I really like the use of the plastic around the outer walls. I see many of these videos where someone builds their structure partially underground like this without any plastic, and all it's gonna take is one good rain, and they're going to experience LOTS of water leakage seeping through. 👍
Great build,,,in my 55 years of trek adventures throughout the wilderness of the United States I have constructed a half dozen long term shelters that are most certainly still standing, I took my designs from the ancient Americans throughout this great continen, I grew up in the Ozarks of Missouri, my family settled in the ozarks from scotland around 1780-81, we are of Scottish and native American decent, there were Kickapoo, Delaware, Shawnee, Osage, and numerous other peoples after the Louisiana purchase, my granma was Lakota Sioux,,,anyway, I put up quite a few sturdy emergency shelters too,,,this looked like a castle compared to the Pueblo style rock shelters and kiva/hysop/wikiup/leanto/teepee/dugout that I've constructed (it helps to have a pound or so of 12 penny finishing or box nails) ❤❤❤❤❤🖖🤏🍻🥨🌭🍕😮😊👍

It's a good cabin, but it seems a bit narrow. I am on my second dugout stealth cabin. The first square and the latest hexagonal. I like the hex shape and strength.
The fibre cloth rolls that you were putting between logs was it denso tape, I’m only asking as it’d looks similar, nonetheless that is a bang up job. 👍👍👍👍🙏🙏
I love the build. In my area, I would need a good drainage pipe or trench to let the water out. Otherwise, it would be perfect. I may have to tackle this. Great video!

Плохо дров не заготовил, теперь по снегу надо будет лазить и искать дрова.весной сделай рядом дровник. Дверь тоже слабая будет холодно зимой. Спасибо тебе большое за видио что делитесь с нами. А мы судовольствием вас смотрим. А печку по возможности сложите из кирпича. Пусть она сразу не даёт так тепло как железная, но она лучше держит тепло. I mean, given the size of the thing, they aren't tryna make it seem like all they're using is basic hand tools; for everything. Like, none of this seems really unrealistic for a couple people to do. End of the day, they built a thing, and that's alright. 🤘🔥✌️
I watch dugout/cabin videos to relax and this is the first one in years that has actually looked like you would want to stay in it. OMG you can stand up AND not trip over the stove on your way out!!
