Only sad part is that we are always in follow up or catch up mode.....During Galwan incident, Chinese had already deployed such systems and only then we realized to have such systems of our own. I hope some day, we will lead the innovation curve

Main reason is that our economy is not as big as compared to China or usa.... So our research budget is low which forces our scientists to take less risks....

Drones from Turkey to Pakistan also pose a big security threat to India, so India should be ready to fight drones from both enemies. Drone killers also should be developed.
Counter them when when necessary. Punish them when require. Divide them up when possible.Conquer their land when possible

This is an attacking system. It has multiple usages and advantages when used before enemy attacks
The panchi (catapult launched) and Netra (Quadcopter's) and many other UGV's like Daksh were already developed and made in early 2010.
Not to forget Chetak UAV.
But since then either they have been discontinued or either still in testing...
Looks like we forcefully lost the edge to Chinese...cause at that time we were Step ahead of them.😑😑

Chinese has one an only political policy for last 70 years but India did not have a proper police on what we are going become. CCP decided to be aggressor and global dominance 70 years ago. Now they have achieved 90 % of what they want. India decided import stuff rather then making in India it self. There was no confidence placed Indian ideas and intelligence. No investment made on Indian minds. It has just started. So we have to catch up 70 years lag.

Today our strategic military hardwares may have been studded with modern technology with the immediate emergence of Make in India initiative that has reportedly reduced our dependency of defence requirements on foreign technology or direct import deal either, yet as compared to china, we still have been left in trail in terms of being self sufficient in developing a few game changing armaments for strategic warfare i. e The Nuclear Submarine( somehow P8I Submarine Hunter being replaced) ,The Strategic Bomber and the lethal drone technology which has somehow allegedly kept our Armed Forces lagging behind nevertheless being a Third largest Military Division in the World. Ours have rich resources to improve on these shortcomings and been expected to upper hand in technology boom very sooner in future. Jay Hind

It is possible to destroy but drones are tiny in front of aircraft. Using rocket against it gonna be costly and yes many indian armies anti aircraft guns is being now used as anti drone guns.

Russian jets lack in ew capabilities pretty much they still live in ww2 era as u can see they dont want to upgrade su 30 and 35,s pesa radar to aesa nor they offer aesa to any export clients such as Indonesia which also backed bcz of this russian ideology and ignorance
