- If ever there is a reason to ride aimlessly around in circles (if you need a reason that is) testing a malfunctioning GoPro is probably one of them. 😅
My GoPro 8 has been acting up on me lately, so I decided to take it for a test ride around town and see if I can make it duplicate the issue. However, it seemed to work fine this time around 🤔 Maybe just a fluke?
Anyway, the video seemed to turn out so I figured I may as well use it! 😁

my pet crows name was Sam when i was a kid he liked to ride on my shoulder when i was riding my bicycle and would put his wings out like he was gliding, when i got going real fast he would take off and come back in behind me and land again was my buddy when iwas was a kid Cheers!!! crows and ravens can talk to you give him time and patience Great video Thanks Angel!!!

My dad owned a pet store and one day someone brought him one that talked. They had split his tongue which made it easier for him to talk he would greet everybody coming in the door to the store with a big hello and welcome

The mountains in the background are simply beautiful. It is a shame that the places with the most beautiful scenery you are up to your butt in snow half the year.
Yeah, the winters are not the best. Luckily I live somewhere where we get pretty mild winters though and don’t have to deal with too much snow or freezing weather.
I bet the crow would love to hold onto the handle bars while you are riding give him the sensation of flying

I really like riding my HD in slow easy roads. Mostly low traffic less stress and dangerous. I often wonder what's the big rush with people. Or is it that they just want to be FIRST TO GET TO WHERE EVER THEY ARE GOING. MAYBE THE MOON ! WHO KNOWS. Thanks Angel enjoy watching your ride. Have fun and stay safe.

I really enjoy your rides. I dont notice the spring travel that much but rather all the freakin beautiful scenery you have around there. Really great. The camera view you show in this video is just fine, like going for a ride. Meditative. But youre pretty to look at too and its nice in the videos where once in awhile you cut away from the road to show you speaking or just enjoying the ride. Thank you Angel. Hope you get your GoPro issues worked out.

The crow looks like a “Frank” to me, lol, that was a nice ride, I took a 3 hour ride around Spokane outskirts Friday! Very relaxing and discovered a couple problem with the road king bobber! (Now I’m waiting for parts) thanks for the video Angle!

Huggzzz from Kentucky Red One of my lady friends rescued a blue Jay with braindamage, couldn't fly so she caged it and it stayed around for 11 years. I couldn't ride unless I braided my hair, plus I don't wear a helmet unless the law says I have to.
Apparently crows live for 20 years! This guy can fly, but he has a bad leg.

I enjoy the view from the saddle over the bars without a camera on them! I always like seeing your beautiful face when you talk before and after the ride, and even when riding, but prefer the uncluttered view of the Bikes front end during a ride!

YT could be definitely a full time job, if a vlogger is serious about their craft then it is a full time job. It is such a great thing that your dad helps on the production on your vids, plus your sis helps out too, right? I love the riding view from the saddle. I just wish it could have some "rubber necking" views. You know like when you're riding and you see something interesting and kinda stare at it as you go by. That kind of rubber necking. Im hoping that one day he will be strong enough to go back into the wild, but I kind of have a feeling he will end up sticking around since his leg is so messed up. We got to hang out with you for an hour, listened to you talk and sing to us and watched Loki search for interesting parts of you, why wouldn't we like it. Loki seems to be adapting to the new life well. Riding with you is relaxing for me, you ride like I do, or will when I get one of the bikes to cooperate, old iron doesn't want to go and play. The Pan wants a new battery and the Sporty is still in reconstruction mode, need to put them higher on the 'to do' list. Thanks for sharing your time with us and hope you find the right part time gig that suits where you want to go.

I am not up on Nordic Mythology, but the reference to Loki may fit the little rascal. I don't know that I'm your best help, my mini Dachshund is named Pest (very descriptive), my Chihuahua mix is Princess (a pretty girl who would only eat cookies and treats when I found her, she had to be a princess), Becky is a 40 pound Sheltie mix who reminded me of a character in Tom Sawyer, Rascal is my year old male deer, he used to prance around and play when I would take food out before his right shoulder developed a problem, now be limps so I try to help him, Ashley is the female version of your Tiny, big, mellow, smart, with long hair the color of ashes. I tend to let them tell me who they are then find a name that is close. Sorry that this doesn't help, I need to have a feel for who the individual is and I don't know enough about your new friend. From this distance all three options seem good. Omen and Cane both seem dark. Although there are probably a dozen Bibles in my bookshelves dating back to the 1870's I think, I haven't read them in a long time, I can't remember if Cane or Abel was the culprit. Yeah, no help at all. He looks interesting. I've had lots of different critters but never a bird except a parakeet or two that were family 'pets', we would come home from school, find it loose and sneak around with a light dish towel and try to throw the towel over it like a parachute to bring it down to cage it. If I get inspired you will hear.
Thanks Warnen, yes im starting to feel like Loki may just end up being what sticks! He is a little mischief make after all. Omen I thought was good because typically crows are considered as an omen, and Cain just because I thought that kind of name may suit a crow. Cain was the culprit in the bible, Abel was the victim.
That is very calming to ride with you! Cool bird! I want to know more about that. Not sure about a name. I have had parrots but crows and ravens are supposed to be super smart. I like everything about that shovel of yours. Sweet bike! You live in pretty area. I thought about it and later came up with the suggestion of Maxwell for the bird.
I had a cat named Maxwell when I was a kid, he was a little sweetheart. I will tell the birds story after I have picked a name for the little guy!

Sorry to hear you leaving HD. I looked forward to seeing you do the unboxing. I liked getting a peak at a brand new Harley coming out. I'm sure things will go well anyway. I thought you were going to eventually be taking the new models out for a spin like Matt Laidlaw does on his channel only from a womans perspective. You can promote travel for B.C. when you get the Dyna back out there. And maybe show off some new HD styles from the motor clothes department. I think HD wasn't thinking when they let you quit, even part time could be beneficial for them. Follow your heart Red. ❤😊
On the shovelhead i used to ride I'd put 70 weight castrol in during the summer and 50 weight during the winter.
Yea I've wondered if I should put something heavier in. I just go by what S&S recommends for the temps though.

Rides to nowhere are the best. Leave the house with a tank full a gas, get to the end of the driveway, well, left or right. Next T in the road, left or right etc.. One of the best sights here in S.W. Pa. if ya time right is when your coming home from Ohiopyle on Route 711 Springfield Pike. Ya come to the crest of the mountain above Connellsville just as the sun is setting. The colors can be just amazing.
Being out in nature and experiencing the sights sounds and smells that it has to offer is one of the addicting parts of riding a motorcycle.

My hero 8 has glitched a lot... I have re Formatted my cards... changed the batteries... When Changing Batteries, Dont forget to hit the power button WITHOUT THE BATTERY IN... this will deplete the Stored energy in the unit... (Its what you do with a computer when having issues or changing hardware)

When I was a young boy my dad found two young crows and brought them home. He clipped their wings (sorry birdies) so they couldnt fly and we had them until their wings grew back out and then we released them. He named them Oscar and Ickabod. Lol.
It's always best when they are able to o back into their natural environment 🙂

I noticed when you come to a stoplight and stop you sit in neutral.
I found it’s best to stay in first gear, just in case you need to get out of the way of a non stopping vehicle .
This puts pressure on the throw out bearing and the point where the clutch pushrod acts on the (spinning) pressure plate.
I put it in neutral 1) to save wear on the clutch parts and 2) to save wear on my wrist and hand lol.
It is not an easy clutch to hold for too long.

Check the bolts on the front of your gas tank.... it looks to be bouncing a bit
The gas tank is rubber mounted , like a dirt bike, so it does move a wee bit.
Everything happens for a reason and it sounds like you've made some personal connections that will be positive. I really hope focusing on your UA-cam channel works out well and you're able grow it. I enjoy the videos of the bike builds the most. Hearing you explain, what, why, and how you do or work on something is very interesting. Regarding the ride videos, I like both views - bike view and you view. I think it would be interesting to see some different angles of the bike while you're riding like a low view from the back looking forward or from the front looking back where you can see your foot shifting and the ground. Just some B-roll stuff to add while you're talking. I suppose you'd have to figure out some camera attachment scenarios, but just a thought. One thing I've noticed is it is sometimes difficult to understand what you're saying with the bike and wind noise, particularly when you are accelerating or cruising at speed. Not sure if that's just the way it is or if you have some way to improve the mic settings. Sorry for the long comment. Take care.
Thanks for the input Mark. Yea I would like to grab a couple different camera angles at some point, but I think I will wait till I have a third camera for doing that. In this video, I was talking at a very low tone so it was a little harder to hear me. And, as far as I know, I have my mic set the the best setting for what I'm doing, I think my bike is just pretty loud haha

A good crow name would be Edgar named after Edgar Allen Poe or even the name poe would be a good crow name -if you don’t know who that is check out some of his books that he wrote or even the movies

Oil light shouldn't come shovels don't have a lot of oil pressure at idle I had a 76 shovel 60 80-lb cold warmed up yet had like 10 lb annual 10 lb on a shovel is great I didn't know that thank you red ♥️🌹🍺
