Great to see you again bro. Thank you for all you do. There are many of us unplugging from the matrix and getting back to basics leading a better life. Looking forward to the next video.
Nice video! Great job out there! Really enjoyed watching! Thanks for taking the time to share and carrying us along! Some nice catches! As always, #FishAholicFishing rocks!!!
I can't read thru all 250 plus comments, so I don't know if someone else mentioned it but, the last smaller Snook you caught on a big mullett had an open mouth for a split second at about the 38:10 mark, and you can see what looks like that mullet's eye looking out of the Snooks open mouth....
Caught my first snook at the St. Lucie inlet in '95...caught a 40" monster off Sewall's Point in 2000... It's God's country... I miss it and want to go back and die there! Thanks for the video and bringing up fond memories.
Great video there's nothing like open water fishing you just can't tell for sure what's going to hit the line, the water was calm the fish were biting and to top it all off a Sailfish takes a line awesome catch and release. I was worried that it might break the line very exiting congrats on that, by the way I'm sure you don't have to worry about their bite I've seen people push their stomach back in them up to ones elbow though I believe they swallow it on their own. 👍
Thread fins and Pilchards for the win on the Sails, Tuna and Dodo's!!!! Sardines are ok but we don't use them much in the lower keys also those Lookdowns are sooo killer fried
Love your channel rich , by far my favorite fishing channel so smooth and clean . I really appreciate the amount of effort you put into your content man !! Tight lines
Awesome day of fishing! Not going to lie. I laughed a bit at the Frisbee toss on the lookdown. It's like you couldn't resist. 😅 Congrats on the nice sail!
WOW!! What a great day of fishing Rich,, I'd be lying if I didn't say that I wish I could have come along & maybe even helped you eat up that delicious dinner ❤🐟❤
I've been trailering down Florida from NJ now every year since I got sober trying to land a sail. Ive had 4 on with 2 landed. I didn't get down this year as I had been restoring my "new" boat. Can't wait to get down this winter. I sort of try for them off AC in Aug. I started doing allot of kite fishing up here with insane results. Last year I bagged a 52lb wahoo on a 16ft starcraft 23 miles off AC 😂😆😂.
I've recently taken up saltwater fishing thanks to your videos. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing, how to avoid wind knots, and what size weights are proportionate to the bait/target species. I probably look like a clown to the other fishermen around me, but I'm having fun and catching some stuff, all inshore so far. Thanks for the videos.
you should look for some friends that do the same or some family I learned with my dads friend how to fish so just try finding some homies that will learn with you or can teach you
Great job with the video Rich! Your videos keep getting better and better. I don't know how you do it solo and all but you do and they just keep getting better! Nice job on the sail! Bummer about the drone. I know the feeling.
Rich I love your videos. Been following for about 2+ yrs. Can you provide some info on your boat? What year/make/model. It seems like a perfect boat to enjoy some fishing!
Great video! I see you are running a single motor on a relatively small boat. Your setup is very much like mine. What extra precautions do you take when headed out that far - in case of a motor failure? Towing service? Location electronics? Like you, I'm very comfortable on the water but things do happen. I'll be watching your channel - great information presented well.
You consistently find big Snook Rich. Awesome that you caught your first sail! I keep telling my wife we need to move closer to the salt so I can fish way more often. Then she kindly reminds me I would have to travel every fall and winter to chase deer around in the mountains every year. My heart is tugged in two directions. 😂 Thanks for another great video. You're still my favorite fishing UA-camr.
Great to see you again bro. Thank you for all you do. There are many of us unplugging from the matrix and getting back to basics leading a better life.
Looking forward to the next video.
Wow, u r the man! A sail, vermilion snaps, and inshore snook all in one trip!? Epic!

Wow- that was epic and beyond to see you get your first sail. Great job on the perfect release!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, you’re spot on! I see much more bites then I feel. When jigging and dropping minnows.
Great video man, I’m always impressed with your dedication and ‘get at it’ attitude!

Pls rich, can you go over your kayak rig? Lol just a quick overview 🙏
Yeah I can do that in my next kayak fishing video I film.
@@FishAholicTV you’re the best and all of the fishing and gear is inspiring! Honestly a run down on all of your gear/preferred setups would be sick.

I’m just now starting to get back into fishing and I wondered which reel do you think would be better the saltist mq or the bg mq lol thanks!
I really like the MG mq a little more. But both are great reels and would get the job done.
Hi mate i'm Chris from Australia. Loved the video and we use the same herring and mullet for nearly everything too.
I never could use a spinning reel for topwater action. Good stuff!

I like the rig graphics.
Saves video space.
Haha you know it.
I did watch all the adds and like…… great video ❤
I feel your pain on losing the drone. I’ve lost two since I’ve started my channel. It’s definitely heartbreak but a necessary item for the channel.
