Aaron, you're the man! Ten more minutes has fed my family more than once. Keep the dream going my friend, thanks so much for the ride!!!
haha seriously though!
“What do you look for when wahoo fishing?”
“Well I look for wahoo” 🤣🤣
😂 .... but seriously
Out of all the videos this is a top 5 for me, gotta love your four legged family members
Nice job Aaron! Your videos are always a treat. I love how you are able to act so natural and edit your filming so well to making us all feel we are on the boat with you. You deserve every penny out of that UA-cam reward!
Wahoo are such a cool fish man, excellent footage.
Wahoos are one of the coolest fish in the ocean. We catch them year round on planars in south florida. Nothing rips line off a reel like a nice wahoo!
they really are amazing!
Nice Hooter Mr Young. Time for some steaks on the grill with some mango salsa. Time for some dibs on bottom shirts with" just ten more minutes"on the back.
haha love it!
First time commenting! Love the haircut!🙏🏻 Have watched from the beginning!
Love the "10 more minutes"!!!...I constantly get burned by that. Beautiful ono and amazing tasting meat. Great footage and constant lessons to be learned - thanks for having us along.

Patience, Patience, Patience ... pays off!
Love your videos
The equivalent of 'one last catch' when you catch that lunker at the last minute of fishing. Been there. Congrats.
Dude your an animal, never have I even thought about spearing a wahoo lol. That was awesome!
Awesome fish! Awesome video as usual! Thank you for taking us along. ❤

Great Video! A full day of water bound self-reflection therapy, capped of with 15 mins of exhilaration!
Love it Aaron . Great job getting that fish
You earned yourself two more drifts. Well done! So fun to watch your videos, thank you!
So cool! The blue water is amazing. Nice catch.
Great video Aaron! What a beautiful fish! Congrats!
😊 Excellent Condition for the drift, glad he said 10 more minutes. ❤ Like the new look, but miss the man bun. Congratulations on the first wahoo of the season. 😊
I saw another wahoo in water when you were reeling the fish in almost touching it.😮
That was a barracuda!
So awesome man! I haven’t gotten one in years but still remember how good that meat is. Thanks for turning around my sh!tty Monday
Brilliant, just brilliant
This video shows a lot of class and thinking about others...
I still like that camera view of the boat rocking, but the camera is still...
I even enjoyed the premiere for fallout...

I try and tell you every week, your videos are amazing. Wish I was younger.
love to hear you enjoy them!
Awesome video Aaron.
Dayum, that bread!!
I always was the last to leave the water. Pissed off many, and worried others. But sometimes just as you are streching daylight, the BIG one comes allong. 👍👍. Today, with GPS no big deal, to navigate back in darkness.
That was awesome. Thanks for the consistent content
Glad you enjoyed it!
Badass video!!!
great vid man, love the logo on the hat, and love that you chose peace over profit , tight lines tight ropes
Few will understand but i appreciate that 🙏🏻
@@KeyWestWaterman God bless
Aaron after shooting a fish: "Wahooooo!!!"
Man what a nice catch!👍🏻🙌🏼
That last drift we did saw that monster Hoo, but Garrett never laid eyes on it so he didn't dive....Argggg, but it turned out AMAZING, cause that Last Spot, Last Dive, Last Chance got him that monster Black Grouper LOL.
Haha damnit Garrett! Always a good time with y’all, next time!
@@KeyWestWaterman Absolutely
Really enjoying watching this! I would imagine as an introvert that diving has to be the ultimate place to be. Wish I would have tried that when I was younger
haha maybe thats why I love it so much!
Well, I Started diving arround 4 Yrs of age back in the 1950's and learned to swim at about 6. If you are physically impaired, swimming is one the best exersize. You don't need to know how to swim, to dive. You float face down with a snorkel to breath, and push forward with armas and fins. If you are not to Old( Beware of the meaning of Old) can always borrow, rent fins and a mask, Anyone there can give you some advise about how. Clear creek, by the beach on vacation god place to take a look underwater. You don't need to spearfish to enjoy underwater.
@@WillyK51 thank you for that! I’m 60 but more than that I’m a stroke survivor who cannot drive. As a lifelong introvert of the highest order I find myself alone at the worst time for that. If I can get my driving license back, something I am working on I’m going to re-visit your post and find myself some fins! 👍🏻
👍@@Sticky.Situation
Great Vid Mate
Awesome! Can’t wait for this someday.
My only feedback is I’d like to see more cook videos, how you prep and made up this Wahoo
The 10min call!! Great dive Bro and try a nice fried barracuda and I bet you will get one per day!! We Bahamians love it Bro!! Keep up the great work and try to keep the boat a little closer in case of a shark!! I kept my boat 5ft to 10ft from my divers and they appreciated it!!
You keep making content and I will keep hitting that like button .
Incredible
Awsome!!!
The haircut looks better, Aaron!
Love the videos my man! I’d love to get with you and try spear fishing. Unfortunately got diagnosed with epilepsy few years ago so can’t swim anymore. Might be going to the Keys in a few months, maybe I’ll get with you and grab a beer haha. Stay safe out on the water my man!
Very cool video
Last minute luck of the day 👍👍
indeed!
Great footage 👍🏼👍🏼
glad you enjoyed it!
Now that is One Heck of a Fish Sandwich!
so dang good!
Reminds me of the ol’ last cast
The first time I went scuba diving in Acapulco, I dove to 78 feet and the sunlight was shining off the bottom and you could see as far as if you were on land.
LOST MY TIPPSY FEW MONTHS AGO AND STILL HEAR HERS BARK IN MORNING 😓😥😭
so sorry to hear that!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Awsome fish man i dont think ive seen one that big
In todays episode of “what did Aaron say in his snorkel” I’m guessing it was “wow it’s so blue” or “eww what’s all this goo”.
😂 actually laughed out loud on that one
Would love to see the process of you selling fish at the Market and how that all works. Just a thought.
I've covered it in older videos will try to show it again.
First wahoo as a married man. Congrats my brother!!
haha right! thank you!
@@KeyWestWaterman your welcome. You’re an inspiration to me my brother. Keep up the great work that you do.
the name of your next boat! Or a tea shirt at least!! Nice freaking fish!!
Hermano eres el mejor pescas lindas cuberetas me gusta tu programa felicidades
I’ve caught them in the Cook Islands. Fantastic sport, great table fare.
one of our favorites!
Whole heartedly agree.
Another Great Video. Nice haircut...
glad you enjoyed it!
Nice video!
glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome
thanks for tuning in sir!
Remember kids, never go for the Shiney thing the stranger is offering! 😂
5:35 -- Is it true that wahoo can flop around on deck and bite your toes or ankle off?
I've seen videos of professional deckhands on cattleboats yell out "WAHOO ON DECK!" like it's company policy or something to warn everyone.
their teeth are razor sharp yes.
Happens all to often, great job and patience is key! Keep them rolling, what a gorgeous day to be in the ocean! What’s the max depth you’ve been able to see the ocean floor like that? I feel like 100ft is up there. Cheers 🍻
Yup!! One more cast...ten more minutes...we still have 2 baits left... but don't kid yourself, Aaron....it's all about Tipsy and providing for her lifestyle.
Hey Aaron, any way you could do a video on sellign fish to the market? Show how much different types and sizes of fish bring in. I'd love to know how much the market would pay for that wahoo you sold. Interesting stuff to those of us who don't get to see that side of fishing. Thanks for the videos man, definitely look forward to watching you every week.
🔥
Love how much you love sandwiches
I live for sandwiches
At first, I thought that the title meant, how much longer you should have cooked that sandwich you were eating at the beginning. Lol
🤙
thanks for watching!
👍👍
Hey Aaron, loved the video!!!
Need some quick advice! I live in SoFlo and was hoping to get into some more spearfishing but don’t know where to start in regard to what equipment to purchase. I’ve used pole spears before but was wondering what you would recommend in terms of an easily repairable and long lasting beginner/intermediate speargun for general/all-around usage?
I need redemption for my rookie, safety on, mistake! Also where was your motivation to give it 10 more minutes on Sunday?! Haha thanks again man!
😂 I said I'll drift till sunset! Next time brother!
@@KeyWestWaterman you're right I should have just sucked it up.
Bob Ross cut his hair!
No rebuttal…classic
Nice wahoo, I think I seen another one right before you grabbed the one you shot
was a barracuda
@@KeyWestWaterman gotcha
Awesome vid and fish! May have already answered but if you are comfortable answering roughly how much would a fish of that size get you from the market? Trying to understand the economics of a commercial diver better. Happy Fishing!
Always curious as to the water temperature around the keys and if you use open cell suits or not? Love your work!
ranges quite a bit, been pretty warm lately! and yea only open cell in the winter for me
Great video. Thanks.
That 100 ft. visibility kinda goes both ways..............
Hey Aaron! Happy Holidays! Just was wondering why you chose to swim through the jellies instead of avoiding them. May be a dumb question, but does your wet suit protect you?
Awesome video. Nice fish. Those jellyfish looked nasty to bump into. It must be tempting to shoot the mackerels and triggerfish to take home for dinner, but I bet the moment you poke another species the hugest wahoo will pop up in front of you.
haha that tactic works like a charm every time!
@@KeyWestWaterman maybe take 2 guns? 😉
Friend, could you please post a photo of how the support you have on the back of your seat looks like for your sub fishing weapons, as I want to make one like it on my boat, THANK YOU!
Always a blast when joining you on your journey!
I know you briefly mentioned it, but i just want to bring it to your attention if possible, if its possible you can do a video on drifting, how to, where to look, what to do for newer spearso like myself? There isnt alot of content mentioned on things like that.
Also if possible, tell us how you pick a good day for visibility, besides wind and what not
Thank you for your time! Great video
I cover alot of that stuff in some of the wahoo videos, but I will try and make one more in-depth, but understand theres only so much I can show!
You have to go out there to learn. Underwater visibility is a matter of season and location. Weather forecast for storms. Usualy murky after. If you know how to dive and spearfish, hire a guide to take you and learn locations and season. Then start exploring on your own. You can drift angle by youself. But drift spearfish only with a buddy. Someone must drive the boat while you drift, unless you are tied to the boat. Not very advisable as you don't have a lookout. Quite crowded out there. Have seen and caught some of my biggest fish in murky water after a storm. Don't rule it out.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
wow dude! how big was that wahoo?
just over 40 lbs
You’ve probably covered it before, but are there issues with sharks when you bleed them? And is that flouro or mono with the flashers?
no issues with the sharks and bleeding. I made a video about it yea. and mono
Aaron did you cut your hair off? Amazing views!!
crap! just noticed it was missing! haha thanks for watching!
