Love Fallout 4. Was just playing it yesterday. The game alone is definitely worth playing. And thousands if not millions of mods to tweak your game however you want.
I’ve been replaying it up to the release of the fallout show. Now I’ve been replaying fallout 3 and New Vegas, and just started Fallout 76 for the first time (I loved it). I still go back to Fallout 4 and definitely can’t wait for the update. I’m just a massive fallout fan in general, with FO3 being my first.
Aw man, making me want to play this again. I didnt finish it on my first playthrough. Cant wait for the New Vegas review. Undisputed best entry in the series
I played this game again this year since there are no new games I care to purchase. Probably will still continue to play all my older games until the alphabet cat lady development franchise wreckers are gone and the AAA games return to sane.
It’s got bugs here and there, just make sure to save the game when you feel like you need to, still a fun game otherwise, I have played around 500-600 hours of Fallout 4.
@guitargamesandliverpool it's a certain type of vibe I get when I know I will like a game alot, same happen to me when I watched other games I got so I'm amped to play this, thanks for the heads up tho
I updated my PC right before the final quest chain on my first playthrough, and was devastated that I couldn't finish it because I got a wide screen monitor when I built it. I cannot WAIT for this update so I can finally, *finally* finish the game!
@@shadz9910 It's not the quest itself, it's the whole game. The game was never tweaked by the studio to accommodate wide screen monitors. There are mods to make it work, but they were never very smooth and the game tended to play very poorly for me so I never bothered modding.
@@shadz9910 The rage was real. I hoped the new (at the time) build would *improve* the game, but nope. Basically made it unplayable. I even *waited* to play the final quest because I was looking forward to the graphics being turned up to "ultra" lol 🤦🤦😭😭🤣🤣
Been trying to play but main story quest lines to the brotherhood of steel, the institute. are becoming unplayable, game freezes often in most places and the Boston area is to risky to enter due to how fast game freezes, hopefully with the upcoming update these issues will be fixed been trying to enjoy fallout 4 for 2-3 years but the issues have just been getting worse,
Without any spoilers (of course), when it comes to New Vegas and Fallout 3, the environment exploration is VASTLY superior in Fallout 3, from my personal experience. The atmosphere, the opennes of the open world, discovery, etc. Feels so much better than NV. More raw gameplay as well. While the story is better in NV, and there's lots of options that changes the story's course, that sense of open world, exploration, and discovery is very linear compared to Fallout 3. And while the gameplay/combat is improved from a technical standpoint in NV, the amount is just less... And there's SO MANY dialogues, it feels like a dialogue simulator at times... To me, there's no question, Fallout 3 is a vastly superior experience (there are lots of aspects that are more important to me in a game than just the story).
Good luck getting fallout 3 or NV to run properly on a modern rig, even with the dll replacement that allows the game to load the framerates are terrible
@@carolina59pride I tried Fallout 3 but just couldn't get into it. Absolutely fell in love with Fallout 4 though. I haven't played since 2017 but the TV show made me hungry to revisit the game. Since a big update is due next week I'm gonna hold off until then.
I mean, yeah, if you like dialogue simulators, then New Vegas is better lol. If you like freedom of exploration, atmosphere, discovery and non-linearity of the open world gameplay, then Fallout 3 is a superior experience.
Game is RUINED by the WORST combat mechanics ever. It's pathetic sub PS1 standard. Random spawning enemy. Appalling hitbox, awful bugs and frequent crashing. Great idea DESTROYED by D grade programming.

4 gets hated on but I never really liked New Vegas on my 360 and fell in love with 4 the day it came out
360 is an undeniably better game. Appreciate you might not’ve liked it at the time, but you wouldn’t have liked 4 at the time either then.
I think NV may have more freedom, but it’s not as fluid as 4 which is saying something
Fallout 4 survival is so good that you don't want to play other fallout games after that🔥

Yeah I’ll be doing new vegas soon. Looks so good even from the opening cutscene, that’s the only bit I’ve seen.
“the game was rigged from the start”
Yeah, no. It's far from "undisputed best entry." The story and dialogues are not the most important thing in a video game.

Very addictive for sure

As an old fallout player, I’m glad to see new players, especially in 76
Edit: every new fallout player should be required to play new Vegas first
definitely play it

Anyone know if there’s a point of starting a new game on PS5 now or wait 5 days for the next ten update ? Like does it effect my game
The new update won’t affect the save, so up to you if you’d like the full experience by having 60 fps through your entire play through
Wait for the next gen update. That's when I will replay. Since right now it won't even launch on ps5
Yeah I think it’s good to wait. Only 7 days
Im I’m 2 minds to start 76 or rerun 4 that I clocked twice in 2016
i'd still say 4 personally
I want to give it another run...but want to hold off until the next gen update comes in...or should i just go for it now...🤔 i cant decide lol
I would say wait and get a better experience, only one week left
