Sisters Who Ride Together Stick Together!

- My sister and I had a lot of fun riding our motorcycles down one of our favorite country roads. It’s nice to have a riding buddy again and who better to ride with then your sister?! It will be a bit of time before she is ready for a bigger bike, because she still needs to learn how to handle one a bit better, and get her counter steering down pat. But other than that she’s doing a great job! I hope you all enjoy this camera angle. I took advantage of having my sister in front of me and put a camera on her bike so you can all see me from a different view and you can also see her riding skills from the view of my saddle.
And, anyone who want's to send me pictures of their bikes, you can email me at:
redrider.canada.bc@gmail.com
PLEASE SEND LARGE CLEAR PHOTOS!
1080p x 1080p is the MINIMUM we can work with, so please do your best at making sure your photos are large and not blurry 🙂 And send more than one if you can as well!
Only motorcycle related emails please - sorry, but I just don't have the time to engage in personal conversations.
Thank you for your understanding.
If you DON'T want your bike highlighted in a future video showing viewers bikes then make sure to mention it in your email. Other than that, expect to see your bike in one of my videos!
If you would like my PO BOX address you can find it in the description to my channel by following this link:

I think Canadians need bigger license plates😂
Take off eh?
Sorry.
I was thinking the same thing. The one on my bike is only 4"x7" (U.S.A). It's also vertical and mounted on the left end of the axle, which makes it appear to take up even less room.
@@chriscadman6379 just kidding. We have bs in the us too.
@@SmittyInVegas Sorry.
53 yrs on 2 wheels, 47 of those on the street and I try to avoid riding side by side as much as I can. Have had way too many vehicles drift across the centre line so having the whole lane to maneuver just makes sense. Ive had one ride that was absolutely miserable. 4000+ km and it rained hard for at least 3000 of them. North shore of Lake Superior, last day of July, pouring rain all day with a high of 7°Celsius. But thats life when you choose to live it on 2 wheels. 😄 ✌️🇨🇦
Lol yep, those are the chances we take out on the road! 🌧️ 🌧️
And I only ride side by side with a select few… but you’re probably not wrong!
Keep the rubber side down sisters 😊
😁
Tell sis, pick your line, the path you'll ride over. LOOK AT THAT LINE!, while you corner. Even from a dead stop. The machine is far above the capability of a new rider. So look at your line, and trust the machine. It can do more than you're capable of. Dont freeze, just go with it.
red rider just remember we never get tired of seeing your whole bike... you starting it and the front to back views
Two Bad ass biker sisters Hitting it. Ride on Ride free.
Great video and love the dual camera dual bike set up. Encourage your sister to subscribe to MCRider's channel on UA-cam. I have been riding 45 years and still learn loads off of him (indeed I would encourage everyone to sign up to him and keep learning). Keep the videos coming 😎 - greetings from the UK.
Thank you!
She’ll be fine. Let her adjust her riding style to her preferences. Great video.
Red, I’m very impressed with you and your riding. Just watching you and your sister come down that gravel driveway is a skill.
You ladies be safe.
Thanks ☺️
A little observation about your sisters riding . Her constant correcting while rolling is she is more or less looking at the road right in front of her . If you can instill in her to look farther down the road the mind will tell the hands and body where to steer the bike . One other thing I saw is her riding position on the bike . She needs to hug the tank with her legs . She is riding with here legs somewhat spread and on an unfaired bike that can mean wind catching her legs and trying to steer the bike . Not being critical but just some observations I made watching your video . I'm sure it will become second nature to her after some time in the saddle . And she has very good instructions from you . Keep up the good work ...
I agree. I was going to comment the same. If you look past the apex of the corner, your brain will take you around smoothly, and yes, gripping the tank makes a huge difference
Absolutely if you fixate on something that's where your gonna go every time
@@arthur4818squeezing the tank deflects impact on your spine a little squeeze goes along ways. 😎✌🏻❤️🫵🏻🇨🇦
I love sportsters, but it is very hard to squeeze the tank on a sportster. The tank is small and the air filter is in the way on the right side!
Good observations and great advice, I know exactly what you’re talking about. I used to do the same as a new rider and had to train myself to look further down the road when I was riding, I will make sure to remind her of that!
Thank you for taking me on the ride with you and your sister. See you on the flipside.✌️✌️❤️❤️🙏
You bet! Thanks for coming 😁
"Heavens! They are multiplying!"
Keep growing; keep riding!
Always!
Every ride is an adventure.
Two Awesome girls and two awesome bikes. Ride safe❤
YES any ride is a GOOD ride!!! LOVE
😁
Sis is finding all the bumps.. nice ride...
Nice to see you have her back and turning into an even better rider.
she's a tad wobbly out there lol.... she will get better.. great place to learn how to ride...... cheers Red
Probably the wobble is the cheapness of the Kicker. They look cool but not well engineered. Red’s dad did a lot of work to make sure the engine didn’t rattle out of the frame.
@@ArianeKamps lol yer dont what that motor falling put wile ys rideing could be a problem.... cheers from Down Under
Lol probably a combination of both with the wobblyness 😆
Hi Angel,
This was a good ride forsure. Just wanted to stop by and say hello. As always I love your videos and I like you and your bike. And now I like your sister and her bike too. Thank you for sharing your video. Maybe one day your sister can say a few words infront of the camera. That would be a good thing. God bless!! Have a great day. Take care.😊😉✌️👍🙏 bye bye👋
Thank you! Take care 🙂
Great video,!,,,,,,looks & sounds great ❤on my 85" tv ,,😊👍💖,,,your sister is great at red lights ,,,,she has learned to leave traffic behind her ,,lol,,,😂,,,.
😂
That's awesome!
She is definitely not afraid to twist the throttle!! Awesome video!!
And too add... Dang that kikker pulls... Wow!!!
Not bad for a little 200!
@@RedRiderCanadaBC I was gonna buy my son a kikker. Ended up getting a good deal on a Honda rebel instead... I've heard good things about the kikker's and seeing your sis ride that one and watching it pull.. I was impressed!!!!
double entendres, not allowed
Awesome video Red! ✌️❤️
Thank you 😁
Great video, fun times with family.Enjoyed the bumpy driveway part✌️
Not a bike rider but really enjoyed it
Thanks from Australia 👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great video To cool you get to ride with your sister Enjoyed keep them coming be safe Keep Ridin in the Wind 😎😎
Thanks! Will do!
great view from your sisters bike. great video.
Thank you 👍
Best way to learn is to get out there and put some miles under your tyres on all sorts of different roads, though your roads seem all the same 😄 wide and open, which is great. I'm sure you'll have some good rides together, every ride you get home is a good ride...
Absolutely!
Good to see you both out riding and there is no doubt that there is a family resemblance.
Nice ride. Good for her confidence... Good for you to help your sister learn to be SAFE on two wheels. She cant get enough slow speed practice.
I would definitely agree 👍
That was awesome to see the sisters cruising together, she rides quite well, having the camera on her bike as well was really good, great view & loud & clear, I was amazed at how good the audio is.
Awesome to see your sister out riding with you. Hope she keeps practicing a lot of counter steering.
Hello good to see you out with your sister getting in some riding time looked like a nice area to take the bikes out keep it safe it is hot and rainy down here in south carolina
Thanks girls enjoyed that have a great day.
The cameras on two separate bikes is really cool! Different angles to choose from. I like it! :)
That was a cool ride keep it up
Two beautiful sisters riding
Love to see the girls also out riding.
Your sister seems camera shy, lol! Great video 👍
When i took mine 40 some years ago . In Ohio . We had a written permit test , one for car and another test for bikes. If passed the bike permit you could ride single in day light hours. When i took the riding part of the test , there was cinders everyplace and snow on the parking lot that was not level. Passed first try . I had my full bike license before i had one for a car . Not sure about there , but hear when i took my test , if you stop and put both feet down it is an automatic fail .
I can’t remember every rule for the test here, been a while!
Very cool you and your Sister RR - Very funny the Bunnyjump at Arriving at Home. Greets from poor Germany from a 1978 FXS Shovelhead Driver.
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Two sisters who both ride is pretty cool. Nice to have a ride buddy. It looked like she does a good job. Another great video. Its amazing how clear your microphone is with it being in the wind stream the way it is. Your voice and engine sounds come in really clear and you could hear her bike well too. thank you for all you do and Im looking forward to each and every one of your future ride videos and however you choose to film them. They are all great. Cheers from Indiana.
Thank you! I’m glad you are liking my stuff 😁😁
Great video, great ride. thanks for taking it with me and hopefully without sunburn.🖐️🇨🇦🇩🇪 👍
You really have some beautiful country to ride.😎👍
You got that right!
This is a cool, very cool video! (The shooting angles are perfect). The main thing is not to tell your sister that there are more powerful motorcycles, otherwise she will break all the records of Bert Monroe.
Thats a SHORT BOBBER ! 😊
Yay for no more flashing warning lamp. Good work, like always. 👍
Good video. That's pretty cool you riding with your sister. That is good times
Yeah thanks!
Red, you are gettin some good advice for your sister. Teach her how to shorten a turn radius, to not go wide……jus saying. You have beautiful country to ride through…..in summer 😂. Ride safe you two…👍🏻😍🤠
😁😁
A wonderful video clip. I wish you both a great ride in the future ❤
Thanks!
Thank 's for the ride ! Made me wish it was spring ! Ya know hair in the air thing !
Same here!!
Great video Angel. Really enjoyed coming on the ride with you two. Your sister seems to be doing pretty good. The more time in the saddle, the more she'll improve. Main thing is she doesn't seem to be scared and timid out on the road. Good luck to her, she'll be fine. Drive Safe, Have Fun!
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks!
GREAT VIDEO,NICE FOOTAGE AND SCENERY. YOUR SIS IS DOING GREAT! GOOD STUFF!
Thanks 👍 😊
Have save rides you two!!! 😉🤘
Thanks!
Pretty cool man, nice ride, she has no fear going from the road to gravel, you to man, camera view was good
😎😎
Glad you have someone to ride with now sounds like you had a really good time really nice to hear you laughing don't you know I just like you but also like you're bike peace baby😁❤
😁😊
@@RedRiderCanadaBC you're awesome angel❤🌹
The scenery on that ride was so beautiful! I liked the camera set up you had on the bikes. It’s shows some really neat dynamic angles! Oh yea, after 15 years on Raw Dawg(Hardtail) it’s so awesome riding NITESHADE (full suspension) that my back thanks me every day!👍😎
😁
Liked the video! Keep em coming!!
More to come!
Camera placement was cool loved the view from both cameras beautiful area yall rode !!!
Thanks! Yea I love riding here. I got lots of riding videos on my channel if you want to see more.
Looks like fun! Get your sis out as often as you can. Practice sure helps make a good rider out of most of us.
That's the plan!
Loving the camera angles. Sweet looking bikes! I don't about you those intersection was maken me nervous
The intersections make me a little nervous with a new rider.
That was fun, Red !! Down here in the States, we have a big problem with tailgaters. Even the back roads. If I'm just out cruzin, I'll pull over and let them by. I am getting to be an old guy but when I'm out on the interstate and have some place to go, i boogie right along.
We have lots of riders in my area so people for the lost part are used to bikes being on the road. But there is always some jerk out there who doesn’t care!
I love it - thanks !
Glad you like it! 😁😁
Great video girl I couldn't ride today rain and thunder storms be safe.
Nice ride sister. Nothing like a nice ride with family.
You got that right!
Such beautiful landacape! Wow❤
Very ☺️
I can see her wanting to lean out of the turn which is natural until you incorporate counter steering. She definitely isn't shy with the throttle though. I would look at stiffening the springs on the kicker seat, looks a little loosely goosey and her body centerline shifts around alot. Good video Red. ❤😊
The loosey goosey, kick start only bike will hopefully make her into a more careful, patient rider lol.
It sounds like the process to get a motorcycle license in Canada is tougher than here in the states, or at least in Texas. All I had to do was take a test on a computer. And I'm sure there are many here who don't even bother with the license. Thanks for sharing and hope to see you and your sister on more rides together.
Yea it’s definitely a process here 😮💨
Lovely work ocanagan girls, yeah got bac from Vancouver few weeks ago, house prices r nuts , had to go to tofino cause of shock of house prices and rentals , can’t believe traffic there around bridges either, ride safe u girls 👍
Housing is ridiculous here right now
Your videos are very cool. Enjoy them alot. I ride a triumph america 2002. Paulie muskoka Ontario..
I'm glad you like em! Thanks 🙂
Angel I don’t know how I missed this video. I love your riding videos. You all sure have some beautiful scenery up north. The only down side for me would be the short riding season. Since I’ve gotten older not much on cold weather. Used to ride year round here in Maryland USA. Had to only transportation I had but I can’t do it anymore. You take care and stay safe.
Thank you for your support John! I'm glad you like my channel 😁
О.П.Г. "Рыжие сёстры" держали в страхе весь город :)) Ангел, тебе нужно посмотреть нагар на свече маленького байка (смесь догорает уже в выхлопной трубе) и слышны перебои, будто свеча в чрезмерном нагаре (видимо искра слабая и карбюратор богатит-Weak spark and mixture too rich- you may need to lower the needle one notch lower. Неправильная искра бывает из за коммутатора, возможно он даёт искру в неправильное время, такое бывает, если коммутатор не для этого двигателя. К примеру у вас двигатель 165й, а коммутатор для 172го...) In general, you need to look, it's not difficult.
now we see, more clearly, thanks, red
Very Cool !
Your sister may not have much road experience on a bike, but she's not shy about cracking the throttle open !!.. NO FEAR !!
I think she's a natural!
Your a great sister Red, also staying behind a newer rider is beyond smart , keeps you both safe btw have you tried Lucas fuel conditioner ,
Quickly ends backfires n cleans fuel injected n carburetor
Engines, amazing product , I put it in deisel fuel too, everything but my coffee👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Haven’t tried it before. I use seafoam in my truck sometimes but I don’t know that it really makes a difference 🤔
Yes it's always good when your bike does not catch on fire lol! I can't remember when a bike ride was ever bad. Well except for two crashes. I did enjoy the new camera view! Totally a new perspective, and I liked it very much! It is rare to see women riding their own cycles where I live. Sure once in a while you'll see one, but not that often. I think that's a shame too. I think women are safer riders. Men have to prove their manhood and act like knuckle heads doing it. Loved the video on this lazy Sunday afternoon! You two sisters keep riding and stay safe up in y'alls beautiful B.C.!
We have lots of lady riders up here in BC!
I love your bike, what I could see and hear. Have you ever described it in other videos? Love to see more.
Yep!! The first two links are me doing a walk around and talking about my bike. And the last video is a short slideshow of the different parts on my bike. 😁

Beautiful ride Red. I would suggest bringing your sister out on Sunday morning about 7:00 when there are less maniacs out there. It's easier to learn when you're more relaxed. That was fun
Thanks for the idea! And for watching 😀
Those two bikes together is a hoot. Is that a single cyl bike that Little Wing is riding? A single cyl and a rigid frame? Wow. Great video and fun to hear you from a distance. Really good. Thanks for the vid.
Yep, just a little 200cc bike 😁
Thank you for watching!
Sis may need to richen up the fuel mixture a little will help get rid of the back fire... Sisters riding! Great video!
Love it, get pop to go with you.😊❤
grrrrreat idea!!
✌😁✌
One day hopefully!!
If she's successfully going in and out of corners she's got to be counter steering. Also enter the curve off the throttle, after passing the apex and the bike is up straight get back on the throttle. I'm no way a know it all but I do have road track experience.
Hey Red !Had the Suzuki GT 750 out today. Took a swim in Lake Huron. Still chilly.
Yep, I’m an August swimmer lol.
Yo Red n Sis, Sisters who quit different jobs together ride together 😂😎😎❤❤. Damn Sis, You ain't afraid to grab some throttle 💨 especially up the driveway😅. You Meet the Nicest People on a Honda Valkyrie. Keep the Shiny Side Up 🇺🇸
Lol she’s doing pretty good so far!
Sister power👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
On the corners, Slow, Look, Press (counter steer), Roll... teach Laci, where your head and eyes look, your ass will follow.
In the States most folks in most states take the MSF basic riders course. (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) It involves an on-line class, a classroom sessions, and two days on the MSF range. When the course is complete (you pass) you get an endorsement which you take to the DMV, pay your taxes, and voila, you're licensed. We also have a learners permit similar to yours; must wear helmet, cannot carry passengers, and cannot drive at night. (that is good for one year)
marcus
In Alaska take online test= permit, then the MSF course. If pass license then ride.
Our Lerners permit is also good for a year
I think the counter steer thing is intuitive unless you're a real dodo.
I can't do the 'bugs in ya' teeth' thang, they sting as much as getting hit by gravel, always gotta wear 'kerchief or Buff thingy.
100% real deal, good on ya' gal's.
I think she’ll pick up on counter steering really quickly, so far so good!
She doesn't lean the bike enough in some of the turns , but she seems to have a healthy respect for the centerline so that's good.
B.C. bike plates are hella huge. Great cam angles.
Enjoyed this video. Seeing your bike going down the road was nice (I have a Shovel so I'm a little prejudice). I was waiting for you to blow by your sister to show her what "displacement" gets you. Must say, you have some good self control. Thanks for the video!!!
NOTE: both my '86 Sportster 1100 and the Rotary top 4 speed I have on my '78 shovel have a False neutral between third & fourth. I have yet to have it get stuck there.
Normally I would be blasting past the person in lead to have a bit of fun, but I don’t want to make my sis too nervous or feel like she needs to go faster than she is comfortable with.
And yea, mine seems to get stuck between gears on the downshift and sometimes it’s really hard finding a gear when it does.
Hmmmmm, I assume you don't have the original style clutch on it. I do, and if it gets too dirty, the plates hang up a bit when operating and drag a tiny bit. If it gets too dirty, shifting gets flaky (don't ask why I know this, but I can say I thought doom&gloom at first). Which reminds me, it's time to clean mine. It's starting to get hard to get into neutral., which is the "sign".
Just a little old school road racing help
Whenever you leave from riding on dirt or gravel surfaces as soon as you're on asphalt slightly weave your bike for about 30 feet or so to help scrub off any remaining dirt or gravel that might still be on your tires ! Plus it helps to heat your tires surfaces up for safer and better traction/ stickiness 👍💪😎
😂 sounds good 👌 lol
I like the camera thats looking over the bars. That way I can imagine im riding while stuck at work. And also I've done a lot of side by side riding you need to really trust the other person's riding skills. But I dont do it anymore I ride a hardtail and like to swerve around pot holes
Yea I totally get that, it's nice having the whole lane to move around in.
Great video, and I really like the camera on your sisters bike. She needs a microphone so you two can talk back and forth.
Good times
30 mile ride! Come on red, step it up.
I got mine when I was 16yrs.....went down to the secretary of state...road down a alley and back...and I got my endorsement
Insist it were still that easy!
This a cool. Video camera on your sis s bike was cool to
Thanks for watching!
