I sailed around Komodo in 2022 and you're right for wanting to experience that! Not even being hyperbolic when I say the three days I spent sailing around Komodo were the best 3 days of my life. I flew out to Flores from Bali and got a hotel room in Labuan Bajo, which itself is surrounded by stunning beauty. Then hopped on a Phinisi boat for the weekend. Saw the giant fruit bat daily migration, watched the sun rise over Padar, partied on a tiny sandbar of an island called Takamakasar, saw Komodo dragons in the wild, and much more. It was $500 for the weekend, but only because I chose the honeymoon suite for the private bathroom. It's $250 otherwise. You are good hard work sir. All the places in the world have been returned and shown in a very nice video. The places you visited are very good. You have seen so many places, your birth is blessed sir... Super sir
a place I HIGHLY recommend going to is Baja! I went there just back in January and February, drove all the way down the peninsula and back, and it was one of the best experiences ever. Especially if you are someone who likes camping and being outdoors, I was there 60 days and 54 of them were spent sleeping outside which was part of what was so great about it! if you are a kayaker there are some super amazing places to go especially on the Sea of Cortez, I really loved Bahia Concepcion, it was just a dreamlike place to paddle it really felt like you were on glass or in the sky! Cabo Pulmo is another amazing place the views and walking trails are out of this world although it is the windiest place I have ever been. The highlight of the whole trip though may have been going to Laguna San Ignacio and taking one of the Kuyima whale tours! There are a few other places in Baja where you can take the tours, but I'm pretty sure Baja is the only place in the world that has the friendly whales. The whales are so magical and they come right up to your boat and and you get to pet them! They like being pet and they also like singing and came closer to our boat when we started singing! The guides are also all very kind and respectful of the animals. Well this was a very long post but overall Baja is amazing!!! (best food food I've eaten and the kindest people I've met as well)

Awesome job. Your video is amazing. I just feel that Brazil is still unknown to majority of ppl. A country that is almost the size of Europe deserved more mentions. At least places like Angra bay islands, Serras Gerais with its pristine water lakes in the middle of an untouched nature, the islands with white sand beaches in Amazonian rivers and the turquoise water beaches of Arraial do Cabo, very near Rio de Janeiro city are as beautiful or even more beautiful than some places mentioned in the video. It was nice that you included Lençóis Maranhenses though. In Cook Islands, I was wishing to see Aitutaki lagoon.
@@RyanShirley Yes, I'm from Brazil. Even though this video is in Portuguese, the images give an idea about how unexpected is to find sand beaches in Amazonian rivers. It's so much water that it looks like the sea. Obviously the beaches are formed during the dry season: ua-cam.com/video/Hn89IFD4ECU/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Rol%C3%AAFam%C3%ADlia And the region of Jalapao and Serras Gerais, which I believe to be Brazil's most hidden secrets. Brazil is commonly associated with beaches, but the countryside deserves to be visited too. ua-cam.com/video/6mhDFhcWeRg/v-deo.html&ab_channel=SamuelOscar-DRONEDAMONTANHA

Brazil is overhyped 😂 Ive visited last year the wildlife is amazing but of you’re talking about beaches & Islands it’s far from French polynesia, Philippines and Indonesia
Agreed that the South Island of New Zealand is amazing. Especially in winter. The north has some good beaches and the Waitomo glow worm caves (the caving experience there is epic). But nothing beats Queenstown in winter. If you like snowcapped mountains and misty fjords like I do, Queenstown/South Island is a stunner!
Wow! Last year you focused on Europe so much that I forgot how many places you've been. It's pretty amazing. I like your focus on active travelling rather than just sitting at a resort or going on about hotels and restaurants which many travel vlogs do. At this point I think it would be a good idea for you to do a segment about travelling itself: getting from here to there, dealing with languages, customs, packing, etc. - all the nuts and bolts of travel. Plus you could give tips like checking government websites about the current political situation os destinations that can sometimes be troubled, or avoiding the enormous crowds at the more popular destinations by going off season, and noting that many of them are always photographed before the crowds arrive. Or note that it's not always the sunny day in many places that touring photos and blogs make it seem.
Thanks so much John! This year I want to focus more on places like Africa and South America. That’s a great idea regarding making videos on “how to travel”, I need to start thinking of some ideas for a series like that! Always appreciate your thoughts and comments.

Another awesome video! The running on mountains is crazy to see!
Thanks so much mate! I love running on the edge 😁🏔️🏃🏼♂️
@@RyanShirley Obviously! Lol. I've driven over 170mph many times, but running and sitting on the edges you choose? NEVER! Haha.
All these places are definitely unique. I love how most of then west indian ocean are on this. Seychelles represent 🇸🇨🇸🇨🇸🇨
Wow, man...thank you so much for the inspiration. I saved a lot of locations and can't wait to see them in reality 🌏🌎🌍
Thanks so much Grigoras! Any place you’d like to visit most?
Oregon Coast is breathtaking, but you haven't lived until you've seen the Columbia River Gorge either. Just breathtaking!
I need to see more of the Colombia river gorge next time
It's true, Columbia River Gorge and Oregon Coast are breathtaking, but try looking at the beauties of the Sorrento peninsula in Italy, Campania!
Then let me know my friend... if you like!
Amazing and awesome piece of work .
Thanks so much Brent!
French Polynesia islands are insanely beautiful
The beauty of those islands is unmatched 🏝️
Thank you for starting your list in Africa. It is so often overlooked!
Of course! There’s so many incredible destinations in Africa 🦁
havent even started the video and I can already tell this is gonna be incredible. The cinematography is out of this world and these videos just give me a taste of what it would be like to go to some of these palces. Thank youy for sharing your creativity ryan
Ah bro means the world! Any place you want to visit most?
@@RyanShirley Definitely wanna go to sarakiniko beach and do some cliff jumping! thats like my ultimate dream
Wow!! Such an amazing video!!🤩🌎
We had a good time seeing these places ☺️✈️♥️
(best food food I've eaten and the kindest people I've met as well)
Wow you’ve convinced me to visit Baja! I’ll try to visit soon ☺️
You're the Man keep it up bro. 👍

Thanks man! Any places you want to visit most?
@@RyanShirley Boracay Island and Coron Palawan.
Wow its absolutely magical in this trip of yours. Thanks for sharing your lovely video with us! ❤❤❤❤🎉
Sounds like a nice planet. Will surely visit when I get the chance!
Where do you want to visit most?
@@RyanShirley Honestly, would probably want to visit Japan if I got the chance. I know it might seem kinda generic but I love everything I see and hear about it. 😄
Thanks for asking and great video btw!
Man if i travel 3 places in a year. It will still take 33 years.
Amazing places around the Rerld!!!

Very well done!!!! Loved seeing places I have been before!!!! Thank you!
Thanks so much Debra! Where are some of your favorite places you’ve been?
The Amalfi Coast, Greece, Germany, Africa, Vietnam, Russia, Belgium.. so many places I can’t even type them all. I was Director, Meetings, Events and Incentive Trips Internatinal for CITGO PETROLEUM CORPORATION for many years and travelled the world. I also loved Dubai! Gosh, I loved most places!
I loved watching this video! Your footage is so gorgeous!
My favorite places that I visited in the world are Alaska, Hawaii, Switzerland, Iceland, the Canadian Rockies, and Zhangjiajie in China.
Really hope to explore more of this beautiful world in the future! Thanks for the great video Ryan!
That’s so cool you went to Zhangjiajie! Any place you want to visit most?

Hi Ryan! Great list! Super happy you put my home Bali, Raja Ampat in your video! You have to see komodo live, in komodo island! Jordan, Dubai, Saudi arabia - such a wonderful countries I want to revisit very soon!
That’s awesome you live in Bali! Any other places you recommend in Indonesia?
@@RyanShirley If you come to Bali, explore the sister island of Bali, Lombok then Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Don't forget to expand your trip to Java island 🇲🇨
@@RyanShirleyyou must go to banggai island in sulawesi with the amazing beach and clearest lake name is paisupok lake, derawan island in kalimantan, belitung beach in sumatera, west sumatera with mentawai island, maluku islands like banda neira, weh island in aceh, toba lake, tana toraja, sumba, bunaken, kei island, wakatobi and many more need one year to explore all Indonesia
Thanks for the guide, can't wait to visit the earth 👽🛸
Thanks so much Adriana! I’m going to try to do a video on Brazil in the coming weeks ☺️ are you from Brazil?
@@RyanShirley Yes, I'm from Brazil. Even though this video is in Portuguese, the images give an idea about how unexpected is to find sand beaches in Amazonian rivers. It's so much water that it looks like the sea. Obviously the beaches are formed during the dry season:
ua-cam.com/video/Hn89IFD4ECU/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Rol%C3%AAFam%C3%ADlia
And the region of Jalapao and Serras Gerais, which I believe to be Brazil's most hidden secrets. Brazil is commonly associated with beaches, but the countryside deserves to be visited too.

Another nice place in Brazil. If you need any support about Portuguese translations with your series of videos about Brazil, let me know. I'm an English teacher. I mean: I teach English to Brazilians.
❤️❤️❤️
Wait ! A minute you getting too too far on your comment He doesn’t have to get into Government and Political This isn’t what his videos are all about He isn’t the PRINCE of bum F somewhere! You got a lot a nerve pal! And to Ryan you seem so sweet and passionate with a heart of gold! Like none of these uncalled for comments from those don’t affect you❤ You always answer replies with kindness and you make it better for a question that was to what I believe is inappropriate to help others
Traveling is a teacher, we can learn new things while having fun...
Well. I just give thanks to God for letting you to visit so much beautiful places that I can enjoy looking at them. Best blesssings.
Wow, this travel guide has given me some serious wanderlust for Brazil! 🌴🌊🌺 I've always dreamed of visiting Rio de Janeiro 🏖️🏰 and now I have even more places to add to my list. The natural beauty of Iguazu Falls 🌈 and the Amazon rainforest 🌿🦜 seem breathtaking, and I can't wait to try some authentic Brazilian cuisine 🍴 in Salvador. Careful though, I hear El Salvador is one of the most dangerous countries

Isn’t there a lot of vandalism/graffiti on the pyramids? I have a buddy in Egypt and he says it’s disgusting what people do to the pyramids.
Also; before visiting the Outback, prepare for flies. So many. More than you can possibly imagine. 😂 Even with a net around your face, they’ll still get on you.
I’ve visited Egypt recently about 2 weeks ago, seemed very clean I saw no graffiti
