I like when you talk, bro. I feel like its a class and I’m learning something. Plus, anyone can get their haircut from just somebody. Your clients get their haircut because you’re you.
Michael, I purchased your udemy course earlier this morning and I'm very happy to see that the videos are not just your free youtube videos repackaged, you recorded totally new videos and really go in depth on techniques. You're a blessing to the industry, thanks for all you do!
Thanks so much Brandon. I wouldnt feel right adding youtube content to the course. Although the course combined with the channel will give you a broad understanding I hope.
@@theoneminutebarber Loved the entire course! A video I would love to see from you, though, would be a more in depth discussion about the wrist/hand motions with your clippers to properly scoop while fading. There are very few videos about this topic, but it's so important!
One question Re wahl magic clippers. What advantage is there to shifting the blade lever? I would love a video on all the pros and cons of that. What setting is best when using a guard also. Thank you.
The lever covers the middle ground between guard lengths. The jump between guards is 3 to 4mm. By extending the lever you can add 1.5 mm to each guard.
I missed my January & March haircuts. My lady uses snips & scissors, but as I'm visually impaired right now I haven't been able to get to Great Clips. I don't trust anyone else to handle my baby fine straight hair as well. Enjoyed seeing his cutting this head of hair.
Hey Michael. I actually love watching you do both types of videos and would love for you to incorporate one of these ASMR ones every so often if possible. There is another channel that I watch called Whispering Haircuts ASMR, she is based out of Germany, and the ASMR haircuts are all she does and they are very relaxing to watch and listen to. As always love what you do☺️
Thanks Karen, I made this video for quartered steels originally, I was trying to get footage of the scissors in action, so wasn't going to do anything with it after but thought it was a crying shame to leave it unpublished, so decided a really simple ASMR type video would be worth putting out.
Hi dear brother pls share videos with your voice over because when you explain hair cut while each section you cut it is very helpful for us to understand why and what the reason you do that cut & many thanks to sharing your knowledge with us 🇬🇧❤👍👌👏👏
Don't worry I will be back talking in the next video, I just wanted to make an ASMR video for people that don't want the instructions. I'll be back to normal on the next one 👍👍👍
I really like your videos. This is a silly question, but I get anxious when the barber or stylist asks how I want my hair cut and fumble all around with terms I don't know. What should I say in order to get a good descent cut half way to something that suits my head?
Good question, for me almost the best thing a client can ever do is show me a photo. After that I'll have a great idea of what the client wants to achieve, and we can discuss if it's possible and what we need to do to get there. So I'd recommend showing your barber an image of something you like (that has similar colour and texture to your hair)
Nice video! I liked it a lot and you have a great cutting technique. Just as a comment, a shampoo before or after the cut is always really interesting to show, mainly in ASMR session, just if you want to take you into account, hehe. It helps with the relaxing experience. Thank you and keep going! ;-)
Thank you barber. I’m very loosely committed to ASMR videos. This is my third in about 100 barber videos. However I may expand on it in the future and will keep the shampoo in mind.
I agree. A bit too much like a layered bob. And ,sorry ,but the nape and sideburns look unfinished. Otherwise good. Hairstylist for 45 years Paul Mitchell trained in N.Y. What I did like was the sound of the scissors. Clean cutting.
I can always accept quality constructive criticism, especially from someone with such a background in the industry. Thanks for watching and the feedback.
A question for you; Do you often come across a client with stubborn cow-licks? This is the video I've watched from you and I enjoyed watching your cutting technique using scissors Only! I have thinning hair and stubborn cow-licks, and so that's why I asked my question!😜
Yes I often deal with cows licks. Every cowlick needs special treatment and I don’t have any video covering the topic but I am determined to make one as it’s one of the most frequently asked questions
I was also taught to cut a perimeter first in college. But there is more than one way to cut hair. I know it might look strange but there is method in the madness.

Nice! Why it is so satisfying seeing cutting hairs this days? If only i have a lot of heads to practice but my own brother would not trust 🤣

what brand of shears are you using?
That is good but it’s not a pretty hair style for this man, but I like it so much

I recommend a detail use a colored comb is better. 🙏🙏🙏✂️💈💯❤️👍 And sorry if I bother you thanks for your teaching videos brother
I have a white and a red comb. Just need to remember them in video.
I do prefer coloured combs in video too.
Bon travail! Tu peux faire une vidéo explicative de comment couper ✂ les cheveux longs avec un peu de démonstration et merci
Are you using a mic for this ?
I used a rode shotgun mic to record this.
Porque você complicou um corte tão fácil? Não entendi,eu teria cortado com base de medidas em 15minutos.
I’m not sure, this method isn’t complicated for me. If you have an easier way I’d love to learn that

Good job bos ku
Me encantó la forma larga del corte de cabello lo que no me cuadra nunca es esos peinaditos tan despeinados se ven como acabados de pararse de la cama
Chop Chop Chop, thanks

Legítimo corte no escuro kkkk
Спасибо, очень полезное видео. Сына подстригу.
Hi brother
Hi👋
@@theoneminutebarber I like your video
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Why on earth are you starting a haircut in the crown?
I like to work from the top down. Where do you start?
I felt like this cut was all over the place. I always cut my perimeter first… that’s how we were taught old school 35+ years ago. Lol
I was also taught to cut a perimeter first in college. But there is more than one way to cut hair. I know it might look strange but there is method in the madness.

@@theoneminutebarber You need to bring your A game as a stylist. The cut I saw was not that. Maybe hair isn't your calling.

Still too long
Неправильно стрижёшь. Можно постричь в два раза быстрее и лучше. А ты разными манипуляциями два раза укорачивал одни и те же места.
I like your voice though… :(
Don't worry Doodle I'll be back to talking soon. I never shut up for long.
