Your channel does more for showing how beautiful Utah is than almost everyone else who is trying, plus you guys do solid and efficient fabrication and trail repairs as a bonus. It’s an absolute pleasure to watch yall work.
I'm visiting in July from Scotland purely because it looks stunning in these videos. Hoping to get some wheeling in either self drive or a hummer tour. Not sure which is best.
Mini-Mater is definitely earning its keep. Beautiful area of the country. No need to apologize for not being able to show everything. You are limited by what the camera's will show. Thanks for Sharing
No camera can truly capture what it's like out there. I have to hand it to Utah, they got the good stuff when it comes to scenery. I had never been to Utah in my life until I saw some of Rory's videos...and at that point I knew I needed to make a trip. The Utah state tourism board owes him!
Mini-Mater was a terrific idea! You guys have quite the fleet of wreckers now, something for all sorts of off-road problems. Bring in the big dogs when needed, use the smaller lower cost to operate, or small to fit in a tight trail when you have to. It's really cool to see you've had the success in the business to build up that fleet. Well deserved for a job well done!
Don’t sale your self short. You guys do a great job showing us how beautiful where you are. If you never seen the great smoky mountains you would love them. They are just down the road from where I live.
Mini-Mater... perfect. MIKE... holy cow... your situational awareness is on flora and fauna is outstanding. I know your a hunter and game tracking, knowing what makes tracks is actually fascinating to those of us who hunt, but just pointing out the Turkey tracks was a bonus in my mind.. . So, You guys need to go cut a Christmas tree and decorate it for the shop... nice little scrub pinion is all you need... leave the bottom branches on the stump in the ground and those branched will turn up over time to create a tree.. how do I know.... I was a Christmas tree farmer for 50 years
Rory, my late mother used to love watching Westerns on TV. She said it was the scenery that captivated her. I find myself using the same excuse for spending the hours watching your videos! Your knowledge might tell you that the images don't do it justice but from here in the Highlands of Scotland you're doing just fine. Thanks and keep at it, pal!
Beautiful! Great comments as well on the chains by Mike, And I STILL Love the MM. Its limitations because it is a light vehicle is obvious, nevertheless it is a great tool for the jobs as there you usually can anchor the jeep to something else. Merry Christmas to you all!!!!
Rory I wasn't sure what to expect with the title of this video. My first thought was you guys were out looking for a Christmas tree and shenanigans happened. You guys including us on your adventures is a great thing in my opinion. I love being a part of this UA-cam family
rory, your camera is just fine the country side is just beautiful . no matter what season it is winter, spring ,or fall. so don't be sorry for what you have to work with. again your videos are just fine.😀❤
Rory you gentleman do an above excellent job. You all have made this an extraordinary year🎉. Thanks for all you do💚❣️ Your content is extremely appreciated 💯
What you said about the beauty of the area is so true. I'm from Ohio and have been to Moab a half dozen times. I can never get enough of the scenery available there.
Do it better? My goodness, what more could we ask for? This is so much better than the highly produced (to the point of being fake) stuff on other channels. This is real… love it.
Rory, y'all are working men and I appreciate the shot's that y'all get. You don't have a big production crew so you do the best you can and I for one love it.👍😁
that's cool that's the identical Tundra as mine with black out grill and beige interior must have been really slippery im in northern Ontario Canada mine does pretty good did the guy a tree i think i seen diamond billed rock pecker tracks
Classic Rory...doing a snow recovery like a boss, all while wearing dad shoes. 😀 I'm also loving the Mini Mater. Seems like a very handy addition to the toolbox.
I definitely don’t miss chaining up. In the Oilfeilds we would chain up and down to many times a day. Rory is lucky enough to just have 4 chains to put on we would half to put 8 to 10 on
Thank you for sharing as much of the beauty around you as you can. The scenery does indeed seem to be "crazy beautiful," and I'm thankful for what I'm able to see of it.
Nice recovery. I’ve been stuck in the snow . It’s interesting that sometimes you plow right through it. Other times forget it your done. Pretty area. All of you go a great job on filming.
Dude STHU you do awesome. You run a great buisness you have raised a great daughter married a beatiful lady. You have a loyal team. What else could a man ask for. If someone says you dont do well enough? Hand them the reigns and tell them so do better. IM sure it will shut them the heck up. Im 62 years old and the one thing id tell you is. Do the best you can with what you have. Anything else is just gravy.
Hi Rory and Mike and Shawn I like to tell you and your family and friends Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 and a Happy new year ok have fun on Christmas 🎄 and please 🙏 be safe 🙏 ok 🙏 you have a wonderful day and have a good night and day ok love 🙏 Lorilee xoxoxoxox
You made that look so easy but from experience I know just how important it was to chain up and hook up to the stuck vehicle. Pleasure to watch pros at work. Merry Christmas to all.
Nice to see you using chains as we lived up a tough road in Colorado with chains being the smart way to go when the snow got compressed into ice and then fresh snow on top was like adding grease on top of oil. Best ride we had was 76 F-250 with punched out 390 Police Interceptor with high torque Isky cam and a Edelbrock 4 barrel. Had the normal chains and got tired of breaking them so went with 3/8" chains with double the amount of crossovers (each one weighed 40 pounds) then the heavy snow plow from a dump truck worked a lot better. Really enjoy your UA-cam videos, keep them coming, please.
You guys do a great job bringing us along and although the camera doesn’t capture every nuance, it does give us enough to put those places on the bucket list 👍🏻
i ❤this channel, no music, no politics, no whining, no bullshit; just good times and great respect.
Oh yeah, 100% with you on all of it! Music on UA-camr videos especially annoys me too.
The 3 amigos plus 1 sure do have amazing jobs. Riding out in back country helping people. How does it get any better than that ?
Enough said
No lying like matt
Did you say no bullshit!?? lol! ;)
I know y'all love to pick on Mike because of how much he talks, but honestly, his tidbits are so interesting and I really enjoy them.
Without a doubt.👍
Agreed.
He's a huge reason I got hooked on watching this channel.
@@johnchedsey1306 Absolutely. Mike is one of my favorite parts of this channel.
Glad to see your showing there is a time and place for tire chains!! Thanks
I appreciate you taking the time to show us the scenery and letting us know tid bits of trivia for the area.
I hate chains!
I hate putting them on!
I hate driving with them!
And most of all, I hate not having them when I need them the most!!!
I like Rory’ teaching moments! They can help a lot.
Good episode! The mini Mater is awesome with the plexi-glass where the holes were!

I'm always blown away by some of the views they get to see. it's just so beautiful
Thanks Rory and Mike. Great scenery
"Oh look, turkey tracks! Lot's of turkeys! Gobble gobble!" 😁😁😁😁😁😁
Mike saying Mike things. I love when Mike points out things like the turkey tracks, the little flowers, etc it adds a little something to the videos.

I watch your channel “ for reasons”. 😂
Positive vibes. Practical problem solving. Beautiful nature. Cool machines. Love it.
Everytime it’s a adventure with scenery of the beautiful Utah backcountry….. including Rory’s lessons of „ do it better“ thanks guy’s for all that.
What you show is fine with us, I’m in Australia it never snows where I am so it’s always nice to see where you guys live and play.
That 06 Tundra is one of the best trucks ever. Looking at that drivers seat I bet it has 3 to 4 hundred thousand miles on it.
Good Rory and Mike getting the truck back to dry ground!
Mini mater is just a little gem, great teamwork 👍💯👌
Merry Christmas y'all
It’s another great video, I love the views of beautiful scenery and watching the rescue of the stuck truck.
👍 Visited Oowah lake last fall & it was the most beautiful place I've ever seen in my life as far as fall colors go!
I enjoy all of your videos ! Thanks for sharing !
I like the chain tensioners. Never saw them before.
Those type are used on the big over the road trucks usually.
Chains are definitely the way to go with snow it makes a night and day difference love me some tire chains

Great Job Rory and Mike.

Good stuff, I'm loving Mini-mater.
New rig is killing it
Another great recovery with Lil Mater with chains getting this Toyota out and back on the road! Good content and scenery!
Rory aside from the awesome rescues, the local scenery highlighted on this channel make it the best.

Always smart to put the chains on before you need them. Great video as always.

great one as always. have a good christmas for all the crew.
Another fantastic video - thanks guys!
MiniMater is AWESOME!! You'll get ALOT of work for in tight places. 👍
I think I spied Mike using the deeper snow as a brake when going down hill. Nice Job!
You made that look so easy but from experience I know just how important it was to chain up and hook up to the stuck vehicle. Pleasure to watch pros at work. Merry Christmas to all.
Good stuff. Merry Christmas Rory.
Ho Ho Ho! Mini Christmas to all. And to all a good recovery.
