As someone who has travelled a LOT... Italy is the most beautiful country in the world. Hands down.
Amen to that! It’s hard to beat!
THANKS .Is true ❤️
Greece??
True, but with a political class and an administration that sucks.
@@omararreola5449 also greece is beautiful 🇮🇹🇬🇷
Now you know why every italian that emigrated from italy to america is so nostalgic and cries thinking about the country they left. You can have a good job, money and other stuff but the beauty of these landscapes, the simplicity of the life, the smile on the people faces is priceless...and there is more and more to see, i think this is only 5% of Italy. for example...i live in a very small town called Isola del Liri (12000 people) and in my city there is a waterfall of 27 meters inside the historic centre and on top a castle that divide the river in two parts creating two waterfalls. Also for italians Italy it's an endless discovery.
Wow io sono di Atina
Cascata Grandy di Isola del Liri 😍
Cascata del Valcatoio❤️👍🏻
Italy is the live of my life I'm Moroccan and planning to visit Italy next summer
Im italian and i didnt know about this town .. wth
I am french and i travelled all around the world, and i confirmed that Italy is my favourite place!
@@ErmyPedata , according to the beauty, for me its 50/50 but you have in Italy an atmosphere i dont find in France.
I love France but why are the French so rude to foreigners? Some of my friends won’t go back there. I went to Paris twice and, honestly, not one person was nice to us.
@@mialia8120 Because Paris is now full of individual pretentious people who think France is Paris, and that's for the rich parts. For the poor sides it's full of immigrants from Africa who cares only about money and doesn't respect shit. But once you are outside of Paris you will find a lot of nice people all around. The further you move away from Paris, the better. It doesn't matter if it's north, south, east or west. I tell you that as a French who live in Normandy close to Paris and have lived a bit inside Paris.
@@WhiteRhino27200 I have many friends who have visited way outside of Paris and have experienced unnecessary rudeness, and, as a result, have never returned. It’s a shame as it’s a beautiful country. I’d like to give it another go but no one wants to go with me. 🤷🏻♀️
@@mialia8120 Too bad, we sure don't have the nicest and welcoming people, but we still have a lot of good people, you just have to avoid big cities, and it should be way better. Where are you from ?
I'm italian and i live near Polignano. I love so much that my region Is so approciated abroad, that makes me really happy
Io di savelletri
Viva la puglia
I’m in Naples right now, we want to visit a few cities. What are the must visit cities. Like a top 5
I want to go to Puglia at some point. Where would be a nice place to hire a villa? Do you recommend any restaurants? I’ve heard that Punta Prosciutto is the best beach to go to. È vero? Grazie mille.
@@mialia8120 the best places in Puglia can be found in the province of Bari (must see: the old town of the city, and the villages of Monopoli, Polignano, Alberobello, and Locorotondo), Salento (must see: the city of Lecce, and the villages of Gallipoli, Otranto, and Ostuni). Typically, the best beaches are in the area of Gallipoli, Otranto and Ostuni / Carovigno since Bari’s coast it’s mostly rocks. Is is typical when visiting Puglia to stay in a “Trullo” or a masseria, which are rural houses or farms converted into hotels, and many have pools as well; for that, the best area is the Itria Valley, which is basically between Bari and Salento. When in Puglia, it’s definitely worth visiting the city of Matera (in the near region of Basilicata), a very unique place where many movies where filmed (i.e. “The passion of Christ”, “James Bond”), and where it’s possible to sleep in traditional caves. Lastly, there is the Gargano (about 2 and half hours North Bari), an area of Puglia with other very beautiful villages and beaches that deserves a holiday on its own; the highlights are Vieste, Peschici, Monte Sant’Angelo, and the Tremiti Islands. In comparison to other areas of Puglia, the Gargano has a more scenic and mountainous landscape, whereas Salento it’s mostly flat, but has the typical Mediterranean crystal clear water. Best avoiding July and August though, as it gets super crowded. In June and September the weather it’s normally very good, and it rains very little over there.
Italy is the most incredible country I have ever visited. If anyone reading this ever gets the chance to go, make sure you grab it

Hallo from Italy “Rimini”
I’ve been to Italy in 2009, it was one of the most exhilarating experiences of my life! I spent a week in Rome, Florence, and Venice. I love how quaint and idyllic it all was, the food was amazing, the people are very friendly, and their art is second to none. Venice was my favorite city to visit, we toured the grand canal and I felt like I was in a James Bond movie. It was just so beautiful and magnificent!
You have to go see the Sistine chapel, it’s all painted with stories out of the Bible. It features paintings from Michelangelo and various other artists. He did the ceiling and one of the walls. It took him 4 years to complete it. I loved seeing the vibrant colors with which they brought these stories to life on those walls.
That’s so cool you went back in 2009! I loved reading your experience, makes me want to go to Venice this summer! Hope you can go back soon 😁
Went to Italy in 1986 . While I loved Venice, Florence & Naples, my favorite of all I have to say was Anna Capri. I felt like I died and went to heaven. Anyone Who is lucky enough to live in that wonderful country is very blessed. ❤️

Was in Italy for two weeks in 1981. I fell in love. The people, the food and the history are beyond wonderful. Florence, Venice twice, Rome, Pompeii, Naples. I’d love to go back.
Bella Italia , you shock us with your beauty and amazing history every time, people are in peace with themselfves and entire world when visiting
I couldn’t agree more! Italy has it all!
We are not in peace with ourselfes, and europe don't give us a fuck, and workin it's really hard not for fault of our socialist roots but for waste it whit conception that's usefull is for private and loss for public things, 50 years ago before to sold out our skills( cinema, football, music, fashion, automotive industries) we were up but now remain' the food but most of country is good for that (a part anglo-saxon countries) , and the history and lands is not a credit of us , but we are much proud and this video is really emotionally for us...sorry for my english :D :D really appreciate
Italy is my favourite European destination having been there 5 times already. From your list I have done:
The Amalfi Coast (starting from Salerno making stops at Amalfi, Positano and finishing in Sorrento)
Capri Islands
Cinque Terre - stayed in Vernazza
Rome (visited it every time I have been to Italy)
Sardinia
Sicily
Florence
In addition to that, I have visited Pisa, Siena, Napoli, Pompeii, Milan, Bari and Venice.
Oh yes I did view the Tuscany countryside on the train from Rome to Florence
You're well traveled! Which ones were your favorite?

If you are talking about my favourite holiday destinations, well....I have been to probably 35 countries around the world, loved around 20 of them, liked 12 of them but didn't like 3 countries much. My top 10 favourite destinations are:
1. Maldives

Thanks so much Davide! I should have included it 🤦🏼♂️ where is your favorite place in Italy?
@@RyanShirley It is clearly a very difficult question to answer. I would try to say Rome between the cities, Sardinia between the seaside and the Dolomites (for me the most beautiful mountains of the world). But the main feature of Italy I would say are the hundreds of villages present throughout the territory, which derives from its rich medieval history (a time when attention to beauty was particularly strong)
I agree! Love Venice.

Great video. I'm from America and my heritage halls from Southern Italy, just like the majority of other Italian Americans on the East Coast. Many came from Sicily, Campania, Calabria, etc. My first trip was in 2019. Went to Modena, Bologna (I have friends that I've known for 20 years that live in Bologna and one of them brought me to the Ferrari meusum), Venice, Rome, Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Amalfi, etc.
I loved everywhere I went..Rome is magical but the South has my ❤️. I want to go to Sicily and stay close to Taromina on Mazzaro beach.
Wish I could get my citizenship through my bloodline but I have absolutely no documents to go through the process. I'm sure I'm not the only one, our families came here but we don't have any papers to provide.
Some towns in Sicily are offering homes for 1 Euro with 30 thousand Euros provided did renovations. I'd love to jump at this in the future when the time is right for me.

Thanks Alexandre! Where are you from mate?
Ryan, I've been travelling through Italy for years and I've always come up short when trying to express the spectacular variety of this country. Your footage somehow captures the intense beauty and majesty of Italy's greatest natural wonders. Incredible work...simply amazing...
Thanks so much friend! I'm currently traveling around italy, where is your favorite place there!
@@RyanShirley Great hearing from you! The Dolomites (especially Val Gadenda) are in my heart, there's no doubt. From the first image I saw of those jagged peaks in Seceda Puez Odle National Park many years ago. Have you visited Abruzzo - specifically the Gran Sasso national park? There are peaks there that offer views (from the center of the Italian peninsula) all the way to the Adriatic! Also in Abruzzo are crystal, mountain-fed rivers - Fiume Tirino to name one. The region is extremely rugged, mostly untouched by tourism and the food is outstanding. Here's my rather weak attempt to capture the beauty of Abruzzo: ua-cam.com/video/5bjeXdYoyDo/v-deo.html and this one shows Fiume Tirino: ua-cam.com/video/vrT9MXDavMw/v-deo.html
Wow.awesome and so detailed wow
Wow!!! THank you for this great video
Of course! I’m just happy you watched
One thing I noticed about Florence is that it’s a huge city but there’s no office building or glass architecture in sight. The old style of buildings are preserved and I think that’s what gives it its magic.
That’s so true, I was just there a few days ago and it’s all so old and well preserved like you said! Really gives the city its magic
