road the clown drove around 5 times, or the news anchors being clueless to notice there was a scuffle between the big guy and a lady in gray sweatpants during the foot chase.
There were numerous times the La cops could have ended the chase without major repercussions but they were nowhere near. Maybe LAPD need to review their chase procedures

Maybe a few should use roof light bars that have LED’s and clear so the colors do not show up until they light up the driver. These all white cars could have other uses besides just pursuit cars,such as DUI enforcement and check points. This could keep DUIs and traffic violators off guard. All those Low Profile all white pursuit cars should use blue lights only or the primary colors with some red if required in some states like California that requires a steady burning Red lamp visable forward the vehicle. California Law Enforcement agencies could use an all blue only light bar with a steady Red as a dash light or a steady Red lamp in the center of an all blue only roof lightbars.
Finally the bad guy just ran out of time,thanks to the citizens who jumped him and held him down police arrived. That is rave because very few want even get involved these days.
