These type of vids are a wet dream for me (hardcore elder scrolls fan) Thank you so much
Yes! More please! As a newcomer to TES having only discovered Skyrim last Christmas when my son gave me a copy of SSE as a gift. I very much appreciate FudgeMuppet videos as they provide so much detail that I missed not having played the previous TES titles. So, Yes! More lore Please! PS: I am no stranger to RPG's though having started on paper & dice RPG's in 1980. Thanks for all the awesome videos guys! Also, another big thanks to my son, Andrew, for turning me on to what has become my all time favorite RPG!
phatbassanchor it really is a spectacle to behold as far as games go, I still play oblivion which even tho hasn’t particularly aged well is such an amazing world to explore, really takes immerses the senses wether you happen to be fighting a war or building a home on a lakefront.. literally building it from the ground up 😅 and this is all on Xbox without fancy mods, I to thank your son! 👍🏻
21:08 - Damn, never knew Randy Couture was also alive during the 1st era of the Elder Scrolls universe... Sh*t's cray man.
They should make a game in 1E
A game in the first era or the merethic era would be amazing
Yes just yes
And they should make it in the other countries that hasn't been visited yet
By the nine! You took 40 mins of the video. It’s the longest vid I have heard from your channel. Props to you Fudgemuppet! 👍
32:12 made me laugh when you said "collapsed under its own bullsh!t" 😂
Woke up and had a forty minute video from fudge muppet. BEST DAY EVER !!!
Holy. I love this.
By the Nine, this was excellent
This channel is one of my few choices for information on Elder Scrolls lore
Where do you get all this info!? And its crazy how much backstory there is in elder scrolls lore
He reads every book in every elder scrolls game ever and does research on the net to fill in the gaps most likely
go to uesp.net and check the lore section...extensive timelines for every era and much more stuff
I’ve been getting really interested in retro fantasy like early D&D and the elder scrolls, I’d love for the next elder scrolls game to take place during the first era
I label this channel by the title of Lordicus Maximus, for I value it above all others. I am ready for the next forty minutes of glorious, succulent lore. Take me fudgemuppet, take me right here.
Thank you fudgemuppet I shall use this information to rebuild my library
Drink every time you hear the word "break"
It's boring at first but then, out of nowhere, your friends and family are rushing you to the ER.
Can you please put all the videos together helps me sleep the most decent sleep I get... Its nice to wake up to something consistent when sleep is broken
Good video but for me it quickly began to suffer from the same problem Tolkien’s silmarillion has in that there’s so many important names, dates and events of consequence it all starts to blur together and you can’t possibly keep track of it all without making your own lists. Good video though, love the thorough research 👍🏻
How have I not seen these yet??! Thank you Fudgemuppet for all your helpful, informative, and always incredible videos.
I might be a minority here, but I absolutely love these long lore videos.
This is one of my comfort videos i like to fall asleep to at night
40 minutes?! Awesome, cup of tea, comfy couch, click play aaaaand go!
So good. Love that far horizons is playing in the background, I love that song so much.
6:10 *cough* nine *cough* death to Ulfric *cough*
You guys should do individual videos on each dragon break trying to fully break them down
Amazing video Fudge Muppet!!😀❤
Love the videos and personally love elder scrolls lore. This is probably my 3rd time watching this one since it was made but I just realized the name pronunciation skills that you guys have! 20:30 this guy pulls out the most difficult freaking name of all time and runs through it with ease. How many takes of that did you use? Jesus!
Hell yea this is what I’m talking about
Can only imagine how much research you guys done. Enjoyed this
here i am learning from a fictional history from another world, while i don't know the story of mine.
Ok but seriously wtf is happening
More interesting than the real life
@@valley2thebay319 from what im digging, our 1E of our current history is just as interesting. Giants, dragons, big animals, swords and shields... And some "magic" from our alien teachers.
I haven't felt this good about about spending an hour on a video since Hawkshaws Dark Souls Deep Lore dive videos.
This melted my brain.
Book of circles, love that reference.
Book of five rings by musashi is objectively a good read for anyone
A man spends his whole life thinking of killing and not getting killed in glorified knife fights. Then when hes old he's like okay now that no one is trying to stab me I got some inspired stuff to say about life. Maybe paint a flower or two.
Only 1E 90s kids will remeber this.
They have nearly 4k years old must be skilled mages
this is quality content, scott - and i dont even play skyrim.
Been watching a lot of these lately and it is just so nice to hear an Aussie voice omg
Who else wants an e.s. game set in the first era ?
Definitely had to watch it twice to help understand everything!
At this point, I am now pretty damn sure whoever is in command of the Thalmor order must be of Ayleid descent.
EzioIlMentore I’d say most high elves and wood elves have some Alyied ancestors
The despacito spider commands the thalmor
Crazy that Tamriel had its own Jonestown incident with the last of the dragon cult. The Atmorans being killed tracks with what happened with the real life Jonestown too.
Homie will listen to this but wont learn 10 minutes for the history test🤦
Home is a god dam idiot
Big up FudgeMuppet. One of your best videos yet.
Yay 😀 I love it I love it
