It is because Los Angeles is so congested. Other more rural states are not as congested and the police can take more agressives actions without endangering civilians.

The 'Golden State', now it has become a sewer with no filters, I am retired now and in 6 months my wife retires, we are selling our house and moving to a more friendly State, if there is one left by the time we move out of this crap State.

Don’t blame the police. For your information, most departments in LA county can’t pursue a vehicle that is only stolen because the DA, along with the DOJ and the Governor of CA, don’t think it’s a “serious crime.”

And why couldn't any one arrested for doing any of the crimes this guy committed play this in court saying why am I being prosecuted for crimes this guy committed but wasn't prosecuted. Watching these California chases is like watching the Keystone Cops. Why bother if you're not going to try and stop them. Instead you start a parade behind them.
