Very helpful video. The combination of front and back access works well. Got my drain pump out to inspect and put it back in without too much trouble. I have been fighting with this washer since years. The pump works beautifully about half the time. When it doesn't, often before the final spin of different cycles, including refresh, I hear an ugh-ugh sound. At one point, I had the crazy idea of pulling the hose from the drain and giving it a strong blow -- that gets the pump started reliably. Can anyone explain this?
Thank you for uploading this mate! Now my machine is working again! It feels great :)
(It was a big needle stuck in there ;) )

Thank you for making this video. t\The best video
Great video! Thank you for making it! What is the part number and where did you get it. I have the same washer and same problem.
It would have been easier to remove the front door and front panel to replace the pump.
