Super interesting……especially his “bucket theory”. I was reading the patient pamphlet that comes with my estradiol prescription. It appears that the majority, if not all, of the information still falls under the old WHI study guidelines. This needs to change to come into line with up to date scientific knowledge and research.
I thought it was great that the VERY REAL importance of testosterone for women was highlighted by Dr Simon. Yes, doctors as well as women need to be protesting loudly at the denial, both of need, and of product 😊xx
How do I get a script for testosterone gel on the internet? I'm 40 here's old. Just turned 40 on Halloween. And i have ben following you. I have a lot of symptoms, and I believe i would benefit from testosterone gel.
Osphena sounds very promising. I'd like to hear much more about it. If it's especially suitable for women over 55 who aren't having severe hot flushes, is it suitable for women over 60 who haven't been on systemic HRT before? Over 70? Would it still promote endometrial proliferation and bleeding? Could you take Osphena alongside other systemic HRT as well? Looking forward to hearing lots more about Osphena 😊xx
The sleep bucket should also contain low ferritin levels. I know from my own struggle of low ferritin for over 10 yrs that I sleep better when ferritin is higher.
I was very disappointed to hear him endorse prophylactic mastectomies for those with genetic indications for breast cancer. These genes can be switched off with lifestyle and diet. Very sad that this is still being promoted. I love Dr Kelly’s podcast and content.

Do you have a link for the free version of 'A Contemporary View of Menopausal Hormone Therapy'?
Yes, I don’t think there is a free version. Most published studies are not available in full expect to doctors who pay.

@@vibrantly50knowledge is power. Why can't it be public information? Is medicine a secret society? This makes me very cross 🙂xx
@@anne-louisegoldie The researchers actually have to pay out of pocket to have a paper accessible to the public. Not all do so.
It IS available to read online. Google it.

Thankfully we don’t need to be concerned about insure companies in Canada for our health care.
